I just had a terrible experience with a Aldi's Cashier. She was extremely rude and nasty. She was yelling at a elderly woman and snatched her receipt out of her hand. This was all over water and milk. I told the lady I was buying the water and the milk. She snatched the water and threw it on the floor. I ask her was that my water and she looked down and said yes. She didn't move to get so I did. She said you can't buy the water for that lady. I told her she couldn't tell me that I couldn't and paid for it. She continue to scream and yell until 3 workers got in between us and told her she can't yell at customers. They apologized for her actions. I don't have my receipt to do a complaint on her. I hate the fact that I can't call the store to speak with management. I would like to do a customer complaint. She doesn't need to be working with customers. 6454 Ablemarle Rd. Charlotte, NC

Overall I love Aldi, but the lines of people at registers are ridiculous!!!! Every time I go there they only have one or two cashiers to handle 20+ customers In lines. By the time you get to be rung up your ice cream is already melted. There were countless times where I abandoned the few items I needed and went home, because there was one cashier handling fifty thousand people. This is not acceptable. This store is a high volume store, they should be given more labor hours to at least handle tune customer traffic in peak hours. Another thing is the lack of price tags. I swear, seems like every third item I'm trying to buy in the frozen section have no price tags!!! That's so annoying. I know the girls are doing the best they can with the resources they have, but ..... the overall snooping experience is ruined by the lack of help and poor customer service

I went there for many years but today was my last time ever going there. I went to check out at the register with the cashier name Charisse. I inserted my debit card and ask for a $40 cash back. This woman acted like I committed a crime by asking for cash back. She literally placed both of her hands on her head and acted like I was wrong for wanting cash back. She was in that position almost a minute, I thought something was wrong with her. Then finally she snapped out of it and handed me two $20‘s. This behavior never happened to me ever and I will not go there again if customers are treated this kind of way. No thank you! I’ll go to another.

Since they remodeled the store, the store has so much more to offer. There's some savings, but the cost of produce/ products has rising with a big notice. I truly believe they need an express lane or self checkout. Some folks with a couple of items & asking can they get ahead. It's understood why, but after 3-4 people ask, you feel like you'll never get out yourself. Usually, the cashier speaks, but today, the young lady with the red blemish on her face did not speak nor talk until she finished ringing up the total. Can you say customer service training.

I love the remodel the store looks so nice. The only negative thing i would have to say is i did not like the fact they had the on duty police officer using the floor mopper. Unprofessional and it really was aggravating to turn around and my cart had been moved several times in a 20 min span i felt anxious and like i was in the way. Im sure everyone is ready to get off and go home but the machine makes the task take a fraction of the time i think it can wait until customers are gone or atleast all waiting at the register.

DO NOT BUY THE PAPER PLATES. THERES CHEMICALS ON THEM THAT YOU CAN TASTE AND SMELL. Im a huge aldi fan but recently I bought a pack Of paper plates from the location on Albemarle Road in Charlotte NC and What ever chemical they use to finish the plates transfers to your food whenever you put hot food on it or you put the plate in the microwave. Took me 3 days to realize it was the plates. I usually buy hefty plates but grabbed these because i was already in the store. At this point i don’t even want anything from aldi

The staff is always personable and knowledgeable with assistance if needed. Today while checking out, 2 men walked out if the doors with their cart without paying. They saw it was busy and took advantage of that opportunity to steal. Both cashiers went outside to track them and got their tag #. Several of us shoppers gave descriptions of the two suspects and their suspicious behavior. I hope the police catch them. Prices are reasonable enough to pay for your groceries like we all did.

Very bad service! The cashier lines are so long and there is only one cashier open . They need to get more workers. I'd rather go to Sam's Club than here! That's why many people dont go there. I'm NEVER coming back and I dont recommend coming here, even for a bit if groceries. I almost forgot to mention that I needed a carton of milk and we thought there wasn't any so I HAD to go inside the refrigerator and get it from the large carts from behind. What a horrible place.

This Is one of the worst Aldi's I've ever been to. Employees are SO rude and they rush you at the register. They don't handle your items with care, they speed scan and just throw them in the cart. I've had damaged items a few times due to this issue at this location. Employees also don't care to help you, they roll their eyes And get upset. If you didn't want to help someone coming into the grocery store why did you apply? I avoid this Aldi at all costs.

Aldi is a really cool grocery store. There are a lot of things you just won't be able to get here, but they make up for it with their very unique selections. The snacks here are seriously fire. They always have an amazing selection of cheeses and gourmet spreads. Make sure to bring a quarter if you want a cart and bring your own bags (or a laundry basket or tote). You can buy reusable bags here if you don't have any, but they won't bag for you.

Love Aldi as a chain, but this particular location sucks, the staff is decent, but management need to do a better job of keeping items in stock, on three occasions I have been in to shop and they never have what I want or need, instead given some lame excuse why they dont have it, the store is constantly cluttered and messy and never fully stocked, there is another opening up within a mile of my home, hopefully they have their act together.

Seems we drop in here every six months or so and vow never to go again, but here we are. No corn meal to be found in whole store. That's almost like a staple in the south. Most prices are pretty good but noticed a lot of items are packaged in small amounts/quantity. That's not really an economical way to buy stuff. Guess it'll be another 6 months when we'll need a reminder for why we don't go to Aldi's more often.

Love this Aldi's. Items easy to find. Well organized. Have most everything I need. Have enough workers to serve customers. Extremely reasonable in price. Security on staff. It's a no frills store. I always come and shop here. Aldi is just so affordable. I don't mind spending $100-$200 there. I have gone sometimes and they are out of stock of some items because of that reason. Things go fast so I guess its best to shop earlier in the day or morning when everything is there and is in stock. The only thing I dislike there is that they don't have much of a meat selection. That isle is small.

I love Aldi. I get way more for my money. And that aisle that has all the random stuff? I call that the Aisle of Shame & it's usually my favorite part of shopping there! I love to see what's new in that aisle every week! This particular Aldi is always well stocked. The lines do tend to get long and they usually only have one cashier, but they're usually fast & it's worth it.

This place has high quality food and other products for unbeatable prices. I always run into a friend here and you'll make some friends. My last trip I bonded with a cashier over our birthdays and I saw a couple from Cambodia ask a family from Pakistan about their heritage. I love that really encourage reusing bags and cardboard boxes.

Just left there. Off brand discounted food as usual but usually cashier actually speaks. Today I initiated conversation and still no words were spoken to me at all from cashier. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but terrible customer service. Just a simple "Hi" or "Have a nice Day" would have been nice. No other issues.

Ive always loved Aldi's prices and products. But the cashiers..uffff some of the cashiers are extremely rude to shoppers. They're always yelling and raising their voices at customers. Please aldi do something about this!? Please. Heck, send a secret shopper to this location and see what some of us are talking about.

I love Aldi but honestly it makes no sense that there is just one cashier. For the sake of getting the customers through the line faster they should have at least two cashiers. The lines are so long that it's blocking the aisles and you can't get through to where you want to go. That's my only real complaint

Recently undergoing renovations, so it's a little dark in the parking lot now, but other than that I LOVE this place. This is where we shop every week for groceries and the only thing we can't get there is totinos pizzas haha great place to live on a budget and eat GOOD. Even their frozen meals are amazing.

ALDI has the best prices for organic produce which I love! But staff are rude, I was waiting in line at 7:50 and the cashier was making faces to us us (the people waiting in line) I really think cashiers can do better, Not only happened once. Advice: don’t go in line when it’s around closing time.

Solid wide selection of fresh organic produce and organic products, European meats and cheeses along with plenty of gourmet options. You better get your degree in shopping cart mastery because it's pretty tight in here. Staff means business, efficient and quick to open registers when needed.

I will say My money would always go to Aldi any day, the seafood is top tier always fresh for a really great price, like the salmon or the tilapia is the best, I also love the selection of the salmon especially. Great if you’re frying, grilling, or baking you’re fish☺️

I was able to get in and get the things I needed quickly. I had an issue with a broken egg that I didn't notice until I had paid and was loading up the car. I went back in, and they were able to exchange without any issues. Really nice and helpful employees!!

Nice store. Clean but seems to always be under staffed. The associates who are there are pretty friendly. Getting around with a cart can be tricky sometimes as it's usually a little crowded.
