On 8/22/19 at approximately 10:45 PM I tried to purchase a Big Gulp, and I had a free 7th cup offer. I did not want to redeem it, but the older gentleman (long salt and pepper ponytail, with a beard) redeemed the free cup offer without asking if I would like to do that. I asked him why he did that, as I wanted to purchase the Big Gulp and save my offer for the free cup for next time. However, he hadn't even asked me and just went ahead and used that. When I told him I would've redeemed that offer for something else, he started to argue with me saying that "it's too late for that now." I've been to other 7-11 stores before and they've always asked if I want to redeem it or not. There's a way to bypass the offer from being redeemed at the current transaction, but he claimed that it automatically redeems it. I asked if I could go ahead and get a slurpee then, which is what I had intended to use the free cup on, and pay for the Big Gulp. But he claimed that since the offer was redeemed on the Big Gulp, I couldn't get a free slurpee. I was confused because he's the one who redeemed the offer without asking me, then he refused to allow me to get a slurpee. He could have tried to make things right. I am disappointed by his lack of professionalism. I'm a loyal 7/11 customer, but will not be returning to this location. It's not about the less than $2 slurpee--it's his attitude.

I’ve applied to this location Called to check on status of application to perhaps setup interview the phone was literally busy every time I had called Didn’t matter which time of day and when the phone was answered and I had said hello no said anything at all Remained this way for at least five minutes there’s was complete dead air ( not there was sound of person working with customer or anything ) not even acknowledgment of my being on the phone Is this really the type of customer service wanting to provide over the phone to others Is the the type of representation that shows others to come work at this 7-11 location ?? Sure wish I’d be given a chance I know value of true customer service and quality within it

How he greets me "What do you want?!" In a rude tone. Then I see the younger guy cooking food with one glove on, picks his nose for a good 30 seconds, rubs his hands together (booger hand and hand with glove on) then proceeds to make the food... I know it's gas station food and I shouldn't expect much, but I'd suggest not buying their food for that reason. Who knows what other health violations they break? Considering the attitude of the older guy, they don't care at all if they get boogers in your food, I can't imagine all the nasty things that go on there

Absolute terrible employees, bought a vape there and immediately took it back in because it wasn’t hitting At All. He said he couldn’t give me a new one or refund, I got a little upset and said a few choice words as a left, I realized he had taken the vape from me when I showed him how it wouldn’t hit, I went back in a second time to get it back( even though it didn’t work) and he wouldn’t give it to me, told me I was banned from the store, looks to me that they have thieves working at this place, NEVER GO HERE.

I go in here several times a week, but they have one evening cashier that insists on harassing me every time he’s working about using the handicap parking spot. I have handicap plates, but I apparently don’t look handicapped to him. He interrogates me about it every time and why I don’t have a placard. This has happened half-a-dozen times at least now. I really like the owners of the store but I’m not going to shop here anymore if I get treated like I’m doing something wrong because I’m disabled!!!

I have on multiple occasions been yelled at by the staff after properly using the mobile checkout on the app, scanning the code, and walking out. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this store over the months cannot educate their staff on how the 7-Eleven app works. Even worse I’ve been yelled at at this location for stepping on a mopped floor. Excuse me, that’s just part of reality. Only go here if you have to, but I will walk to the next nearest convenience store.

Handi-accessible. Bathrooms available. Very friendly. Kitty corner from Crown Burger. Great parking. Clean. Content yet ambitious. Reportedly, very chill vibe late night. If you're lucky the music will have you boogiein' down the aisles for snacks. Big finish with a spin and slam your snacks on the counter like Domino's. That's all.

7-11 mislabels prices on products and then won’t honor the labeled price at the register. I’ve never encountered a store that won’t adjust the price to match the tag on the shelf. Just bad business and bad customer service. Also illegal I believe, as it is a misrepresentation.

I showed up at 5:15 am to get an Amazon package except the store was still closed. I chose this store because the website said open 14 hours then the disclaimer said that they were open at 5 am. You may need to change that. Now I have to try again tomorrow morning at 5 am.

Went here rude service my card was declined (which should not have) called my bank and they don’t even show an attempt to run card and told me it should not have been declined. I’m keeping an eye on my account to make sure they’re not fishing my account. Won’t be back

Yes I went in there at only 10 pm to exchange some quarters for dollar bills, and he VERY RUDELY say NO I WANNA GO HOME! Like a child and is acting like he’s not being paid for doing HIS JOB! you need knew employment because seriously the people you’ve got ain’t it

I try to buy something who was show in promotion , the woman took the promotion and said that was expired... she was so rude and she used a bad word.. You cant have people like that working here this happened today june 29th at 10:50 am

I come to this Sev about 2 times a week. Today was my last time. I brought an exploded beer that was left in a package I purchased about 4 days prior. The guy wouldn't even look at the beer or help me in any way. He was very rude.

The people that work there r just rude and not helpful at all on top of all the false advertisement where it says 2 for 2.50 but when u go to buy it its really 3.64 by definition that is false advertising which should not be done

I used to like this 711, the past two times, the cashiers have been rude. One asking me why I got fat, and the other one not helping me because my manufacturers coupon wouldn't scan. Definitely don't recommend this location.

I will probably not be back. Fox news was playing throughout the store. It was horrible and disgusting. The attendant was wonderful and friendly, but hearing that garbage in the store was unpleasant. Very disappointing.

The proprietor was not very friendly wouldn't answer questions just saying few words in English but the drinks were Grand has always and the donuts were too dry it have better parking and be more friendly in my opinion

This is a very clean and very well merchandisers convenience store and you bet bet shopping is allowed in this store with many grab and go items ready to purchase with a 24 hour beer and Seltzer cooler as well

Went there to buy a UTA Farepay card but the employee didn't know how to work his machine. He claimed to have worked there for a year, I think that enough time to know how to ring up a card.

It is really just a simple convenience store. We see them all the time. This has become my stopping point to and from work. The staff are super nice and the store is clean.
