Of course you can obviously expect you will find exponential friendliness considering the name of the game in sales trade, but I don't think I could have had a better experience anywhere else, holly is extremely generous and cool! She set me up with the salesman; Greg who finished my deal, and was always checking up and making sure I was happy, always a huge smile upon greeting, friendly from the moment you walk in. And Greg did everything that could have been done to get me home in the truck I wanted. He held it for me as long as he could when complications arose, and worked out some deals to help me with my situation. As a first time buyer, I was just happy with the experience. Perhaps a little more time with the financial agreements would have needed more formidable chatter, but due to situations, I know things kept complicating too much to have a set rate, but for my part; I already knew what I was getting into, had a good understanding and a good idea of the numbers, and did research on the decision on my own. So I was pre prepared for the numbers, although I was not totally sure until the day I signed the paperwork. On the week of Nov 20 I was contacted by a sale person asking if I’d like to refinance my current vehicle for I told them if I could do that it would be great or get me into a cheaper vehicle. We found new vehicle with a cheaper payment but my current vehicle was not included in the purchase because of my financial situation so I was told that the new vehicle would be under my name and my wife’s name and all I’d have to do with the other vehicle is just call the bank and tell them that I’m surrendering it and all would be good we could move on with our new vehicle and our cheaper payments but I’d have to call the back after I signed the paper work. The day after signing I called the back and they pretty much laughed at me on the phone and now I’m stuck with not one but 2 car payments and after asking to cancel the new car payment I’m told that once the paper work is signed it’s to late even less than 24 hours of owning the vehicle. After talking to the the back that the new vehicle is financed through I’m told that YES you car return the vehicle but I have to get the dealer to send in the proper paperwork to do so and you guys are telling me that it can’t be done. We signed for this vehicle on Nov 22 and it now Nov 27, we haven’t made a car payment yet. All I’m asking is to come and pick up your vehicle and cancel the contract we signed.
