First of all, I do understand that it’s a low-budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The only thing that makes this place an extended stay is the availability of stovetop burners and a full-size fridge. The internet is very weak. I stayed for four weeks and was working remotely in agony every day. I paid $20 for the internet and had a lot of issues. The staff is careless. I called them many times regarding the internet not working, and they stated they would contact support, but nobody reached out. The day before my checkout, the front desk lady knocked on my door and asked me to pay for the internet; when I explained to her my issues with the internet, I got no apologies; she just went back to her desk and called my room to inform me that her manager said I need to pay for the internet now, which I did. Guests get only two rolls of toilet paper for their entire stay: no tissues, shampoo, or iron. There was only one tiny soap bar in the bathroom. You only get your towels and linen replaced once every two weeks, or you pay a fee to replace them early. Supposedly, the rooms are cleaned every two weeks. My two-week anniversary was on a Saturday; I called for cleaning, and the guest service told me they don’t clean on Saturday; then I called on Monday, and they said the 3rd floor gets cleaned on Wednesdays; then I called on Wednesday, they said they have to clean checkouts first, and that’s the last I heard from them. I stayed there for four weeks, and the room wasn’t cleaned. The elevator always stinks because there are more dogs than people in the building, I mean giant dogs. We started taking the stairways instead, but there was also always smelling weed. The only positive thing is that parking was almost always available for me in front of the building.

Hi my name is Brittany. I’ve used Hotel Tonight several times. I recently just booked my room at 11:30 last night and arrived about 12:30 I get to the room and the lady was very rude and refused my service because she said they don’t take Paypal cards then turn around and say ok I’ll accept it. Then she says well I’m refusing your service and now I’m not even in the room and my $150 is gone. I just flew in town and have work in the morning and have no where to go with my luggage and bags because she said the hotel can’t charge the card. I need A refund ASAP for my $150 I’m not staying at the hotel I’m currently in Uber tryna find somewhere to stay. The lady was very racist and let the guy before me stay for free and denied my service. I need A refund ASAP and I will never recommend anyone to stay at the Woodspring Suites and the night manager attitude was very bad and ugly. Her name ia Claire and she’s the night manager. I’m totally disappointed, mad and angry at this situation. I cant even get a room now and it’s 1:12 am in the morning.

It's a quiet place even though its right next to the interstate plus so close to Pearland. Um had a few problems with bugs because the hotel sits in the middle of a field/lot. So when I moved to a room facing the front of the hotel (looking @mcdonalds) no bugs at all. I extended my stay 9/18 to 2/19. Still no bugs so I dont know what's up with that. Had a few problems with new managers coming in, did not know the system of the hotel, so they were charging me incorrectly. We finally got it straight after I made a few calls to corporate. I mean people need to come in knowing what to do. They did get rid of a few people. I dont play when it comes to my money every little penny counts for me. Plus I am not from Houston, just work. Finally got me straight, they cleaned my room every other week. Nice workout place, clean laundry room. Now would I stay there again, yes I would.

Sorry ..Wood Springs I am normally a big fan .still am.. JUST very FUSTRATED..tried to phone ur front desk for reservations and couldn't get anyone at ur location South 288 so I stopped in and no one was at front desk so I waited And waited and waited til I finally walked out without securing my reservations .I did speak to several Guest's while I waited with my grandson but after an hour he was a little impatient MAYBE IF THERE WAS A WAY TO NOTIFY UR DESK CLERK THAT SOMEONE IS WAITING IN LOBBY! OR JUST MAKING THEM CHECK BACK TO FRONT DESK ON A REGULAR EVERY 30 MINS ..TO BE SURE THIS Doesn't HAPPEN AS OFTEN .WOULD BE GREAT...LOVE U GUYS THOUGH PLACE IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND INVITING

I've been here over six months now, and I can't help but be amazed at the value. In this place you get the most "hotel" per dollar that I have seen so far. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even for someone who stays long periods like me, the staff treats me with the highest respect. The assistant manager Phoebe is a down to earth lady who is very sweet and would do anything to make anyone happy. The manager is nice, effective, and low profile. He generally keeps to himself. Avery and Sakura are two others who work there who are very kind. I enjoy their presence very much... As an extended stay hotel, you couldn't beat the value of these accommodations with a stick !!!

  • Akaycia Addison

I stayed here with my boyfriend. It was was decent but I'm a little biased for my own reasons. I like the full refrigerator, but I hate that they don't have an ice machine. They give you ice trays in 2021. I'm not here for that. The bed was comfortable but one of those small-ish queens. Things felt sanitary and clean which is a super plus for me, but something was def going on with the A/C in our room. I was melting. I sleep with fans on at my house so that was a big disappointment for me. Overall, if I needed a place to stay the night, I could manage here. This wouldn't be a first choice for me in any other case.

  • Tiffany L Washington

The front desk clerk took care of me even though I checked in after hours, life saver. This extended stay tops the list for me It was a plus to see clean dishes and silverware in the room along with fresh white linen. Was kind of disappointed to need a single bed but given a room with double beds due to the suites already been reserved and filled. Which was at no extra cost to me. Recommend that if you plan to stay here then make a online reservation instead of showing up without a reservation

I wanted to give them 5-stars, but I can't. The inside/outside of the hotel was quiet nice and simple. They do have after hours hotel reservations, but you have a few steps to follow, but it's simple. My room was nice and had everything we needed, but we stayed two nights and I thought they were going to clean our room when we were gone, but they didn't. also when we headed to check out the clerk seen us coming but yet she still left. I waited 10 min too check out and eventually the maintenance guy helped me. Thank God he knew what to do.

I couldn’t recommend a better extended stay than this location. It’s perfect for people working at TMC. It’s only a 15 minute drive to my work. Their cleanliness is top tier, and they keep their washing/drying machines in excellent condition. The staff is very professional and friendly. Best of all, it’s quiet. My room was in front of the elevator, but very little noise from the outside.

I like living here. For an extended stay type motel/hotel it beats every one of them I’ve tried by miles! It is new so it as clean as you are going to find. The gal that works thru the night is my favorite, but I have not met any staff that was rude. Nice work out room. Most important to me is I’ve never stayed anywhere that had better security!!! “They don’t play!” I have a service dog, not comfort dog- a certified service dog which doesn’t cost me more. No ?’s Everyone loves Dahl, Susan Hartman

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT stay here. Hand a handicapped room booked got to the hotel noooooo handicap room. No iron or ironing board in the rooms. Go down stairs, only 1 iron in the whole freaking place. Then you had to sign it out... I drove 4.5 hours to buy an iron. Towels. Asked for extra towels. YOU, YOURSELF have to bring the DIRTY towels down to get new ones. Pissed i would give it no stars but its making me do 1. Piss poor place for a newly fancy built hotel. Ive been better off at motel 6.

  • EBM R

So far a fantastic joint. There is a Popeyes 1 minute away as well as a Shell & McDonald's. Easy access to Rte 2880 E-W. Brand new:Gym, Laundry; walk in shower so roomy I take a nap inside. More later. More Photos of the lot adjacent to the Hotel where I let Highway66 roam about in the afternoon. Spotted some cranes in the back this morning. Popeyes 5 minute walk from the Hotel. I spotted him sunning himself along the washout. Beautiful view of downtown Houston from the window.

  • Andrea Jones

Hotel was just ok. Reminds me of spirit airline. Low prices then nickel and dime you. Why have a kitchenette with no dishwashing liquid? 1 bar of soap and I had to hang up our towels and reuse otherwise a $10 fee for more... the front desk receptionist has no personality. I thought it was a value but when you buy all the stuff you need, might as well have paid regular price and stayed at a nicer place.

I will never stay there again!! Came in for husband business trip. First night there under camera, lights our catalyst converter was stolen!! There is marijuana smell up and down the halls, especially near the entrance doors. The room was clean the lady checked us in was nice. That was the only good thing. Make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo and what ever else you need to clean up with.

Clean but kitchen not equipped very well. 2 butter knifes, forks, spoon, plates, bowls, mugs n glasses. 1 med pot, 1 small frying pan, a spatula n a large spoon. Had to buy a pitcher, soap, paper towels, salt n pepper. All items supplied with other hotels. Comfortable bed, large refrig, 2 burners, good water pressure n hot water. Easy access. Would not stay here again if looking for hotel able to cook in. Great if you just looking for a clean place to stay and eat out.

  • William J. Worthington (PhD)

Has a very clean European feel. I give it 4 stars relative to what I expect from a lower priced hotel option. Bathroom and living area were very clean. Bed very comfortable. The kitchen area served us well (2 people). I loved having real plates and coffee mugs to enjoy coffee. The only reason it’s not 5 stars: no coffee pot in the room or some instant VIA (Starbucks or Nestle) packs where I could heat the water and make a cup (a common set up in Europe).

  • Maria Khoobyar

My car was broken into and stolen from. Apparently a string of vehicles had this happen and the cameras were turned off. I also had my fridge break and 100 bucks of food wasted and they didn’t care. They haven’t offered to come the room. I’ve been waiting here in the hot sun fir the police for over 4 hours and no one has offered me assistance. Over all this is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For your own safety I would NOT stay here!

We were from out of State for a 2 week stay for a surgery my husband had at the M D Anderson Cancer Center so we stayed at Woodspring Suites for 10 days and it was a nice stay, all employees were nice and everything was clean. There was the Manager named Phil that was a very nice Gentleman and a very nice guy named Cory that was very helpful in many things, overall it's a great place to stay and we will be staying again on our next visit.

  • Rosemary Wells

My experience has always been #10 at WS. My sister had a 4 month long-term stay here due to the city building her a new home. The building is well kept and the front desk customer service very accommodating. They provide an exercise room and large laundry room for guests. The centrally located WS which is convenient to the medical center, Pearland and several highways.

Staff was nice. There was a lot of stuff under the furniture. Like food crumbs and dirt. The tv didnt work and wifi didnt work. The people who stay there for extended stays seem to think its their apartment or something as we were woken up at 6 am by a group laughing and talking super loud in the hallway by our door. Other than that it was ok.

Worst customer service of any hotel I've stayed this year. Due to business trips, I've stayed in over 15 different hotels in 4 countries this year alone. The night check in lady had ghetto attitude, shouting at the customer, and threatening to not do a check in because she was upset. Management can watch the check in at 10:30pm on 6/19. I will certainly not be staying at this location again.

  • Don Mckenzie (Nothing But The Truth)

This place is for temporary living which is good for workers from out of town, families that are relocating are just waiting for theirs to be restored, this is a good place for people that just don't want the responsibility of house repairs but need somewhere to live., they are very careful to make sure that all who are tenants are safe, but you must follow all the rules, have a good stay.

Very nice place to stay, close to Popeyes chicken and McDonald’s basically walking. Clerk was very nice and polite. I had a great experience, come and judging yourself, is affordable and good. It seems like people in the comments were expecting a 7 stars Dubai hotel, is not a bad place for the average price at all. Will definitely recommend. 8/28/22 @11am

Just checked out. 5 cars 1 of them mines was burglarized.... so if u want to pay for a room and possible window... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE... Waiting on a response from corporate.... Pros: Clean, great staff, good value, only a couple of years since built new. Cons: inconsiderate guests who: are loud 24-7, smoke near all the side entrances, don't pick up thier dogs droppings and leave big piles of garbage next to the end doors. Gym closed due to Covid. Some rooms take a while to get hot water. Low pressure showers.

The staff and property are awesome! My daughter has been rhere for a year and they continually impress! They treat long term residents very well! Thank you!

The worst hotel experience ever. The staff lacks professional and decorum. I hope I am fortunate enough to never have to stay here again.
