the worst and most corrupt embassy ever. employees do everything to ruin the lives of the citizens of Nigeria. We bought a ticket for Ahmad Aminu Marmara, fed, paid for the hotel. paid money for passports in February 2022 in Kazakhstan. now he said doesn’t know anything. because of him, people are shirking, Nigerian citizens can go to jail, because ppl with expired passports abroad!!! why such a terrible attitude? because when he came to us he wanted to sleep with 7 women at the same time and we did not give them to him , he does not give passports. How long Ahmad Aminu Marmara will continue do like this!!! We will write to Abuja let’s ppl will know who is who!!!! Because of Ahmad Nigerians in black side in Kazakhstan, government doesn’t want to have any relationship with Nigerians!!! Why embassy support all this and cover this!!! Why do we need embassy like this that turn away from the people and bring them in awful position! Shame to all ppl who are working now!!!!

Nice staff but quite incompetent. Made my passport at this embassy years ago, and the passport picture captured by them to be used on my passport is so bad. I get asked severally for any visa that I need to do because they do not believe its the same person on my passport. I can remember that their camera was giving problems, and they had very poor lighting when I made my passport.

Tried to call many times, didn't pick the calls, and charging money for even ringing and can't talk to anyone. So bad, is that how embassy has to work, to help them citizenship? I am calling from Kazakhstan and just losing money for every call ringing, so angry . In our country embassy helps our citizenships from every corner of the world, but I didn't understand this embassy

This is probably the worst place to be for Nigerians. They make you wait unnecessarily and waste your time. Almost like they work as an individual branch. They are totally disconnected from Nigerians. I wish there is an avenue i know of to complain directly to the government in Nigeria.

не выдают визы под надуманным предлогом очень грубые сотрудники требуют документы не указнные в официальном перечне. Люди приезжали из Иркутска 4 раза По выходу из посольства Вас встречает человек , который предлагает решить вопросы за отдельную плату Коррупция в лучшем виде.

it comes easily to some people with small power to look down other ones. As an image of a country an embassy should show the best helpful service. Some improvements to go this way.
