My experience with Allstate was wonderful when we had an automobile accident recently. I extend to the agency and it's staff our gratitude for their timely help since the moment we reported them about the accident till return of my car after repairs from Dependable Auto Body.Special thanks to Ann Tharian and her staff Kiran. Our rating of Allstate is top most.
The staff very rude, incompetent, have not manners. I asking for a quote for a car insurance. Was very disappointed. The worst place to get insurance. They want to get your info. only, they refused to give a quote for my car. I will suggest not to go to this place. Allstate is very expressive anyway.
