Have been here a couple of times, the wait times depend on the days. If its busy its long wait time, it is in a food court in a shopping mall, so we know how long we should expect. The taste is amazing with a lot of selections, you can choose to add on for toppings for extra cost, choose ice and sugar level, same as other bubble tea places. Service is not much to comment on as you dont get bubble tea at a food court expecting any level of service. But if they could put on a smile, it would be nicer. Price is slightly higher than an average bubble tea place, but it is located in a mall, rent is expensive. Overall, would definitely recommend this place as the taste is amazing if you know what you like. (Personally love the cheesecake ones, especially taro cheesecake, didnt like the black sugar pearl) I would suggest dont line up if you know that it is going to be a long wait and you aren’t willing to wait. Or just buy food from another place while you wait, so its more worth your time.

Oreo, Cream Cheese Milk Tea

Ordered the Cheesecake Oreo Peal Milk tea(7.59) and the Red Bean Yogurt Drink (7.00) The cheesecake Oreo was good. You can taste the creaminess from the cheesecake and you there was a lot of Oreo inside the drink. I'm not a big fan of Oreo's or sweet drinks, but it was pretty good. The Red Bean Yogurt drink was pretty good. It's your typical red bean dessert/drink you'd expect. The drink was not too sweet for me. Not gonna lie, I got the drink because of the souvenir bottle you can take home to reuse. Only downfall is that I wish the bottle was bigger as the prices were similar to other drinks, but a smaller volume. It kind of sucked that the cap did not allow for straws to be pierced through. So if you don't finish it in one sitting, you got to take out the straw to cap it ( where you gonna put the straw ? No wonder Canada is moving forward to banning straws lol) Also to note is that these drinks don't come with Boba or any other toppings, so additional charge is expected to add in toppings. Not bad for a franchise and the location is good due to a lot of traffic.

Worth the wait! I've never had a bad experience, I now come here all the time and it's my go-to Bubble Tea Shop! My friend and I got the strawberry Smoothie and strawberry yogurt! They're amazing. Definitely will admit, if you don't catch them while they don't have a lineup, you can easily end up waiting 30-45 minutes for your order, but I also remember it's the food court in the Mall and it's always insane. Props to this place

Was super disappointed to learn they did not have the flavour "Castle in the Sky" like the ft McMurray location. I drove across town just for it. This location is also a bit of a mess with not a great store front. Atmosphere is seriously lacking, I almost didn't recognize it and walked by because it isn't like the other locations. Staff was short and dismissive, not very friendly. Probably won't be back to this location, especially without my fave flavour.

The ladies who served me today were lovely and very nice. The bubble tea itself is quite good, I don't know if it's just different ingredients but there's something off about my drink that I can't quite put my finger on. Other than that, definitely recommend. They are a little more pricey than normal but their cups are such good quality and a unique design!

Was here yesterday at 12:50. The lady that was working horrible customer service no contact ignored my questions and kept rolling her eyes. You guys need to work on the customer service that’s what drives ppl to come back and because of this experience I’ve had with this place I won’t be coming back.

Rude costumer service Her name is Ain and she’s fighting with the costumer as she knows that she’s wrong..her eyes is rolling when she’s talking to the guest.. not acceptable I always buy on this location but never happen only for this very rude crew and the Manager JB doesn’t know what to do luck of knowledge of costumer service

Took almost 30 minutes to wait in line before they took my order. And then waited another 20 minutes before i got my drink. Too much of a wait for only 1 drink. No apologies or whatever when I said we are waiting more than 30mins already.
