Good news for Nikon user in NEPAL , Nikon Experience Hub has been launch of the 1st Nikon Experience Hub in Nepal, on 4th March, 2020, on the ground floor of City Center, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu. The Nikon Experience Hub allows the Photographer and Entrepreneurs to “touch and try” the entire range of Nikon’s imaging solutions, from contemporary point-and-shoot cameras to highly-coveted DSLRs and everything in between under professional guidance. The zone will also demonstrate a range of Nikkor lenses for customers to experience. Another feature of the Experience Hub is the ‘Wall of Fame’, a section that celebrates award-winning photography work by amateurs to professional to inspire every visitor. The zone will also be utilized to host workshops and display photography work. Designed to furnish an intimate experience with the latest imaging technology from Nikon, the zone is a creative lounge for visual content creator to explore. The Hub also has a ‘Classroom’ with a capacity of 12 people which gives students an opportunity to learn and explore photo/video content creation to the fullest.

City Center Mall located at the center of Kathmandu i. e. Kamalpokhari, metaphorically, is true to its name. A large building that has an underground parking with a capacity of more than 200 vehicles is extraordinary. Entering this mall gives a feeling that you are somewhere in Europe or Americas. Some authentic outlets of world renowned brands such as Adidas, Puma, Caterpillar, and emerging Nepalese brand such as Sonam Gears are stationed here. On the top are movie theater and gaming corner for young and adults alike. Visiting this mall during holidays may be a good idea for your shopping experience.

City Center Mall offers a diverse shopping experience with a wide range of stores catering to various preferences. The spacious layout and modern design create an inviting atmosphere for shoppers. The food court provides a delicious array of options, enhancing the overall visit. However, parking can be challenging during peak hours, and occasional maintenance issues need attention. Despite these minor drawbacks, City Center Mall stands out as a bustling hub for shopping, dining, and leisure activities in the city.

The only reason for me to go here is to watch a movie at Big Movies. The mall looks quite good on the inside. 4 elevators and a one way escalator at the center, and fire exit cum stairway on the far side of the gate. 2 floored enormous parking with free parking if some services is used within the building, a big food court at the top, with a game zone and cinema hall alongside Mall Shops. The popcorn at the theater here is great, which is the key seller for my visits.

There was a time when the mall had its own glory, people would come to visit the place with family and friends on holidays. But over the years it seems management isn't concerned about the Mall at all, the number of shops are vacant, No marketing done for the place. The only thing that brings in the crowd is the movie theaters. I hope the management could look into this on a serious note and revive the glory. The asset value will not merely bring them anything.

Decent and an old mall to visit even though the crowd isn't as big as it used to be. Their games section on the 5th floor is congested and not that great. Food options is decent but the service is terrible at times, you can tell they(servers) aren't properly trained. Shopping is not much popular here. Movie option is limited and it's unfortunate they don't have their once existing 4D anymore.

Today visited City Center Kamalpokhari mall. There are many clothing stores as well as food and entertainment facilities. Shopping items for all the family members, gift shops, jewellery items, movie hall, game zone etc. We can enjoy bowling or snooker and they have ping-pong too. At the food court at top floor the food options are diverse. Overall it is a nice place.

Good collections of well known brands outlets, like Puma, Skechers, New balance, Sonam, Raybans, 3 spirit etc. They have a korean skin care center as well. Big movies a multiplex cinema hall is also there. We visited the place for some food at their food court at around 11am but all outlets were closed. They do have paid underground parking facility.

The tower is located in the heart of the city near Kamalpokhari. The mall attracts huge crowd for shopping ,cinemas,games ,events and restaurants. The big movies is quite standard and have a very nice picture quality with comrtable seatings. Although the price is quite higher, one can have a quality yime here with varities of choices to have fun .

It's a very well decorated boutique hotel. Every corner of the hotel is well decorated with hand picked items, furniture’s, accessories. Even the toilet accessories were very well thought of. Rooms were spacious with comfy bed. Breakfast had moderate collection of items. Staffs were very welcoming. We loved our stay, though just for a day.

Very less child and old age friendly , very narrow spaces for kids to roam . Very expensives goods . Highly appreciated for first ground floor near by the gate , you can purchase Dr Brown`s bottle for babies along with other items . For movie theater it could be good destination . Can roam around the beautiful kamal pokhari .

Best cinema hall inside to enjoy your free time with low cost. Good quality picture in lowest price inside valley ❤️ And the interesting thing is you can watch movies only at 185/- per person on Saturdays very first show i.e 8AM

A great shopping mall, located in a good spot(near kamalpokhari). Overall all the facilities are very good here, and also here is Big movies in its 4th floor which is one of the best movie hall in Nepal in a affordable amount.

Beautifully decorated for tihar... Shopping here is kind of expensive but for food and drinks i love to visit different shops and stalls located here...Also i visit city center frequently to watch movies in big movie

I have rich memories here when I was in my high school. The place is almost the same. Bigmovies is a great place to watch movies. But for more crowded experience, you may also consider visiting Civil mall.

Despite being the first modern mall, City Centre is showing its age, with shops moving out. The top-floor food court often faces menu item shortages. I hope for its revival in the future.

Loved the ground floor but it has lot to do for improving its food court. Not too much option to look for while shopping apart from that it’s good place to take your babies.

Beautiful shopping mall! Sometimes they also organize music festivals where people can enjoy! They have a lot of different varieties of goodies! Keep shopping, be happy :)

In the heart of Kathmandu valley, 5 storey building consist. Near Kamal Pokhari Kathmandu, center exist various business hub and mall. Nice and well maintained.

I have been there for a movie. Theater looks nice but i don't like the outdoor ambience. They might have been going through some construction on the top floor.

Nice and clean Mall, parking etc. The food court was very long waiting and unavailability of side dishes such as ketchup and peppers etc.

You might be finding good place to shop in kathmandu. You should visit city centre once. It has a good collection of items.

This is the only place in Kathmandu for Jain Tourist with Bhojanshala and rooms for stay.
