Website and Google maps show 24/7 availability for this parking garage. There is a sign on the wall as soon as you enter the garage stating that it closes at 11pm, but no one is going to brake in the middle of the side walk/ street to stop and read that sign, and when you park and walk out you don't go past that sign again so I didn't see the sign. I parked at 7pm on a Saturday night and went back to get my car at 11:05pm that same night. Gates were locked and the sign inside the gate said $85 after hours lockout fee. I luckily had a friend drive me home because it was freezing and I didn't want to stand around waiting for the tow truck guy. They are also closed on Sundays, so I was forced to pay the ridiculous lockout fee so that I could have my car for work on Monday morning. I went back down on Sunday morning and the tow company said it's $100 plus tax. I mentioned the sign saying it is $85 and the tow place said that is out of date. So it was $111 for them to open a gate for me, and then my parking fee was $50 to park from 7pm on Saturday night to 11am on Sunday morning. So all in all, $160 and a ton of wasted time for what should have been 4 hours of parking. This is pure greed and I will absolutely never give them my business ever again and you shouldn't either. There are plenty of other options for parking downtown, take your business somewhere else.

It's a nice clean and safe parking garage. It gave me an option to have my rental car be more protected and covered while I was off doing other things. One thing that I really liked about this parking garage was the payment rate was significantly less than what a lot of the other ones were that I had to deal with. And I had you pay at the end just for the time that you actually spent in the parking garage. Compared to a lot of the other places in downtown Seattle where you had to pay for a certain period of time ahead of time. So I would definitely suggest to using this parking garage if you're in the area. It's definitely a lot more cost-effective and it's kept really clean and it's a nice parking garage for the prices.

Went out Friday night, came back at 11:02 guess the gates close at 11. $85 dollar after hours unlock. Decided to take an uber and take our second car to get it in the morning. THEY DON'T OPEN TILL 5PM on Saturdays. So had to pay $85 dollar after hours lock out. $50 dollars over night parking and a 45 dollar uber ride. all in all just about $200 dollars for 3 hours of parking. What a great deal... Unless you drive an S-class and have more money than god don't support this scummy parking garage.

Falsely labeled their establishment as open 24/7, both on google maps and on their company website. Was told off by an employee for trying to retrieve my car after hours.
