Apart from machines and equipment they also offer various classes, regular challenges and personal training. Parking is usually plentiful. Carpark can be busy during school drop off and pickup hours due to the school across the road.

Going to the gym at Ringwood Nth is always good. From Aimee who always has a chirpy g'day when ever you turn up to Mel and Josh both helpful knowledgeable PTs and willing to help out if needed and equipment upgrades it makes going to the gym enjoyable John Jarvis
