Fantastic and unique Adelaide Gym! I’ve tried out other gyms in the past and found that I was lost in the crowd. Not at 2m2. Alex and Matt do an excellent job of getting to know their members and making them feel welcome. Their group fitness classes are great also and the variety in their classes keeps their workouts fun
Great Adelaide Wing Chun club. It’s awesome to be part of the 2m2 community building strength and confidence in self defence, boxing classes, Wing Chun and group fitness classes. Instructors share their deep understanding and knowledge of martial arts in an inclusive, non intimidating training environment.
I got my first taste of Wing Chun taking part in a self defence workshop at 2M2 and I was hooked. I’ve been studying Wing Chun with Matt twice a week for about 12 months and am totally loving it. Matt’s a great instructor and makes each session fun and relevant. Can highly recommend Matt and 2m2. Sue Kerr

2m2 is not a standard gym. It’s a place which focuses on living a healthy life whilst being fit and strong.. All members are inclusive and encouraging towards each other. There are no egos just friendly faces to support you to reach your goals. Come and join us !!!
2m2 is a very friendly gym! Alex and Matt welcome everyone of all ages and levels and inspire everyone to achieve their goals. They make exercise fun! The gym is set up well and growing to accommodate their goals. It is a great location with a great atmosphere.
2m2 is a fantastic gym, maintained to a very high standard. Their group training fitness classes are the best I have ever done. The variety in their classes is wonderful and Alex and Matt are supportive and always keen to help me reach my goals.
Was time to admit that the DIY method wasn't working for me as I was lying on my yoga mat at home. Couldn't be happier to join here - they are down to earth, supportive, funny and professional. Kids can entertain themselves in the kids room
Very enjoyable and tailored group fitness class for my age group. Their functional training really improves my fitness, mobility and overall health. I love training with the other great people in the group classes at 2m2 Fitness and Defence.
I joined 2m2 Fitness and Defence gym after seeing positive reviews for the group fitness classes and Wing Chun self defence and amateur boxing skills classes. What I found was a fantastic, family friendly gym, and a variety of group fitness
I've been training here for almost a month now and couldn't be happier with the Gym Classes and service. In additional to helping me achieve my goals to get fitter I have also had to train around an (previous) injury and both teachers Matt
I started attending group classes at 2m2 last October and was able go down couple of Kgs and most importantly feel fitter and stronger. I thought I didn’t have time but after starting these group classes at 2m2 I try to get things done

Joining 2m2 was the best decision I've made. Matt is always there to support your fitness goals. The classses are always fun and challenging. Everyone at 2m2 is friendly and supportive and it is a great community to be a part of.
Amazing gym run by knowledgeable and genuinely caring instructors. This gym also has a great community of attendees! I’ve seen such fast and good results since joining up, and I will be continuing at this gym for years to come!!!
The environment at 2m2 is amazing! I wanted to get involved in some boxing and this gym has been perfect. There’s a great variety of class options too. Alex and Mat are both really fun yet always focussed on training

Great gym, instructor’s Matt and Alex are professional and care about their clients health and wellbeing, workouts are hard as you want them to be and varied keeping them interesting, highly recommend.
I train here whenever I'm in town with work. Both Matt and Alex are great instructors and good blokes. I recommend this gym if you're looking for a gym that runs a variety of group classes.
Really enjoy coming in to Matt's Wing Chun classes!! The drills are fun, the culture is great and it's really good to see the progress I have been making in developing the techniques

Great gym with great classes and a supportive environment! Wing Chun has been awesome for my NDIS client but I would encourage everyone to come and give it a go :)
My fitness has really improved by attending their Burn group fitness classes. Great, caring trainers and a very welcoming community. Group fitness for the win!

I am not normally a gym person and a result I put off trying out 2m2 when a friend recommended it to me. It turns out that is my only regret now.
2m2 is by far the best and most pleasant gym that I've been to. It's community driven, welcoming and it has a good range of training classes.
Love training here, great trainers, great community, fun and engaging! No two workouts are the same, which keeps it fresh and interesting.

Fantastic! I really enjoy the Strike class. A challenging, fun and intense Boxfit workout. Never boring and always plenty of variation.
