Worst customer experience ever. Silvia worked on my rental policy renewal. I provided a group code upon at renewal but she failed to apply it. A few weeks later I found this mistake, she said she need to contact someone to get it corrected and told me that she will get back to me in one or two days. However I waited for two months and no response. So two months later I called her again (she was not in the office) and leaved her a voice mail, but no call back either. And then another two weeks passed, today I called her again. She told me she received my voicemail but she think it's not her business to reach out to me. She said 'my duty is about new customers and evaluate new policies, if you have any questions you can talk to my manager'. I said if you promised to call me back you should at least let me know who I should speak to or how your team decided to address the issue. Then she hang up the phone, in a very rude way. I tried once to call her back after that, and it went directly to her voicemail. At first the Allstate representative promised to reach back to me in two days. However I waited for months and eventually she tells me to talk to her manager and hang up my phone? That's the worst customer experience ever, can't believe it's truly happened.

I had a vehicle collision last week and reported the accident to them later that same day. I was told an adjuster would be in touch with me to settle further details. Over a week passed w/o any communication from their end, and I finally decided to follow up. I was told by a new agent that 'many of their claim statements had recently been lost and that mine was likely one of them'. Lost? Just like that? No follow-up with their client to regain control of the situation? I had to go through the report process again, and both times the agents were rude, far too casual, and unapologetic for any of their mistakes. When you try to explain your situation, they constantly interrupt you, making for a really obnoxious experience. I've been with them for just over 4 months now, and already I've had 4 different account agents who have stepped in because their turn over is so high. I'm waiting until this claim is handled, and then I'm IMMEDIATELY switching to a different insurance company. Allstate does not inspire any trust whatsoever. You can definitely do better elsewhere.

I have been with Allstate up until September 2022 when they quoted me $6400 for my auto policy. Though out my time with Allstate I have only experienced unprofessionalism, long wait times, rude, and disengaged employees. I called late august informing Allstate that I WILL NOT be continuing my business with them as I have found a different auto insurance provider who was able to come down 50% from Allstates ridiculous price. Allstate proceeded to take out a total of $1080 from my bank account for September and October, even though I cancelled my policy with them. “You’re in good hands” more like “You’re in a thefts hands”

I can’t say enough about the GREAT service I received after an accident I was in, with Allstate being really amazing with their help through the entire process! Accident, being hit from behind, happened on a Thursday. By the following Tuesday morning, I had my bumper repplaced, car seats replaced, and had my chiro and massage appointments booked for my whiplash. I was blown away!! This also included a rental from Enterprise as well during that time. Truly a seamless process and would HIGHLY recommend Allstate to anyone looking for a good insurance company!

We have been insured with Allstate for Decades, Unfortunately we experience a water main break. Which we had coverage. They have accepted the claim. But the repairs and the Adjuster have been simply a nightmare. We used their contractor, who explained, they are unable to get any response from Allstate, the Adjuster or anyone. And he suggested we contact them. So we did as instructed. Zero response. This is going into year two. I would suggest to seek a different insurance company. As Customer service is not a priority to anyone at Allstate.

I was in an accident in the beginning on December. Called the next day to make a claim on my vehicle. I did not hear back from Allstate for 3.5 months. I called numerous times and spoke to 2 different managers and still could not get someone to help me. The service was not good. Finally I got a call almost 4 months later and The lady did not even apologize. I do not recommend this company for insurance. If you are looking for quality service and a speedy claim this is not the place to go.

Manager Katherine was behaving inappropriate. When we came last month to ask about the insurance, as we wanted a discount. We do understand that we might be not entitled for it, but the way she talked to us rising her voice and saying that maybe we should find another company to deal with, was unacceptable. We left devastated. It was the worst experience ever. Unfortunately, there is no less than one star I can give as a review.

I recently switched my auto insurance to Allstate and I am very happy with my service and experience . My agent Aleshia was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful also very lovely to communicate with. She got me my new insurance plan at a way better price than my current and she expedited the service because I need to get everything setup within a short deadline.
