EDIT: 44 days in now and the vehicle still has not been registered. The FL tax collector informed me that the dealership did not submit paperwork correctly and that it was sent back to the dealership. Joseph Ciruti is defensive and claiming it was all done correctly and "IF something is missing it will be sent out". I have zero faith that this will be completed any time soon. I will be raising my concerns about the level of incompetence displayed and lack of accountability in getting this vehicle registered to both ownership of Premier Honda as well as state regulators. My experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing, turning a once-positive encounter into a frustrating and dissatisfying ordeal. Post-sale, for vehicle registration, there's been a severe lack of accountability, communication, and service. Despite a positive sales experience with Josh Ware, issues arose when it came to registering the vehicle in Florida. Over two weeks after the purchase, critical paperwork, including tax payment and Certificate of Origin, promised to be sent to the Florida Tax Collector, had not been delivered. Despite expressing concerns during paperwork signing several times, assurances were made by the finance director, Loc, who claimed expertise in out-of-state sales. Unfortunately, these promises were unfulfilled, leading to hours of wasted time and accountability issues. Communication breakdowns were evident, with delayed and disregarded inquiries until the potential negative impact on future business was hinted at. This lack of responsiveness worsened an already problematic situation. The $425 documentation fee, coupled with the responsibility for registration falling on us added frustration. You would expect timely service for a paid fee. Specific requests to have the general manager contact us were ignored, emphasizing the lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Promised call-backs from Loc were unfulfilled for days, requiring multiple attempts and direct emails to the sales manager and general manager for a response. What began as a promising experience has soured due to unresolved issues and the dealership's apparent lack of responsibility. Sixteen days post-sale without essential documents, despite assurances, is unacceptable. The substantial fee paid for this service compounds the disappointment in the dealership's failure to meet its responsibilities. This level of service would be job-threatening in other professions. The need for constant follow-up raises concerns about the dealership's reliability. The overall experience leaves me questioning if the constant follow up was the only factor preventing further delays, highlighting a significant lapse in professional conduct. Grown adults should not require babysitters to get their jobs done correctly.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. I bought a used car at Premier Honda on 3/17/2023. In the listing the pictures showed 2 keys, when the salesman handed the car there was only 1. The General Manager said because I did not ask, if I don't want it, just return the car (wasting time and money). They misled customers. The salesman named Joshua Ware pulled me out and said he would help me with this, but he did not answer my phone call as well as messages. I have to buy another key from the Lexus dealer in Baton Rouge and reprogram it. The car also had a missing radio knob, the general manager said they ordered one from Lexus and will mail it to me. After 5 weeks, I never received it. Called Josh he said he sent it a long time ago but refused to provide any tracking information, call and text him again he did not answer. Only good person working at Premier Honda is financial adviser Loc, he's good. Loc helped me find a good rate. If I had no car to ride on this earth I'd rather ride a bicycle instead of going to Premier Honda. Loc is GOOD, Josh is BAD, the general manager is UGLY. I don't know how Premier Honda will survive with this kind of service. If there is an option for a zero star I will give it to Premier Honda. Updated 5/2/2023: Premier Honda sent a message on Google after my review was posted. Asked me to contact Mike Lombardino to have resolution. I emailed Mike Lombardino but there was no response. Searched for Mike on Premier Honda, looked like he worked there for a long time and he doesn't care about anybody/anything anymore. I bought a radio knob from Price Leblanc Lexus (Baton Rouge) already. My conclusion about Premier Honda is DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, RUDE services you can expect to receive from high rated (very surprise) Honda dealers in the New Orleans area.

FYI this is going to be a very long review. This place was awful. We found a car on their lot via a car buying service that met our needs on paper. We called/emailed ahead asking for pictures and got back the pictures I have attached. The car looked a mess. When we inquired about the mess we were told it would be cleaned before we took it home [red flag in my book]. We decided to go down there (4 hours away from home) and when we sat down we informed the person we were not interested in any other vehicle as we had already gotten a list of what they had on their lot. The customer service representative we worked with went to go get the car. She came back in and bypassed us to get a portable battery jumping dolly and ran back out without saying a word [another red flag]. The customer service representative came back and informed us that the battery was bad and they WE would have to replace it and then we could buy it [another red flag]. I asked why they couldn't replace it and I was giving some story that made no sense. At this point I have already made up my mind that I am no longer interested in this vehicle or this dealership. The final failure in my eyes was the customer service representative asking me if there was any way she could have us by a truck they had on their lot. At this point it is very clear they are just trying to offload some trouble child car onto us and make a profit all in one go. Long story short, don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. They don't even try to make it look like they care. You are just a paycheck to them. To the owner of the dealership. I am not happy with your company if you can't tell. I don't know what it is with dealerships in this state. I have yet to find a dealership that I trust.

I’ve been getting my car serviced exclusively at Premier Honda for the almost seven years that I’ve owned the vehicle. Only once when I was out of town did I get it serviced at a different Honda dealership. The in-person customer service has always been friendly, but the wait times for service are touch and go. For about 1-2 years after purchasing my vehicle I would make service appointments online, but upon arrival I’d be told that they don’t take appointments and it’s just first come first served. So, I stopped making appointments. Typically the wait is about 1.5 - 2 hours for routine maintenance. Today I arrived within 30 minutes of opening and waited almost 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation; I was told when I arrived that it would be about 2 hours to complete the job. When my vehicle was finally ready I asked about the reason for the delay. I was told that they only had two people doing oil changes. Still, the customer directly in front of me left about 40 minutes before I did. And while waiting today I overheard another customer ask if she could make an appointment for more work that has to be done tomorrow. I believe she was told that she can make an appointment. Out of curiosity, I called after I left and asked if they take service appointments or if it’s just first come first served. I was told that they do take appointments, and that it’s “always been like that”. So I don’t know if they only honor appointments for certain people, or if I was given incorrect information in the past. But either way, they need to do something about the wait times for routine service. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation makes you want to explore other options.

I took my Honda (still under warranty) into the service department because a light on the dashboard was coming on intermittently. The light didn't happen to come on while it was in the shop, so four different staff told me it wasn't a problem, that it was probably a fluke, that they checked the codes and that maybe it came on because I "turned a corner too hard" (even though I told them it came on while I was interstate driving) or maybe because I "overfilled my tires" and it was safe for me to drive for a ten hour road trip to the middle of nowhere. The staff member who called me to tell me it was ready didn't let me get a word in; he cut me off in the middle of every question and every sentence. They put air in my one tire that was low and said that was probably the problem, even though it was a front tire and this was a signal my all wheel drive wasn't working, which would have been thrown off by a back tire. Halfway home from Premier the dashboard light comes back on. So I cancelled the trip I was planning and made an appointment with the other Honda dealership whose service department identified the problem in a couple minutes - a very visible plastic bag had gotten lodged in my rear axle and melted, which caused damage to the axle and threw off my all wheel drive. Premier's service department didn't even look underneath my car, but they spent at least 20 minutes treating me like an incompetent child and telling me all the ways I couldn't possibly have a problem.

Extremely unprofessional. They seemed alright in the beginning but started to get pushy with the paperwork. I asked about the $500 recent grad rebate and was told that it cannot be combined with the special financing. I had researched extensively and had never came across such a condition. I texted other dealerships and several of them told us they were not mutually exclusive. The manager Joe condescendingly told us, “I do this every day. I know what I am talking about.” Later the finance guy told him it was not true. He didn’t even apologize for being wrong. Then they lost any semblance of professionalism when we told them we would not sign anything right away. The manager walked away in a huff and wouldn’t even allow us to look at the breakdown of the prices that he got from running our credit. He claimed it was part of internal documents. They were extremely rude and undiplomatic. Even if this turns out to be the best price available why would one return to this place after they treat their potential customers with such hostility? They were so discourteous, the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

I recently took a trip from out of state to snag a new ride at Premier Honda, and man, it was top-notch! Huge shoutout to Joe and Josh for the awesome service—they really made the whole thing a breeze. The team over at Premier Honda, especially Joe and Josh, were awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation of coming from out of state. They helped me find the perfect car in their impressive selection. Even though I wasn't local, Joe made the process smooth as butter. Paperwork and financing were handled like pros, and they navigated those interstate rules like champs. I felt totally at ease with their expertise. Joe really made this car-buying ordeal enjoyable, even though I was miles away from home. I can't recommend Premier Honda enough, especially with Joe and Josh in the mix. Their service and know-how really stand out. Big thanks to Joe, Josh, and the Premier Honda crew for hooking me up and making this out-of-state buy a success!

Do not buy from this dealership. I worked with Ashton. I told her I was going to be there around 5:30-6 and she wasn’t even there. She came 15 minutes past 6. But, I got out the door numbers before I came in to put money down on a reservation for a HRV. When I came in to do paperwork they added extra fees towards my out the door numbers. She was trying to have me pay 2900 more for nitrogen in tires, LoJack and other bogus dealer add ons. I tried negotiating and she told me it’s either I pay that or 2300 for delivery and transit fees. She claimed delivery and transit fees were 2300. But I did my research prior and I knew it was between 900-1200. I even told her that I knew how much transit fees were and she kept lying to me. She tried to talk down on me saying you can pay 2900 for these (bogus) add ons or pay 2300 for transit fees. She was not pleasant to work with. Shop somewhere else for a car that doesn’t lie to you and add bogus fees.

Made an appointment to get some recalls done for my wife’s vehicle. Brought the car in the morning on time and waited all day until close to their closing time. Wife called for an update and they told her that they left her husband a voicemail (which they didn’t) that they were over booked for the day and couldn’t get to her car. Went to go pick up the car and they told us to come back after the weekend and they’ll promise that we will be first priority. Asked the service writer how long it would usually take because I would have work later that day and they said “most” dealership same day but here 1-2 days, if we had an appointment 2-3 hours. I told them I did have an appointment and they just shrug their shoulders. Seems like this is an on going issue with staffing this dealership or making unrealistic appointments for customers. Needless to say I probably won’t be coming back or recommending this dealership to my love ones.

This place really need to re-evaluate their services I purchased my vehicle from Premier Honda 9 years ago and brought it into service the entire time. I feel they did not service my vehicle properly. They have change in staff many times over and it very difficult to get a manager to talk with you. I have made appointments online and got up before it open to wait to be in cue as first come first serve. I have spent lots of money with this place and I am purchasing another Honda but, not from this place. Its horrible customer service to not communicate with the customer about the status of their car its not always in the paperwork. I had to shop outside the New Orleans area to get a good deal on a vehicle because they will overcharge you in market adjustment and pro-pack fees so buyers beware. It very important that your car receive proper service to get a good return on your investment

My visit to Premier Honda Service Department was for routine maintenance on my car. The staff was very friendly and polite but I was very frustrated that I had a 1 pm appointment, showed up at 12:50, and my vehicle wasn’t even taken back until 3:05. When I checked in I was told it would be “about a couple of hours.” Well, my mistake for misunderstanding that meant it would be when they started working, not how long it would take to change the oil and rotate the tires (although that wasn’t a bad guess.) I was finally called that my vehicle was ready at 4:47, just 3 minutes short of 4 hours after I arrived. If the service department wasn’t going to honor my appointment time, why did they bother scheduling an appointment? If routine maintenance wasn’t covered in my warranty I’d go somewhere more convenient, like Take 5 Oil Change. It may cost a bit more but my time is certainly worth it!

I am retracting my 5 star review. It’s now a one star! This service department has really gone down hill. Do not even bother making an appointment because a simple oil change with appointment is over 2 hours. Rose is no longer here either. They have all new people that don’t know what they are doing and I have zero trust in anything they say!! Horrible. I have bought six cars here and next car will not be here !!! Old review below !!! Every time I have a problem with my vehicle I always go to this Honda service department. I trust Rose with my vehicle. She does not ever steer me wrong. No unnecessary charges either. She lets me know what’s wrong and I always get a great deal. Upfront and honest is what going on at this location. I’m thankful for that. I’m thankful for Rose.

I’m rating them a 3 star. Mainly he told me it would be three hours for them to get to my car and it was just that! With the oil change, filter change comes rotation of tires as well. Luckily this was a free service because I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago. I’m a little upset because my tires were NOT rotated at all. How do I know ? I know because I’m missing to stem caps on my driver side (front and back). When I made it to my destination I glanced. I would’ve gone back but because I had already been there for 3 hours I didn’t feel like going sit another hour or inconveniencing other customers. It makes me wonder did they even change my filter. I WISH PEOPLE STOP HALF DOING THEIR JOBS!! It’s not like you rushed , I sat patiently for 3 hours !!

Very poor attitude from Danny. The fact that my total for parts and labor was $3400. I mentioned that I had a 10% off coupon and all he could keep mentioning was that I had to have the actual physical coupon. 4 times. Which aggravated me because my car and service wasn’t his main concern. A coupon was. He even went as far as writing and underlining with emphasis on my actual receipt. Which was gas to the flame for me. The guy that did help because he wasn’t there when I picked up my vehicle informed me that he was new. But with his low customer skills I don’t see him being there long. I bought my vehicle at Premier in 2017 and have been having it serviced there ever since and this was the worse service in all 5 years

Ms. Katie Brown took amazing care of me the moment I gave Premier Honda a call. The whole staff was extremely nice and made doing business very easy and welcoming. They were so good, I flew.... FLEW!!! From Houston to purchase my vehicle in Louisiana. Gave me an awesome deal I could not beat. The process was very smooth. I had many questions and called plenty of times but each time I called I was greeted as a brand new customer. AMAZING!!! Whole staff and Katie deserve 5 stars! I am extremely happy with my purchase and they even had the rare pearl grey vehicle color I wanted. Took great care of me and made purchasing my first vehicle worth all the stress. Thank you!!!

For the Month of July I decided to visit 3 dealerships a week to get an accurate report of the state of major dealerships in the state of Louisiana. Out of 12 dealerships, this dealership came in 10th out of 12. (I have 3 cars, I don't need a car lol) They weren't completely dishonest, however withhold information and use "luring" tactics to get people to walk in to their dealership. One of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences I've had out of all the dealerships I visited. I made sure to look like a regular Joe, i.e. someone they would want to give the run around. I would not recommend this dealership unless you are desperate

For three years I didn’t have any problem with the service center. I book an appointment via Honda app, i arrive at the dealership, service is done in half an hour and then one of the employee of dealership notify me that my vehicle is ready. This time it was different. I arrived at 10:30am for my appointment, no one acknowledged me until 11am. Around 1:45pm i was notified that my vehicle was ready. After three an half hour at dealership for oil change, i was late from my work place. Under these circumstances, this dealership would be not my first choice any more.

While on a road trip from NY to LA the worst possible thing happened, our AC broke! We were hot and stressed and Premier Honda was our saving grace. They made an appointment for the next day, and Keaton couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of our situation. He immediately made us feel calm about the issue, and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Our shuttle driver Joe was so extremely friendly. The next day our car was ready to go and we were on our way to our next destination with no sweat! Thank you Keaton, Joe and everyone at Premier Honda!

Honda helped me for years to maintain my 1999 Honda Accord. Just purchased the Accord emblem to keep the beauty of it going. I helped lots of people working with Home Health Services and Mental Health Services. It's a Blessed Honda Accord and still running. Thanks Honda for believing in me by financing it. I evacuated for Hurricane Katrina in that car and the Honda Dealership in Shreveport, Louisiana gave me free services and a car wash while evacuated there during Hurricane Rita. And, it's still making strides. Grateful !

The only reason I did 4 stars is because I waited 3 weeks for my car to be repaired. In thier defense, they were short staffed and thier service is so superb, there is high demand. For my wait, they took care of every cost outside of my warranty. EVERY COST! so, I brought my car back when something else went wrong. Less time, great service, and no charge due to a part they covered being in Full warranty! The technician s returned my calls promptly and professionally. Highly recommend

I had the best car buying experience ever at theirs dealership. The customer service was great. Everyone was every friendly and helpful. Even though the model I wanted wasn't on the lot, the sales manager Arthur did all he could to find one and get it there as soon as possible. He was really helpful along wit my salesperson. I always have a good experience at Premier Honda even when I get my car serviced. I even brought a friend to get a car. No complaints over here!

I had nothing but good experiences with Premier. Ashton is basically the best woman ever. She knew I was in a bind and needed a car, worked with my budget, held my hand through the process (first time car buyer) and explained everything perfectly so I’d understand it. She talked to my parents, my insurance agent, everyone. Was so patient! And she got me in and out in 2 hours with the car I’ve always wanted!!!! Ashton is the best!

I had terrible service. I needed one tire. It took them 2 weeks to order one tire. I bought the warranty through the dealership, which I do not recommend. The service department does not care about their customers. I ended up picking up my tire and going somewhere else to get it replaced. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to figure out what is going on. Go somewhere else and do not buy the warranties through the dealership.

Disappointing! Gave the impression that they were doing me a favor. Salesperson was not an honest individual. Tried to sell car for $3000 over advertised price. Weren't ready for me when I showed up at scheduled time to finish purchase. Had to sit & wait over1 1/2 hours for them to get things together to complete. Car detailing was not done well and costly "floor protection" was shabby. I expected more from Premier.

This was the best service experience I have ever had at any auto repair shop. I was given a early appointment as soon as I got there my car was taken in for service. I do believe it's because of the service manager Mr Danny Hansen. I waited for my Honda while it was being serviced and it didn't take long. I really appreciate the professionalism of Mr Hansen. All the dealership need a service advisor like Mr Hansen

Overall, I'm pleased with the service (there were some hiccups but I'll focus on the positive). I LOVE my car but I have to credit my partner for alot of it bc he's a former car salesman and knew questions to ask, and get what I wanted . But a shout-out to Mr. Carlos. He's the finance guy but he did alot of the work. And a new salesman by Edwin. He wasn't my sales guy, but graciously put in my new license plate.

Three hours for an oil change, rotation and software update. And I checked and they DID NOT rotate the tires with a ‘broken lug lock’ as the excuse, yet they had no problem charging me $22.00 for the phantom rotation. They didn’t even tell me that the lock lug was broken which would have been a huge problem out on the road, maybe even dangerous. Very disappointed at what was a good dealership. Caveat emptor.

2018 CRV developed oil leak - oil spots forming underneath when parked. Took the car back to Premier Honda service - they found the oil was from a pinhole leak in the filter installed during a previous oil change at Premier. They did a new oil change and filter and installed complimentary new wiper blades front and rear for our trouble - no charge to us. They impress me as fair and conscientious folks.

What an experience is all I can say. Just when I thought it would turn left it went in the right direction. Joe C. one of the best salesman I have ever had. Even after everything I came out with a better deal and Joe kept me informed all the. If you are in the market for a car go to Premier Honda and ask for Joe C he will get you rolling in no time. Started coming here for maintenance 6 months ago and it's a refreshing change from what I was used to. No complaints at all so far, prices have been reasonable and my experience all around great. Working with Mark in service has been a pleasure. He's very straight forward with explaining what's needed and keeps you informed as the projects move along. I will be returning for future services.

Went in late evening, about 5:30, no one came to ask me if I needed help for 10 minutes, they all were sitting at their desk!!! Just as I was leaving a young man approach me to ask , may he help me, was shown a couple of 2022, 23, Hondas, there stock wasn't large enough, I think they lost when they all just sit in there chairs talking and having conversation with one another.!!!!

This is the worst dealership I have every been to. The men are out of line and the service team is not responsible at all. I went in Wednesday around 2pm to get a oil change before I hit the road for the 4th of July. All the dummies had to do is change my oil...they decided to not tighten the piece under my car, and I had to replace it became adults don’t take responsibility.

Service was great, but disappointed upon returning home with no inspection sticker. I called back dealer and was advised New Orleans parish does not place stickers on cars. I was also disappointed that dealer could not give me a voucher for free first service closer to my residence. So I lost out on inspection sticker and free first service by not buying local.

The service I received at Premier Honda was great. The staff was friendly and the prices are affordable. I had a scheduled appt. for my car a/c not working.It was busy then usual but they managed to fix my a/c within a reasonable time. Mark was my service provider and made sure I was notified right away. I always recommend this Honda to anyone needing service.

Joe C did a PHENOMENAL job making sure the car we bought was the right fit for my 18 year old college bound daughter. He was there every step of the way making sure she understood everything that was going on. And while in the financial office Carlos was patient and totally open about the process. I highly recommend going and seeing Joe for all your car needs!

Been going here for several years. Service has lacked the last visit and was not looking forward to this trip. Had appointment and my grandchildren unexpectedly but they were able to take care of me. Don’t buy nothing from these fools. Wish I could give them 0 stars. My cousin doesn’t have a google account so I’m putting this out there on his behalf. Y’all stay away from these people

The service was impeccable to say the lease. No hassle, no games., they were straight to the point. Daniel, Joe and Carlos took very good care of me. I tried to purchase the exact car on their website for the listed web price and they refused to sell it to me for that price. It’s a shame they feel they need to be so dishonest to run their business.

Horrible professionalism!!! Last time I will give this place my business for parts, service and car purchases. The service department needs to do better. The wait time for 2 tires to put on should not be 8 hours. A oil change should not take 6 hours!
