We had a great experience on Monday with our driver. He was very professional and helpful. He picked us up on time and drove us safely to airport. He was very friendly and was happy to answer our questions and talk to us. I’m so glad we chose this service versus the shuttle from the port that had many other travelers on board and have to wait for it to be full before we could leave. The cost was also less and more convenient. Vehicle was very clean. I believe his name was Jusoe and sorry if I got that wrong. We used their luxury car server for a concert at Hard Rock Stadium. Communication was professional and efficient with text messages. Payment was easy with credit card and they kept us in the loop the entire time. Ernesto our driver was professional, dressed in a suit and kind. Vehicle was spotless and stocked with Fiji water. We got to to play our own music the entire way and our driver was quiet and drove responsibly. He sent us a google pin drop to help locate him at the yellow parking lot that we were staying at and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them for their competitive pricing, clean vehicle and professional customer service and driver.

Our family used Miami Elite to get two transfers when we arrived in Miami prior to our Disney Cruise. We went from the airport to hotel, and used them again the next day to go from the hotel to the cruise port. Both drivers (Ernesto & Rolando) were professional, on-time, and communicative via text. They did the usual stuff like meet us at the airport/hotel and assisted with luggage. The car used (Chevy Suburban) was spotless and very clean. Great service, and it removed the hassle of dealing with a cab or Uber. Highly Recommend!

I booked this company for my 90 year old father who has missed appointments and once a flight due to Lyft drivers and taxis that have cancelled last minute on him. I therefore decided to just go with a car service in hopes that this problem would be solved. Miami Elite Transfers did not disappoint! They were on time, drivers were courteous, spoke English, and very patient (especially with an airport pickup when my dad had to wait for wheelchair service from the gate). We recently used Miami Elite for 2 transfers, one from Miami International Airport to our hotel in Ft. Lauderdale and the second from our cruise ship to Miami International Airport. We used M.E. Transfers from the airport to our hotel at Christmas and they were excellent. Waiting time was great as we had to clear international - but kept updated the whole time. Will use again and again each time we go to Miami!
