I called them back at 14:27 and got a promise that I will have my food no later than 15:00. She also said in passing that she will do her best to send my food within 10 minutes. At 15:04 I called them back and canceled my order. The delivery rang the bell at 15:21. I kindly told him that the order was canceled.
