I used to work at this store, my dog grew up here actually! I still frequently shop here for food, toys and training tools. I’m a dog trainer now, so I come by for new leashes, collars, treats, etc. I love All The Best because they carry Herm Sprenger prong collars, the go to brand of all professional and reputable dog trainers in our area. For those that know, these collars are hard to come by in pet stores!!! Usually I have to special order them online and wait several days for them to be delivered. It’s the only brand prong collar I trust to use on my dog and client dogs that gives us clear and precise communication during training! My German shepherd lab mix gets excited when he sees his collar cause that means it’s time to work. We also love coming to this store cause the entire staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable - they always hook us up with treats and samples to try too! If you’re looking for a pet store with staff that actually cares about you and your pet, and will answer any and all question you may have, stop by All The Best! ❤️❤️❤️

In the past I've largely been let down by the customer service at any All The Best I've ever been in--I'm rarely greeted, the employees never follow up with me to see if I need anything, and they hang out behind the counter avoiding interaction with customers. They also don't seem to know much whenever I have a question more in depth than "where is your (insert brand name)?" BUT! On Friday I came into the Greenwood location to get some canned food for my dog, and there was a girl working that day--I believe her name was Bronwyn?--who was super friendly and engaging. She's the first ATB employee who has made me want to come back. I'm sure she doesn't get the recognition she deserves, but I thought she was great. I wish the customer service always matched the quality of the food the company sells!!

Best pet store in Seattle. Amazing healthy and alternative selections for dogs and cats. Lots of the selection is US made and also locally made. Super friendly and helpful staff that I've never had to look for. They're always asking if I need something before I can even start browsing. Great customer service here!!! My pup's birthday was recently. We went in to get him some treats as we usually do for his big day. They gave him a soft cake shaped squeaker toy and a swag bag full of fun treats and samples for my little guy. We both left with big smiles on our faces, feeling appreciated and taken care of as customers. Not many businesses go out of their way to do that little bit extra these days, but All The Best does....every day!

I've shopped at All the Best for over 10 yrs until recently, as their selection of food, treats, toys and accessories is great. I say until recently because I discovered they sell prong collars which are an aversive-based training tool that can jeopardize both the physical and mental health of dogs, namely stress-related behaviors during training, elevated cortisol levels and problematic behaviors such as fear and aggression. "Balance training' is not science-based. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she highly defended them, saying it was a matter of opinion. It's actually not- that's the science part. Customers rely on the store for their knowledge and supporting this training is a big failure.

Incredibly rude — seriously the meanest staff I’ve ever encountered at a pet store. They shortened their hours and were closing in 20 minutes. Instead of just letting me know when I walked in or asking if I needed help, the two women stayed at the counter, REFUSED to make eye contact while saying some very rude and discriminatory comments about needing to lock the door. When I asked for help finding something (my puppy has stopped eating her kibble and I wanted to try a soft food), they just snapped “NO” at me and told me to go to Petco then kept chatting away to each other. Not sure if they’re normally this awful or it just so happens to be the worst pet store in Seattle, but definitely won’t be back.

My cat has terminal cancer. He is at a very weird stage with what he is willing to eat. My cat’s usual canned food was out. Sage not only remember about it she even hold some for me she really cared! She also share her knowledge and personal experience on cbd for pets with me. Which really helped me to make up my mind on giving my cat cbd. It helped with some of his pain also help with his appetite. Not just Sage all the girls that have helped me at this store I am truly grateful and I appreciate everything you guys did for me. Thank you for going through this hard time with me! You guys are amazing.

First time in (Holman Rd location), looking for good quality canned cat food and was stressed out about a picky cat...what if I buy and he doesn't eat it? The wonderful human who helped me said the most magical word, "sample". What a concept!!! (I apologize for forgetting your name! But you had fabulous fingernails!!) Two different brands to sample and he lived them both! And the little catnip treat?! He doesn't care much for catnip, or so I thought. Turns out, he's crazy about this one! I will never go anywhere else for his food. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

My favorite pet store!! All of the people who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful, they can give you detailed information on almost any item in the store as well as nutritional needs for your pet. They are always willing to go above and beyond here, just how everybody would hope to be helped. They have taught me a lot about my own dogs needs and what fits best for them / my budget. The products here are just as great as the people, loads of wholistic foods and supplements, as well as ethically made toys ...etc.

Been going here for a while. It’s a bit pricey, but I don’t mind paying for quality. The older guy who works at this (Holman Rd.) location, with the ponytail, is a bit snotty. I’ve found Customer Service here lately to be poor-mediocre. I’ve been thinking about switching to (staff-owned) Mudd Bay… tonight’s experience at all the Best put me over the fence. So long, All The Best.

First time here to pick up some dog treats. They have an amazing selection of dog/cat treats as well as frozen food(I’ve never seen a frozen food section this big). Super friendly staff and they gave me a welcome bag upon signing up with high quality samplers and a toy in there! I usually go to mudbay but will definitely be frequenting all the best from now on!

All The Best has the nicest people that are knowledgeable and genuinely care about animals. I love that new customers get a little goodie bag to start, which was really helpful because we realized some treats our Great Pyrenees is obsessed with. Super cute toys for all kinds of pet needs and I always get helpful advice from staff! I love coming here!

Love this store. Great products. It’s positive for the community. Also a shout out to them for hosting Doggy Dentals. It was easy to schedule, and the cleaning was wonderful for my pups. We get to skip the crazy expensive anesthesia cleaning this year and hopefully going forward. Thank you for hosting this All the Best Pet Care.

The people working the evening shift on 1/10 are awesome! I came in to let my dog do a little birthday shopping, I mentioned it was a birthday and they gave him a birthday goody bag. The birthday hat really topped it off since I wanted one for him. That was superior customer service and marketing. You won me over, I'll be back.

The staff was empathetic, compassionate, and helpful to me when I came in today in need of guidance and help. This is the second time this store location’s staff have gone above and beyond to help my pup, Gavin. I’ve never left a review before in my life but fet the need to praise this store and their wonderful staff memebers.

What a great Pet Store! I went in the other day with my Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican hairless) and the employees were all so happy and helpful! I wish I could remember all of their names, but I do remember Sage because she has the same name as my daughter! She was wonderful... I'll be shopping here from now on.

Huge shoutout to the crew at the Holgate location for helping recommend the right kind of chewing products for my new rescue companion and helping her feel extra loved by letting her taste test some treats so she could find out what flavors she likes. We will be back soon for sure!

Very friendly and helpful staff! They helped me find a new brand of food for my cat Clementine, and they remember she doesn’t like fish, so they always give me treats she’ll like. As a new cat owner, I feel so comfortable going to All the Best, and I know I’ll get any help I need

I had a great experience today shopping for CBD oil for my dog. Josh was very helpful and we even got some new free CBD treat samples to try! I'm grateful they are in my neighborhood and that they supply CBD for pets. To my knowledge, they are the only pet store chain that does.

The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a joy to deal with. I get some really good advice and product suggestions for my finicky cat with allergies and health issues. The samples they give out are super helpful too because of said finicky cat.

Good selection of products, but product prices aren’t displayed. You have to guess at how much things cost for the most part. I know why they hide the pricing on the back of all the products.... because it is way overpriced. The staff is friendly.

Wonderful store and thank you for hosting the anesthesia -free teeth cleaning. Seriously this was the best teeth cleaning experience for my dog that I could have imagined. I'm completely impressed and thankful. The best $200 and 15 minutes spent.

Friendly and helpful staff. A variety of high quality foods, treats, toys and helpful items for your pet! The double window bed has been a hit with my two kittens! And when I bought a very large cat tree, they even helped me get it into my place!

Sage was so incredibly helpful. I called to ask if someone could come out to the car with a dog cone so our dog wouldn't lick at injured area. Even though I gave just a few minutes notice, she came right out with the soft cone I requested
