Our experience with Alexis hospital has been exceptionally satisfactory. We were recently associated with Alexis for the maternity treatment of my lovely wife. Considering certain medical complications associated with my wife's earlier pregnancy i.e. miscarriage and fibroid issue, we were extremely worried. Also after consultation with many of the Gynecologist we were not provided with proper advise. However under the competent guidance of Dr. Rajani Gupta ma'am, we were blessed with a beautifull daughter. She also had low lying placenta issue in the initial trimester along with fibroid still Rajani ma'am guided us for healthy normal delivery. Against all odds my wife had normal delivery.Throughout the course of all three trimester, Dr. Rajani madam deep insight and observations along with timely recommendation helped us to mange the pregnancy in well efficient manner. Due to my official posting at kolkata we were guided by Rajani ma'am through teleconference for the journey. Post which I shifted my wife to nagpur to be in continuous care of Dr. Rajani maam. Also I would like to mention that due to early delivery my daughter was bit underweight also she was affected by jandice. However Dr. Bhaskar Gupta came to the rescue and helped my baby recover the odds. I express my heartfelt gratitude to both the doctors for their sincere efforts. The cleanliness levels and hygiene related matters are very well managed by the staff of Alexis hospital. The staff and nurses has been extremely cooperating and well trained also kind spoken. Proper knowledge and training was provided to us for taking care of the New born. Hospital has all the advanced equipments and technology. Overall we as a couple would highly recommend the Alexis hospital Nagpur for medical treatment considering the response of the Gynecologist and pediatrician that we experience.

Dr. Sakshi Bansal(Gynaecologist Surgeon) is a wonderful surgeon Not only has she taken great care of my mother's health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. We ( me and my wife ) met Dr. Sakshi Bansal at alexis hospital one year ago for consultation regarding pregnancy of my wife. We were just shifted from solapur to Nagpur after transfer. In the first meeting we were impressed with knowledge, co-operative, kind nature of Dr. Sakshi Bansal. She explained everything patiently without using complected medical language. Throughout the pregnancy we were properly guided by Dr. Sakshi Bansal. She was always helpful. On the day when labour pain started, we called Sakshi madam early morning at 4 am and she answered the phone and also advised us get admitted, and on 31st March 2023 we were blessed with beautiful baby girl. We are realy thankful to Dr.Sakshi Bansal that she treated us with so humbleness and always guided. Now Dr. Sakshi Bansal is only preferred doctor for my wife. I would recommend anyone known to me to Dr. Sakshi Bansal. Super likes from me, my wife and my family ❤️❤️❤️.

This Hospital will make you realise why private hospitals are bad and will only treat you as Cash Cow. The treatment here is pathetic where you can't ask any questions or get proper clearification without some doctors using authority or policy to not listen and do what they want. Patients in ICU don't get a proper treatment, all nurses busy with gossips all the time. Security gaurds are a Major problem as they think they rule the hospital, without any sense of respect they will scream at you abuse you and gaurds Satish Bawne in parking tried to hit me and patient for a simple request of helping me get my car out which was blocked. If you want this to happen to you definitely put your money and time into this Hospital. I've given a feedback on their portal as well as a written complaint. But the private hospital will ignore all.

I had my 1st baby delivered in this hospital. After all the luxurious facilities that they provide we choose this as an option. But there are so many things that has been messed up while delivery. No attachment of the baby to mother immediately and missed the golden 3 hours of breastfeeding which eventually effected my baby's feed. Neither their nurses were helpful in educating or taking care of baby since I was operated and had very little stamina. Whenever we asked the nurses method of burping or breastfeeding they will come and go but won't help. Won't be recommending this hospital for delivery. You can choose any nursing home who has skilled nurses and doctors to start your parenthood journey beautifully.

Best Hospital in the Region with amenities and services. The patients have been taken care of by the Doctors and Sisters very effectively. The hospital staff is extremely supportive and services from the nurse and ward boys are quick and excellent. The CRM People are very informative and admin people are gentle in behaviour. Cleanliness is 24×7 in the Hospital and you will never find this hospital dirty. In the multi sharing wards there is proper bed for the relatives to take rest along with the patient and have all thr basic facilities which the patient and the people need. As compared with the other top Hospital in the Nagpur region Alexis Hospital has the best services to offer..

*As per my visit I felt Alexis is One of the best hospital in Nagpur. * Almost all the Doctor are very professional, experts, nice and very kind with you all the time. * Very clean, hygiene, spotless, helpful and polite staff. *All kind of emergency related to health is available 24/7 * Process are very smooth. * In case your patient is admitted, you don't need to worry about anything related to facility and the person who will stay with patient also get bed next to patient in general ward. * cantinee and ATM facility available. * only one cons I have seen is, dealy in discharge process. They take to much time to discharge the patient after treatment.

Place is really awesome. It is very neat and tidy. There is ambient space for parking. It is situated on the main road and near the flyover making it easier to locate and helps the patients in emergency cases. The staff is well trained. There are very calm and polite. Also the security guards, dustblowers etc. are of great importance. The services available here are fantastic. Everything can be done just under one roof. The only disadvantage is that it is very expensive. Middle Class people can't afford to be here.

Worst hospital I have visited till now . The receptionist seems to talk on the phone all the time whether there is a long queue waiting. Not only that , they seem to be doing us some sort of favour by providing us with such attitude. And the doctors took an appointment of 12 pm , got to meet him at 2 pm , that doc refereed to some other doc , took appointment of 6 pm again and guess what she arrived an hour late , seems like there's no sense of respect to others time . Never gonna visit again

Professional and Patient- Centric Dental Care Experience. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Pooja Shirsat, and I must say, it was an good experience from start to finish. As someone who has always been anxious about dental visits, Doctor and their team managed to make me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. The entire team, including the dental hygienist, was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail.

All our family members preferred this hospital since it was started. Best doctors in town. Hospital staff is really calm and helpful. I went their for medical tests and for visit to doctor and the staff explained me all the process very politely.It was a good experience. They are just amazing. Neat and clean hospital, treatment and management is also good ,told me one of my relative , as compared to another hospital rate is also moderate, food served to patient is also good hygiene and cleanliness is maintained highly, patient does not feel as he is in hospital, facilities provided is also good

Being a doctor and a parent writing this review after getting pathetic service from path lab delay reporting, called so many times for report thn only got only one report after hours of waiting , what about other reports ? 3rd Class service!!!!! I don't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Best hospital in nagpur my personal experience best service and Dr's are all professionals and genius' clean place and nursing staff are very humble but this hospital is very costly too much I had dengue I stayed 3 days and night bill was so much 110000
