Well what can I say, Mr Ali is active in my local nextdoor.com. thought I would give him a try when my boiler packed up on me .... Ali promptly came in to check, knew what it needed, set me a date... eventually turned up, fixed it there and then, on the same day even though he had to go get some parts but still done it promptly as he didn’t want us to suffer hardship any more! , he promised that we would have water that very day and he delivered However the best part is that he has a sense of community...... he made sure- as we both live in the same area- that he applied 50% discount He is a professional Engineer, he does things by the book, a very polite an clean gentleman he doesn't leave mess all about like some engineers and also he knows his stuff so well that you actually get to learn from him a lot. I will not hesitate recommending him to all that I know ... be it friends and family or neighbours Thank you Ali for your professionalism and for work ethics not forgetting the great discount.

Ooh Brother Ali, what a fantastic, honest ,open and highly knowledgeable about gas (fully qualified gas contractor to the highest levels) Ali and I ended up speaking for a while before he came to fit in our new range master, he went beyond what we paid him to do and helped us understand how to take care and look after our new appliances . My husband is awaiting his spouse visa and unfortunately has been stressed with not being able to provide for his family at the moment ,Ali reassured him which he did not have to do and also told him to keep in touch once he has his paperwork which shows me Ali is genuinely compassionate and simply human(as I believe customer services is something of a joke these days ,I find I tend to deal with robots then humans with feelings) so respect from one loving family to another,we wish you the best and we will continue to support your company. Ali was beyond helpful. I needed to apparently move/shorten a gas pipe so that I could fit the newest model of oven into the space available. He came and shortened the pipe, discovered a gas leak and fixed that, and then also took the time to fix a few other things that he saw needed to be fixed in my home, such as a pantry door haha. He then came back and revarnished my wood countertops for me at a very reasonable price! He's really great at fixing up homes. His prices are also very fair. Punctuality could be a bit better haha but for his company and his hard work, he's worth waiting for.

Ali is exceptional. He is prompt in communication and fully attended to the urgent need to fix our broken boiler during the recent cold weather. Ali always takes the time to thoroughly explain the issues he identified to ensure these are properly understood before moving forward with the work. This man is a fraud and a liar. Put the safety of my house and, admittedly, many others at risk. He is so rude and speaks with such conviction, which makes you believe he knows what he is doing but the results speak for themselves and his work is HORRIBLE. Unsure why he has so many good reviews, I believe he is writing them himself but STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD. Rude to clients/landlady’s/landlords, residents; and especially women.

Clean cut and professional job. I don’t know much about boilers but Ali was here to help me with my issue. He came over on a very short notice on the agreed time, fixed the problem and he showed me the whole process step by step. After reading so many reviews about Ali, I was expecting to have such a great experience with him, but it was the complete opposite. He has no morals, breaches contracts and speaks so poorly of women, my house work was completely delayed by 3 weeks and he kept giving false hopes and dates…. Stay away from his service.

Excellent and prompt service from AR Gas Engineers. Ali was very thorough and went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe and done properly. The gas boiler service provided was over and above than what I was expecting. The price charged was very reasonable compared to some greedy engineers in the market.
