Mostly satisfied with product and produce quality but I am very disappointed in some of the staff members’ adherence to quality and safety measures, namely related to COVID. Wearing a “face shield” is a waste of time and shows the employee’s total lack of respect for the community/customers’ health. If it happens again, I will not be returning here. Face MASKS are required at all times in the store, both for customers and employees. Additionally, the store is not in compliance with bathroom health and safety protocol. When washing my hands, I discovered there to be no hand soap or paper towels. The latter was most concerning given that the bathroom door handle must be grabbed and turned for exit. What do employees do here, the same employees who are handling all produce and making food and packaging contact? Ironically there is a sign that says “employees must wash hands”, but this makes no sense given the current bathroom setup and clearly was placed here only for legal reasons. Suggested improvements: 1. install paper towel dispensers and check daily for supplies 2. Install foot pedal in inside of both bathroom doors to eliminate spread of COVID. 3. Swap out door handle that does not require touch.

Went to Aldi early Monday morning. I went into the store with my own bag and hand sanitizer. The only thing I touched was the bag of coffee and two pack of paper towels I needed. When I went up to the register to buy the two things, I very politely asked the woman at the register if she could scan my items while I held them because I work directly with elderly people and didn't want to place my items on the conveyor belt, trying to prevent any contact with possible virus. She was incredibly rude! Rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like I was asking her something incredibly difficult. She said she didn't have a handheld scanner, so I asked if I could hold the two items over the scanner because again, "I have direct face to face contact with Alzheimer's patients and was trying to be safe and not expose them". She rolled her eyes again and put her hands in the air, then I quickly scanned my items. She said something under her breath. Never said thank you for shopping here or anything, just gave me a dirty look when I left, after I said I was just trying to protect the people I care for. Disgusting behavior when I was only trying to protect the elderly population I work with.

Aldi is my favorite new shopping spot! I don’t know how I never knew about them before moving to Bellevue, TN. They have a great selection of foods, some name brand, some their brand. The best part is the prices! Organic milk, eggs, bacon, deserts, seasonings, household supplies....you name it, it’s cheaper. The only reason this store does not get 5 starts is for two reasons: 1) Sometimes there is not enough help and you either have to wait behind several other customers or you go up front to check out and no one is there to ring you up. 2) I’ve bought a few things that have already expired, learned my lesson now. It’s been on items that are usually back by the cheeses, such as hummus and spinach dip. I also bought pretzel buns there one day that expired the next day and they had mold on them the day after I purchased them. So, watch you’re days when purchasing items. Overall, really love this grocery store! If you haven’t shopped there, I highly recommend it. Shoppers Tips: Get a cart from outside, for a quarter... you’ll need it AND don’t forget to bring your reusable bags from home, otherwise you’ll have to purchase something for bagging.

Since Aldi has opened, I haven't done my shopping anywhere else, and I'm saving so much money! I love the concept of the slimmed down grocery store. They have what you need, they just don't have the typical 20+ varieties of flavors from multiple brands. But not to worry! The selection they have is going to be good quality! I have bought so much fruit and it is all at peak freshness and flavor. Great selection of frozen goods, breads, meats, health foods... It is all there. Bring your quarter for the cart and your reusable shopping bags! Worst part is if you have to make a left turn out of the lot. If unsure, PLEASE turn right go up a ways and make a turn around somewhere safer. I turn right then left into an apartment complex then safely make a right back out.

I do appreciate the variety of grocery items and the lower cost associated with shopping at Aldi's. I have an Aldi's right next door to where I live, but I will drive to Kroger or Publix not to have to wait in a line with ONE person checking out for the whole store! Yesterday, the manager came out and opened a lane to check out an elderly man. There were several people in line at the only open cash register. I got out of line to get in the manager's line and he quickly said he was only checking out this one person and closing the register. Ridiculous! We all had to go back to waiting in this long line until finally a second employee was forced to come out and open another register.

I've been a lifelong Kroger or Publix shopper, but since moving to Bellevue, I checked out the local Aldi. Sometimes I will still pop by a bigger store for a specific item (mostly just cat food), but Aldi is my new favorite grocer. The business model is perfect. The buyer team is genius. This store has everything (well, probably 96%) of the things I need, and nothing that I don't. I usually shop with a list, but this afternoon I just wandered all the aisles and it turns out they carry lovely cookware, candles, clothing, furniture, etc... like seriously, whoever curated the selection of SKUs in these stores did an incredible job. Lovely inventory.

It's basically a mini version of shopping at a Walmart neighborhood market without the selection or people skills. You pay for carts and bags, bag your own stuff and they give you 2.2 seconds to do it before they are tossing the next shoppers stuff in. Don't get me wrong, they follow their script perfectly. Same greeting over and over, same closure over and over. No eye contact if they can help it and nothing else is spoken unless absolutely necessary. Even if you make an attempt and friendliness, nothing. It's fine in a pinch but with so many other choices in the area that offer selection, services and provide better customer experience... Nah

  • Mike Kneeland

Great prices, quality guarantee policy, solid quality of produce. But your checkout line waits? 7-10 customers and one cashier?! Unacceptable. This is starting to rationalize me paying 15% more next-door at Kroger. Time is what people don’t have… Don’t waste customers time due to unacceptably long lines such as this. You also need to enhance your bathroom. No soap dispenser next to a sign that says employees must wash hands? And a handle that must be touched even if you do wash your hands sufficiently? This is so troubling, when you think about the person stocking produce in your store didn’t wash his/her hands properly.

Great addition to the Bellevue community. Good quality products, not a big retail store but just right enough for your daily needs. Clean and well kept store, friendly staff and quality products. Fresh produce could be limited option depending on what you are looking for, but overall good selection. There are lots of other Aldi branded items, decent quality and value for money. They usually run sale or specials on certain items and they are mostly good buy. Noticable during moving traffic, easy in and out and a great store.

As I searched my wallet for a quarter for their cart return system, a kind stranger offered me the cart he had been using. I bought everything on my Kroger list, and came out $20 richer than if I'd shopped anywhere else. I passed his quarter along to the next person who needed it. If you forgot your own bags, as I almost always do, there are generally empty (or nearly empty) boxes on the shelves that carry my groceries just fine.

New store, opened in April 2017. Hopefully, my first and last visit. Rude and haughty associates. Prices are maybe a little lower on store brand products, compared to Kroger and Walmart. They are definitely higher on some products, such as milk, fresh orange juice (not from concentrate). Add the inconvenience of coin operated carts, no express lines and limited hours and you have an overrated German chain store. Shop American.

  • Michelle Lewis

One of my favorite grocery stores in Bellevue. Bring your own bags for your groceries or you can purchase them at the counter. You will also need a quarter(solid quarter) for the cart. Don't worry, you will get it back once you return the cart... Just a couple of things to know if you've never been to Aldi. Great deals throughout the store as well. Strawberries are heavenly

  • Alan Binkley

Aldi is our favorite place to shop for groceries. They have fantastic prices and the quality of foods they have really rivals nearly every name brand you can think of, especially their meat selections. We head their before any other grocery store and dread having to go elsewhere to pick up the very few things that Aldi doesn't have. Remember to bring your bags and quarter!

  • Jacqueline G

I live this Aldi. Note that they are rearranging the floor plan right now so stock is a little flaky however when things are normal you'll find the best selection, quality and prices. For an extra bit of info, they carry a lemon pepper seasoning that is the BEST if you like a very lemony flavor. My go to store and I have 5 different chain grocers within 4 miles of my home.

  • Melissa M

This store is always clean and well organized. Aldi’s has some of the best prices in town. The cashiers get you through the line quickly and you never have to wait along. Everyone always seems happy in the store, including the customers. If you are on a tight budget aldi will help you stay on track. Just avoid the seasonal aisle. It will get you every time!

  • Jamie Epstein

This place is great! Crazy low prices - they beat Kroger at many things and the options tend to be healthier (made with less/more natural ingredients at least). The style of the shopping experience is European - the tellers sit, you bag up your own stuff. The store layout is identical around the world! I think it's a welcome addition to burgeoning Bellevue!

Man oh man was it busy today. My wife and I just started back on Keto. Aldi came out with Keto friendly line of products. I guess everyone else that's low carb saw the ad too because most things we gone or low stock. Oh well that will teach us for not braving the snow storm to go grocery shopping and ending up there on Sunday at noon. Love our little Aldi

  • Natural Hair Affair

The staff was short but efficient. The woman on the register was friendly and fast. There's lots of products from Germany that are great. As a bonus its inexpensive. Just remember to bring your own bags, and a quarter for the cart. The only set back is they don't have everything thing, so if you're feeling choosy prepare to go to two stores.

  • Gloria Steen

They carry the items that everybody needs at great prices. The quality is good. You don't have to stand in line very long at checkout. The one thing I don't care for is the rough way some cashiers handle your groceries that you are paying for. I wish they would be a little more gentle especially with fresh produce items that bruise easily.

  • Bethany O'Neill

Aldi is my favorite place to shop hands down. They have the lowest prices, quality food and the best part: The Aisle of Wonder. This location is on the smaller side so the selection isn’t as wide as the one on Charlotte, but it’s still a great spot. The line can get a little long here, but is usually fixed within a few minutes.

  • Aaron Shaull

Great prices and selection at this store. I like a lot of their stuff more than the name brand. They sell wine and beer now, too. Folks at this store are nice and keep it clean and organized. The produce is generally pretty good but seems to have an especially short shelf life once you get it home.

  • Matthew Walters

Normally love going to this location but today will be the time I shop here. Deana "one of the managers" as she called her self was extremely rude and unprofessional in handling a situation today. I highly doubt that she is even a manager due to how she acted.

  • sudhakar jinka

As everyone knows and mentions, in Aldi you will get groceries for less price. Here cherries are good as they are big in size. Remail you can find a lot of home related stuff and groceries. Outside the shop , for taking the trolley you need

  • Mohammad Jamal Uddin

I most of the time shop from them. I wish all the grocery store sales/counter people were happy looking like this Aldi. The shop is clean, easy to shop around and they have special offer items each Wednesday. My wife bought shoes by Serra

  • Candace Baker

Michael.. mr. Judgy... walked away when I went to the register... out of protest for me not wearing a mask. Do I need to carry an oxygen tank in with me with a shirt that says lung problems? He was rude, tried hard to not speak to me and

  • Judy Jacobs

Good selection of cheeses and chocolate, reasonable prices for many items. There is a limited range of many items so you don't have to spend long deciding what kind of shampoo or cat food to get. Staff is always pleasant and efficient.

  • Mary Freels Church

I've made several trips to this store since it opened. Each time, the associates were friendly and helpful. The prices are much lower than Kroger. I have practically cut my food expenses in half since Aldi arrived in Bellevue.

  • Charlie Gilbert

Best value in town. Great products at great prices. They have almost everything, but only one of each thing, making it easy to decide. Focus is in quality instead of brand recognition. Staff is also very nice.

  • Sabine Atkins

Great place! Has a lot of organic, healthy foods without the big prices. Items are easy to find. Love the selection of breads. The "Knock Your Sprouts Off" low sodium sprouted bread is my new favorite!

  • Andrew Decker

This Aldi is pretty clean and well stocked. The produce can be a bit iffy sometimes but that's what I have come to expect. Between here and Kroger right near by, you can get almost anything you need.

  • Dawn Goree

Love Also and really like the larger aisles of this location. Only one thing they should fix... All the parking spaces are on a hill. Your buggy rolls away when you try to load groceries in the car.

  • Lee Ann Nickens

Remember to have quarter for shopping cart, and if you have shopping bags take with you or grab boxes when shopping. They have good selection of meat, vegetables, organic items. Reasonably priced.

  • Chandler Ross

This is my favorite grocery store ever. SO CHEAP but you need to be aware of a few things. Bring a quarter for the cart (you get it back) and bring your own bags. You will save so much money here!

  • Liza Rodriguez

Great location, nice selection of products. My only complaint is the lack of customer service. Every time I visit there is only ONE cashier, and they are not friendly, not helpful, sour faces.

  • John Gargaro

The store is clean and efficient. Produce was fresh and I got some help from a smiling face when I needed to find something. The prices are certainly better than at the big supermarket chains.

  • Micah Jones

Most of the food I've tried from Aldi is good. Some things are even better than the name brands were used to eating. Sometimes the checkout lines are long but they go through pretty fast.

  • Gabriela Oré Menéndez

I love it here. Really good prices, fresh produce and great staff. Brin your quarter to get a shopping car (you get it back later), and bring you own bags (keep it green)

  • Aalliyah

Produce selection was scarce and didn't look fresh The few items I did buy, went bad after a couple of days Staff was friendly and store was clean and well organized

  • Lillian Dennis

Great prices and friendly service. Super convenient location. Sometimes there is a line but it goes by quick. The store has a good selection of fruit and veggies.

  • Jennifer Rosolino von Stoops

Great prices and selection of imported goods. If you want to save money on grocery shopping this is the place! This particular Aldi has friendly service as well.

  • Andrew Defraties

The selections can sometimes be hit or miss, but the there’s usually a good selection of produce, and meat. 12 pack of Ice cream sandwiches for $1.59 is a steal!

  • Natarra SimsSerantes

I LOVE THE WINKING OWL RED WINE...I really never like shop there...Fresh food without additives scare me...Inflation is a big brother.. BUT THE WINE IS DIVINE

  • J Walker

About 1/3 - 1/2 of their product selection varies week to week, but what they have is always good quality, fresh, in season & a great value (low prices)!

  • Bridget Wilson

Most items are at discount price, sometimes only a penny but pennies add up. Great savings on coffee creamer and produce. Canned cat food is a great buy!

  • Brandon Pusser

Very nice store! The 3 star rating is due to the fact that they have 5 registers, but I’ve never seen more than two open! The line is always horrible!

  • Lacey Wootten

All Aldi brand foods are free of harmful dyes and their organic selection is priced well under the price of non organic foods at other stores.

  • Patty Lewis

Aldi's best prices, food and store is just the right size. Love that folks.reuse bags and most return or pay it forward with their cart

  • willy baum

Drew and whoever hired him deserve a raise!!!! WOO DREW!!! Thanks for showing the cereal, couldn’t have got my Reese puffs without you
