Today was a great disappointment at groovy 5th settlement, despite the fact that I called the customer service and asked for details to get ready before my first lazer treatment, I haven't got the correct information from them. At the end, I booked the appointment and was advised by Dr.Mariam Samir that in order to have an effective treatment , she will not be able to perform any treatment today and I have to leave and come later.please make sure you explain the procedures very carefully on the call otherwise you lr customer will get disappointment same as me.not a good start, iam not sure if I will book again or will change the place to another clinic. Thank you

تحول الى اسوء الأماكن من اول سوء التنظيم لجلسات الليزر نفسه لانعدام المهنية و خدمة العملاء. الانتظار بال ٣ ساعات و تطلع الدكتورة معتزرة من غير ما يبلغو بده و تغيير الجهاز المحجوز من غير اي تنبيه بكل اهمال و لما جهاز عمل حرق على الجلد و تم تبليغهم مهتموش و لا فكروا حتي يعالجوا الاصابة حتي بعد ما الدكتور ة شافت الاصابة مفيش حتي اعتزار و اخر مرة فالفرع اشتكيت و بلغتهم اني مش جاية تاني و انهم خسروا عميل بقاله سنين معاكم ،البنت قاعدة تدافع و معرفتش حتي ترد عليا .قمة الفشل والاهمال !!big zero

Its THE WORST PLACE IN TERMS OF PROFESSIONALISM I WENT THERE ON TIME, waited for 50 mins while the doctors are seating there eating or having breakfast or whatever and just chilling, no respect whatsoever for any client or that people have a life

0 Professionalism in appointments 0 respect for client Customer service is the worst ever. A bad experience and this indicates a lack of confidence in treatment I do not recommend it at all

Not enough nurses so everything takes ages to get done. They overbook and the wait is endless. You can get in 2 hrs after your appointment time.

Totally unprofessional staff. Waiting hours there can last to 2 hours even if you have a booked slot and the service is terrible.
