Giving 5stars it’s an understatement. I left the salon so happy with the results. I have highlights, and for every blonde woman out there- you know how hard it is to trust someone with your hair when it comes to blonde, always running away from orange or grey trying to explain as nicely as possible what you want and how you want it, going extra lengths to even show photos. But honestly it was not the case with Gecilia and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I would return 100% to this salon thanks to her experience and professionalism. Communication was easy and smoothly and the results surpassed my expectations. While at it I have also done my nails at Nathalie. This salon has hired really good people. Nathalie is detailed oriented and gives you the best manicure ever. Highly recommending this place

Terrible terrible terrible experience. I booked this salon for my 30th birthday as I came to Paris and was straight across the road in the Sofitel. I was so excited as it was on the actual day of my birthday. Firstly, although the salon was entirely empty my mother was told she was not allowed to sit with me. We found this weird but let it go. Secondly, I think at this price a little more could have been done since I actually told my hairdresser it was my birthday! To top it all off, I was charged 50£ extra on the day, more than I was quoted! Bear in mind this is already a premium salon. I have been in touch for processing a refund THREE times and I still have not been sent the money back which was wrongly charged. Recommendation? Do not waste your time or money here.

Today I visited Balmain Hair Salon (note this is located inside Intercontinental Hotel). The service given to me and how I was treated were just TOP NOTCH even though I am not a hotel guest, I wasn’t dressed in high end luxury and was looking miserable in this rainy weather. I went in just looking for some hair accessories and the staffs showed me all the options, let me try on some hair clips and even took me on a short tour around the spa and salon facilities. Super patient and friendly! I felt like a VIP. I will totally recommend this place to all my friends and family, and hope to return again to try their spa or hair treatments.

Fabuleux. Véritable salon de coiffure exceptionnel, qui cherche à vous vous embellir , prend soin de vous et vous rend unique. En sortant vous êtes heureuse. La magnifique décoration du salon contribue aussi à ce moment magique de détente . Jérôme et Alex sont toujours disponibles souriants , adorables et très professionnels. Le prix est assez élevé mais je préfère aller moins souvent chez le coiffeur plutôt que de me trouver toujours mal coiffée . Que du bonheur!

Начиная с администратора, на каждом шагу буквально предугадывают ваши желания, предлагая самое лучшее. Волшебный массаж тела и лица у Гам. На следующий день записалась на волосы к Эдену. Выше всяких похвал!

My wife had her hair styled by Kyris and it was perfection. He was wonderfully kind to her and styled her hair to perfection! If you have a formal event to attend please consider this establishment.
