OK, what’s the hole in the wall for massage place. So the star rating is clearly not the level of the establishment rather the niceness of the people and the quality of the service. I have been coming here for years, since their grand opening actually! The couple that runs it have worked really hard to keep this place active and legit. If you’re looking for a reasonable foot massage or a good full body massage, there masseuses do a good job. If you’re looking for someone with a little more experience on pain management, one of the owners is trained and you can ask him specifically to address it. The facility is just your basic strip mall put massage place with curtains for privacy For the foot massage areas, and roomed off rooms for full body. On top of all that it’s great value for the money. Just please don’t forget to tip because these folks deserve it!

Paid $60 for the 1hr body massage & the entire time I got elbowed & just a pair of hands swiping up and down my back. I had to stop mid massage and actually tell the guy if he can use his hands and MASSAGE instead of just rub up and down & elbow me. He also walked out & came back with hot towels to rub the lotion off me & tried to say he was done. I explained I actually had 20min left. I believe he was shocked I even called him out on the time so he finished up & at that point I preferred not to tip. I walked out and he yelled at me, 'TIP! TIP!' I turned around & said ok, here's $5. He said, NO. 20% TIP REQUIRED. I told him I tip based off the service recieved. And it was terrible. He waved me off. Terrible. Never coming back. And wouldn't recommend. But this place was a last resort because my back was killing me & I was actually on the street.

Good Massage however it was 3 of us and they charged us then when it was over wouldn't let us walk out pressuring us for TIPS. THATS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGAINST THE LAW WE PAID FOR OUR SERVICES. WE WOULD HAVE JUST WILLINGLY GAVE TIPS BUT AS WE WERE LEAVING THE LADY STOOD IN THE DOOR WAY WITH HER HANDS OUT SAYING TIP TIP. HOWEVER AFTER SHE PRESSED THE ISSUE my husband gave her a 20.00 dollar bill and she didnt give him change. We just will never be back. Then they held my son in the building saying he needed to pay tips he was paying for us so wr sat in the car waiting for him. We had no idea he was being held up for a tip so he gave them another 20.00. This was so un called for and rude

First time for us here and we like the service the staff are friendly. I took my daughter (8yrs) with me and they gave us a room just for us and 2 ladies to do our massage I would love to give them 5 but unfortunately the lady that was massaging my daughter never ask her to turn around to massage her back only concentrate on her feet. The lady that did the massage for me was nice and did a good job. But the other thing was that they had another customers and they were really loud (laughing and talking) and nobody said anything to them we couldn't relax as expected for the price they are good and yes I'll come back too see maybe a second time for the

I’ve been coming here for years and while my massage was decent, (they only do the elbow massage) upon leaving they FORCED me to pay 24% tip which has never happened before. I usually pay 20 percent even when it’s not a quality experience/or rushed. The whole forcing part turned me all the way off and I won’t be back. I even drove from 30 miles away to come here. If you pay 85+ plus for a service, of course you tip, but the customer should decide the amount. Otherwise post in your lobby that a 24% is mandatory.

I called ahead and asked if they did deep tissue. The man on the phone said yes. I was skeptical because of the price. My masseuse was a very tiny woman who spoke little English. I was so pleasantly surprised by very strong bodywork. I could not believe her strength. It took me a moment to figure out she was standing on my back! I've never had that type of massage. I went in, feeling pain and so much tension. I felt a significant improvement on the way out. I'll be going back again

Extremely rude service. Been there five times because it is so close to my home, never going again. I usually do $10 tipping. If you don’t tip more than $10, ( better tip $15) they will gossip and give awful attitude to you. And it is a small store so every massager will remember who does less tipping and might give you bad service next time you go. Not relaxed, but pressure for me!!

Came in for a foot massage ($20/hr, body massage $40/hr). A lot nicer on the inside than on the outside. The workers are really friendly and give pretty decent massages. I wouldn't say excellent because the back massage I received wasn't really hard enough. Definitely give this play a try though! Great service and great massage for a low price.

DID NOT HONOR MY REWARDS CARD!! I've been coming here for over 2 years and have accumulated 13 stamps on two different rewards cards. They would not honor my free foot massage. No language on the card stating any timeframe or restrictions. If you have been collecting stamps, I wouldn't count on a free massage. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Clean, nothing fancy but tastefully appointed, very professional. From Massage Envy to Burke Williams, I've had many massages, and I like this place when I need either a great foot soak and/or a deep kneading (combo available). Don't let the location or exterior bother you -- once you're inside and on the table, you're in heaven.

I went to this place to get a foot massage so I paid $35 dollars for that. The lady who give tme the massage was so angry because I gave to her $5 tip. She told me I have to give her $10. They act so demanding. It's my option to tip, but they order the amount. first and last time I visit that place. Terrible service and workers

Reviews are hard to give. I can rate my experience but that's all it is, my experience. Go in, thinking that it's the Hulk as your masseuse and then make sure you're assertive if its to much applied pressure. Rates are good. Friendly staff. Remember, for certain quality, you have to pay a certain price.

Went here for a massage, I first started with a woman who I don’t know what she was doing , 2nd they gave me a guy didn’t know either it was not good at all . Then at the end the guy yelled in my face to give him a 10 dollar tip , super unprofessional. Save your money go somewhere else

My first one star review! Lol I had an older women named Nina. She was too old and frail and could not provide enough pressure, even with her whole bodies weight. She massaged way to fast and uncomfortably. I left after 30 mins.. worst massage ever. A friend could do better

Visited on 1/30/21, 5pm. "Masseuses" here have no training at all! If you're into someone splashing cold oil on your back and just running their hands up and down without even trying to massage your muscles, this is your place. If you want a massage, go elsewhere.

I've only been here once and the masseuse I got didn't know what she was doing. I'm active and I desperately needed a massage so any massage would be a relief for my muscles but this experience was just "barely" a relief. Will not return

Geosin was great. He did such a good job in the first 15 minutes that I decided to upgrade from a foot massage to the 30 minute foot massage with one hour body massage. The only negative is that it was a little cold in the room.

Amazing - not expensive at all. $50 for an hour and $30 for 30 mins. It's a relaxing experience. You can ask for medium or hard pressure as you like. Walk-ins welcome which is great.
