The Medicare Process is incredibly confusing. After finally receiving an approval from SSD, I became eligible for Medicare. I was already on Medicaid. The changes that came after my approval left me spinning. My atty referred me to Chermol Medicare. I was promptly greeted by EJ. He took his time and was very patient. He is knowledgeable, confident and professional. Please do not hesitate to call them for their expertise in Medicare and Medicaid. I am sure they handle other issues as well. Thank You EJ!!

I had an excellent experience with the agent I worked, and will continue to work with, Tina Duque. She guided me through the process seamlessly. Do not use this company. My Medicare was supposed to start in December, guess who’s getting charged in October and now has 2 insurance companies and is out an extra 161$ a month… “ I have attached the Medicare application for the plan we enrolled you in that will be effective as of December 1, 2023. Also, please give me a call when you receive your card from the carrier so we can document your Member ID.”

EJ was great with explaining everything and answering all of my questions to make sure I got the coverage I needed. This was a very anxious time for me as I didn’t understand how everything worked and needed to make sure that I picked the right plan for my needs EJ made the process smooth and easy.
