If I could give no stars I would. The place is good but the manager Ujwal and Guard are pathetic. I do shopping in the complex and sometimes I have to go across the street to pick up a thing or two for a couple of minutes and they start complaining that I can park only when I do shopping over there and the parking was not even full for them to lose customers. It's such pathetic behaviour.

It is one of cool place you can hangout & enjoy around the Golfutar- Hattigauda. There are restaurant and coffee shop, Salesberry department store, bank and other shops. There is parking for bikes and cars for convenience. At night place looks beautiful with lights.

It's a commercial building with sufficient space for shopping from groceries to clothing's and all the electronic appliences, they even have a gym there so it's a convenient place to shop and take rest at their garden restaurant.

One of the shopping and fooding hub for the people of budhanilkantha. Its the nearest commercial complex for them. You can get your prior needs here and best place to hangout but not enough place for car parking.

Fantastic place for locals around Budhanilkantha area... They have almost all the stores needed, just the clothing store doesn't justify me... All in all a good place to hang out and do a Lil grocery shopping

It's an okay place with courtyard open space taken by parking. However, the burger station is a great place to dine or have a coffee. It has cozy dining space and the restaurant has good service.

Nice place for gym goers but just this week somebody stole a part of my motorbike from the underground parking. That's the only bad experience!
