Strongly suggested to approach the male staff when u arrived the front desk for check in... Above all, when u arrived after a hectic work day and u r crawling towards your room for an ultimate rest...Always get your room entry card get activated from the front desk...otherwise u need to comeback again to the front desk to reactivate ur room entrance card...and this walk may be around a mile...or feel like a mile.

Excellent hotel. Maybe one of Serena's best in Pakistan. It tastefully blends Baloch culture with luxury. Rooms are great with great Mohkam furniture. Cleanliness levels are exemplary. There are several restaurants which serve decent food. There are orchards around the hotel that guests can visit. A few handicraft and carpet shops inside. Staff is very cooperative. Location is good. You can see the mountains around from courtyard. Kudos!

The hotel was awesome! The place looked great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The receptionist and everyone were the best, giving us a really nice first impression. Everything about the hotel was fantastic – it was clean, stylish, and had great service, especially at dinner. The food was yummy, not too pricey, and the service was quick. The room had everything we needed and was comfy. I loved my stay and hope to come back for a longer visit.

Serena is high-end place in Quetta. The rooms are great having traditional Baloch ambiance. But the in-house food is very expensive. The breakfast is also far more inferior as compared to PC Lahore or other similar hotels. I stayed there for three days, One of my friend visited me early in the morning, and I offered him breakfast in Serena. They charged me around three thousand including taxes for breakfast. They need to reduce prices of food items.

Stayed 2 nights @ serena quetta recently. Was very disappointing experience. Rooms are good but level of cleanliness is very poor. Very poor house keeping. Bathrooms were not cleaned even once during stay. Carpets were very dusty. Renovation work was going on creating noise. Food was good. Staff is very humble and hospitable.
