Firstly the aircon in the rooms were set at 27degrees, it was literally burning. Next, I asked the receptionist Jamie to book our taxi for 5am the day before and she did not do it. The next morning we arrived at 450am at the counter to request again, this time she booked a jumbo cab for us. However at 5am I went to the counter again and asked a new guy where is the cab and he said it was booked for 530am. Why on earth will I come down at 4.50am to wait 40mins for a cab when clearly there are many waiting downstairs. The cab cost 50,000krw and on kakao app it was est to be around 16,000krw only. I don’t know if she does not understand English but this mistake clearly made me late for my flight. And now I’m also paying a much higher premium for a cab ride as they keep telling us the cab is coming, this is very bad service and they did not allow us the cancel the ride making us pay a premium for the cab

I didn't enjoy my time at this hotel. Firstly, there was low water pressure when showering. Moreover, they provide only small tubes of body shower gel. It was very inconvenient to use. To make it worse, I could hear the noise coming from the piping when showering. That's not all, it's difficult to turn the shower tap when my hand is soapy. I felt that the hotel is trying ways to cut back on costs. They provide paper cups for you to fill your water instead of a proper plastic or glass mug. I didn’t sleep well as the pillows were shallow. Last but not least, we were charged $17 for 3 calls to Seoul. It was totally unacceptable. There was no indication of charges for local calls. We will not stay in this hotel again. Mark my words.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay for a short getaway to Busan, I would recommend Asti Hotel. The proximity to Busan KTX station and metro station to go around the city are what we are looking for so that we won't waste too much time getting to our hotel after we arrive in Busan Station. It is 2 station away from Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, and BIFF Square. There are some good pork soup restaurants near the hotel too. However, it is far from the beach area of Busan such as Haeundae, so if you are looking to enjoy Busan's beach, I would recommend to look for hotels in Haeundae. Price is affordable too for the quality you get!

Excellent location 5mins walking distance from train Station Room clean and spacious with great sea view and comfy king bed and pillows. The good finishes here Limited amount of amenities, shower water pressure low, AC not cooling properly had to live at 26 deg even if setting at max fun and temp 18 deg in a very warm october end. Insufficient lighting in bathroom zone No iron available in room. Slippers very low quality Asking payment 100% at checkin even before seeing the room Breakfast too crowded they recommend to go outside

Cosy, comfortable, well priced and in a remarkable location. Only gripe would be the fact that only paper cups are provided but it's easily fixed with a quick trip to Daiso. Staff were very conversant in English and room service was prompt. Just across from the Busan ktx station and the Busan metro.

Getting to the ktx or the metro was a very comfortable stroll, going out everytime without the stress of worrying about navigating our way to the stations made the stay very enjoyable.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Free water bottles were provided and I slept like a baby (may have been due to the amount of walking I did and not necessarily because the bed was super comfy, but could be both ). The location of the hotel is perfect. It's not too close to the centre so that it's too noisy, but close enough that you can quickly get to the stations. The music in the lobby was very relaxing classical music (Chopin).

Located next to busan train station. Easy if you take KTX train from seoul The lobby was located in 3rd floor Check in time is 03.00pm. I arrived at 12.30 pm and had to wait until 3.00 pm. Just kept our luggage at the hotel and I went out for lunch. Back to the hotel at 3.00 pm and I got the sea view room The room was OK. No tea spoon provided it makes difficult to make tea or coffee Small tube of body wash and shampoo provided Free wifi was fast.

We only had a couple of days in Busan during winter, so we didnt want to be near the beach and didn't want to spend lots of time travelling. This hotel is in the perfect position for catching the subway anywhere you want to go. A great spacious suite with excellent views and your own kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would happily stay here again.

Love the location of this place as it's very central. Right next to the main station, it is easy to catch a ride anywhere in Busan. The neighbourhood is also good for food options. Texas Street nearby is very multicultural with lots of cuisines and options. The hotel is also great, clean, and has good views. Great service overall.

Great location, clean + spacious rooms & great for family/friends vacation. All is good except the service from the receptionist. Really like that it’s next to Busan station. It’s super convenient to drop the luggage and start exploring Busan!

₩30000 taxi fare from airport which is relatively cheap for a 65 min journey. Room with a double and a bunk bed is superb. A 24hr Emart sits on the ground floor with a Starbucks as well. The receptionist speaks perfect English. Room windows can be opened for fresher air. Superb views.

Locations is definitely perfect as it is just next to the subway and train station and surrounding have many good restaurants around, thus you will not feel bore moving around(walking distance). Best part Asti hotel service is outstanding as the response I got from them is immediate and professional. Strongly recommend for those who is wondering is this a good hotel.

Shower had no door=water splashing onto the floor. The bathtub is 1/2 size and narrow. Difficult for a bigger person to move comfortably. Bath gel comes in a tiny tube. Was just enough for a wash for 2 persons/day. Need to request for extra from reception for the next day. Rest of room was great

Location was good, literally by the Busan train station and within a 5 minute walking distance of Chinatown which is a curious sight. But it’s not a luxury hotel, the breakfast wasn’t great and the rooms were just OK, though I loved waking up the sun rise, so orientation was a plus.

부산역에서 가장 가까운 비즈니스 호텔 반대편의 라마다가 방도 작고 객실에서 먼지 풀풀 날리는데에 비해 여기는 관리 잘되어있고 괜찮습니다. 프런트의 응대도 괜찮은데, 특급호텔처럼 극진한 서비스는 아니지만 어떤 면에서는 왠만한 특급호텔보다 깔끔하게 잘합니다. 뷰도 괜찮고 침구관리도 잘되어있고 여러모로 경쟁력은 최강인 것 같습니다. 예약은 써드파티앱 말고 공홈에서 하는게 제일 저렴하니 참고하세요

The lady Receptionists are rude. Slammed phone when we asked for extra pillows as the pillows provided in the room are so thin. We didn’t sleep well for the 3 nights we booked. Lousy room. Do not book if you want a good sleep

Located just next door to the Busan main station. Traveling is pretty easy. I booked the sea view room. The view is okay, a bit too distanced from the sea and too many construction sites in view at the time of my stay.

위치 너무 좋은 곳 부산역 바로 옆이라 서울 간 교통이 편리함 주변 상권도 다양하고 이동이 편해서 매우 좋음 객실은 방 적당한 사이즈와 친절하까지 두루 갖췄음 샤워부스가 아니고 작은 빈식욕조가 있어서 샤워 시 물이 많이 튀고 불편한 점만 제외한다면 다음에도 또 오고싶은 곳임

중저가 호텔로서 특별한 특이적인 장점이 없는 just one of budget hotel. 거품을 뺀 객실 인테리어와 하드웨어 구조가 심플하고 단기 비즈니스 고객의 니즈에 알맞은듯. 그러나 역시 3성급 4성급 이상 호텔에서 경험할 수 있는 서비스는 조금 부족한 느낌.

전체적으로 나쁘진않았어요. 근데 비데도 아니고,린스도없고.. 아침에 커피사러 나갔다 들어오는데 1층 엘베앞에서 청소하는 직원분들이 손님들 방이 더러워서 짜증난다고 얘기하는 소리는 손님없는곳에서 해주셨으면 .. 장소는 좋은데 가격에 비하면 그닥 기성비는 못느끼겠어요.

부산 방문시 무조건 다시 올 호텔. 위치, 고객 응대, 객실 컨디션 완벽 물론 가운이 좀 닳긴 했지만 그래도 침대부터 시작해서 모든게 관리가 다 잘되어 있었음. 심지어 가격까지 합리적. 4성 달만한 곳.

부산역 바로앞이라 먹을거 많고 위치 좋고 항구쪽 뷰도 좋음. 2인실 욕실이 좁아서 샤워하면 물이 다 튀어 좀 불편. 룸컨디션 좋지만 침구는 아주 편하진 않음. 엘베 빠르고 조식 맛은 쏘쏘함. 1층에 씨유, 스벅있고 바로 앞이 국밥거리라서 편함. 직원분들은 친절함. 뷰와 위치를 따진다면 좋은 곳.
