Today I went to wash my car at this carwash.  As I was driving my car into the conveyer, while following the attendee's directions , he asked me to pull back in reverse while I was on the conveyer, which caused my wheel cover to bend . When I came out and noticed the damage, I went and talked to the supervisor Eddie.He then , went and grabbed the kid (skinny with long hair ) and asked him if the cover looked like this prior to the incident , so I told Eddie that I also bring my Range Rover and Maserati to the car wash and that chevy is my commuter car ,and I wouldn't lie about something that would cost me maybe $15 , ( which in fact will cost me more than that after I researched the part and it would cost $42.95 )  . He then proceeded to say that if I make so much money why don't I just pay for it,  which I think is very disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a supervisor . I asked him i should be compensated for it, he then rudely said well give me the bill and ill pay for it and walked off. He didn't even offer to reimburse the $7 which i paid in cash. I emailed the owner of my complaint and he replied saying he didn't want to pay for any of it . And said it was my fault when it wasn't. Its just a car wash its not rocket science. Business is unprofessional and dishonest . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I used them out of convenience since they are by my house.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this car wash. My first time coming here and definitely my last. I decided to stop by after a visit to the hair salon nearby as it was the closest drive. When I was being guided through the entrance of the wash the attendant was signaling for me to come but was looking at the sky, looking to the side, everywhere but at my tire or me to let me know if I need to turn my wheel or whatever have you. Needless to say I felt my car bouncing from side to side of the track as it was being pulled through. This also the first car wash I noticed that doesn’t tuck your side mirrors for you. The one star is really for the price of the cheapest wash I got. The service was trash.

Disappointed, doesn't wash you car or dry well, most brushes that washes the car were bald, missing pieces and a big area of the car wasn't washed properly. Vacuum hoses won't reach the back of the car, vacuum hoses are only about 8-9 ft long on all stalls, I had to turn it around and back up to the stall to finish vaccum the back of car. I reported to the guy at the booth all of the problems I encountered and also told him I was going to post a review hoping to get the owner's attention. I'm not a person that posts negative reviews but this one was a fiasco. Avoid it, go somewhere else.

I want to like this place. The kiosk staff can be a bit unfriendly. You have to initiate the conversation and they tend to be a bit terse. The cleaning process is fairly good and the prices are mid-range. Last time I went, half of the vacuums were disconnected, 4/2/2018. The place does get overrun by Uber and lyft drivers who spend lots of time in the stalls cleaning their cars, so space can be limited. One good thing is that there is a good taco truck next door. Bring your own towels, although they do have a vending machine that sells stuff like that, never used it though.

Car was not completely clean. Some of the stubborn details were left untouched. On top of that off of my car still had soap and when I notified the manager it came to check the car but it told me that I shouldn't worry about it. I'm not sure about that honestly because it looked like soap so at best would have laughed at stains so I had to manually remove all that. Lastly the vacuums are not really strong so overall I wouldn't consider this a great place to go for a good wash.

They need a tire warning!!! I have some nice red rims I understand they might of been a bit scratched from the right due to curbs but the left side was perfect an untouched! Until today!!!! I'm so disappointed I didn't even wanna use the vacuum nomore..... this is no cheap fix smh you guys need a sign letting people know there's a chance of yours rims getting damaged smh ! Never coming here again that's forsure ! Supreme wash wasn't even that good....

Great convenient neighborhood car wash. The actual car wash itself is good if you're looking to just get the dirt off your vehicle but the reason to come to this car wash is the vacuums. The vacuums are always powerful with suction but more attachments to get in the hard to reach areas of your vehicle would be ideal. Also upgrade the payment systems. No reason to still be using paper to authorize payments.

This was the most horrible car wash experience I've ever had I paid the $8 to do the wheels go up and everything and it didn't even stop by Wills had to go to the class because my car did not get clean the first time and it still came out and not clean they're literally having to hand wash my car and all the manager says is well we have that problem with black cars I do not recommend this place

The price is right, and the vacuums don't have a set time limit. They've got the goods. I highly recommend driving through. The staff is friendly and hard working and the wash moves quickly and efficiently. If you like the older style drive through car washes, this is the place to drive through. Opened a couple years ago and I've time and time again and it's wonderful.

Been here a couple times. I can't really complain. I guess I don't really get what people are expecting to get for 6 or 8 dollars. I mean we live in a world of you get what you pay for, for the most part anyways. It's a quick inexpensive wash. I was satisfied with the turn out. I come here when I really need a good vaccum and figure a quick wash couldn't hurt !

Please do not use this car wash - it is dangerous. My car was damaged from their old equipment, huge scrapes and a flat tire from the equipment. The staff their are extremely rude and got aggressive towards me when I showed them the damage. There are other places nearby who are cheaper and 1000 times better. Stay safe and use another

Quick, easy, and cheap (especially if you come in for the early bird special). If you do 10 washes you get a free one through a validation card they stamp every time you get a wash. They never expire, so take your time. Id recommend the 8 dollar wash, wheel scrub. I just wish their dryer lasted a bit longer, and it's a little packed.

This place has really gone downhill. Don't go here. It's self dry, which is fine, but their air blower as your cars comes out, barely works, so be prepared to dry an almost completely soaking wet car. Not to mention that if multiple people are using the vacuum, the suction drops to nothing. A good place, which is now a dump.

Great place! Very friendly, helpful staff. Love that they’re open on Sundays. You drive through the wash then you can vacuum yourself. I recommend buying a towel for $1 to wipe down your car. Mine had a lot of bird poo on it that I had to wipe off, and the towel was a life saver. I’ll bring my car here from now on. :)

Worst car wash I've ever been to in my entire life.. All the brushes were almost missing. . Basically they sprayed soap on the car and rinsed it off. Even the spot free water Wasn't spot free … don't waste your money. I'm glad I only got the basic . wash wasn't even worth that for $7 save your money.

It has a limited time for vacuum. After 5 or 10 minutes the vacuum stalls. Also the drive through distance is short. So Don't really want the wash will be perfect. The price to pay for top wash is 13 dollar. Plus they give you a air freshener, but I guess it is included in the 13 dollar package.

It's alright. Free vacuuming. No under carriage wash though. The auto-tow into the car wash is pretty fast so the special foam doesn't really hit your car thouroghly. More like a hit and miss system. I would go here and get the basic wash. Bring drying towels cause the dryer won't do the job.

We decided to pay for the $11 premium wash and expected our car to come out clean. Instead the car didn't dry fully so there's water spots all over the car and the car is still dirty. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because my partner liked that there were vacuums.

Quick, easy, acceptable cost for the results. My car was very dirty so could use a heavier scrubbing but for $7 this is a value!! Didn't have to wait longer than 3 min!! Convenient beats perfect especially when I'm so lazy to wash my car!! Thanks for helping me out.

I really liked this car wash’s concept however, employees were very rude and unfriendly. I tried asking some questions as this was my first time there. The employees became very indignant and condescending.Take your business elsewhere where your business is valued.

One of the worst car wash ever !! We had to twice and even after there was still soap water and dirt on my car !! They were very rude and their system didn’t even function correctly! It kept us the rail while another car was approaching! Never going back again!!

Not sure why some people are giving low ratings? This place is quick, easy and the wash is great. Also I find it to be competitively price, where are you all finding better values? Maybe I'm out of the loop.. and you get a free vacuum, this place is awesome!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! the machine to Wash the cast damaged my car causing deep scratches to all 4 rims and puncturing my front tire. The manager did not accept any responsibility and was very rude! To top it all off my car was still dirty VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Doesn't clean your car good at all. Leaves your car dirty still. Leaves lines of clean spots. Very unsatisfied! Not worth $13 at all!!! leaving your car dirty. Never coming back!! Do not bother!!! Cashier not friendly at all! Not worth a whole star.

As of December 1, 2019, the boss of this property is NO LONGER allowing recycling people who came to collect cans and bottles, which is disappointed. I saw a young man that he's no longer collecting cans/bottles due to boss's rule restrictions.

I haves used the $6 wash and the $8 deluxe wash, neither is worth the money. No human touches your car, no one at the end of the wash there to at least dry your windows. If you go here take towels, windex and other items with you for self

Slack staff. Wash quality is below average. Person at the cashier seemed “high” and talking nonsense. When I asked what he was trying to say, he kept saying “meow”?! He was the strangest person that I met in my whole trip in California.

This place looks to do more than its service offers..I mean $12 and I can't even get my entire vehicle dried Omw out by your 60super blowers at the end of my 1 1/2 min wash ..now I Amit I did like the free 5min van wit super suction

7 buck wash does it right... don't bring your car here that hasnt been washed in over a year and think it's gonna come out detailed clean. Take that junk to a hand wash place and get it detailed. Comments are so frustrating.

Employees are super nice and helpful. Best vacuum suction that I've ever experienced at a do-it-yourself car wash. Prices are competitive to drive thru washes. If your in the area and need a wash, I'd definitely recommend.

It's a very nice and quick place when you are in a hurry and just need your car clean. The only problem is when you pay for a higher "wash" they end up giving you the same wash as the lowest price.

Unpleasant workers. Poor wash. And the hours listed here are incorrect. Who knows when they close buy at 6pm today, they were long gone! Not remotely close to the advertised 6:30pm closing time.

The old equipment caused $1000’s of damage to my car. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Use at your own risk! I have to take them to small claims court to get my money back which is a shame!

The shortest car wash there is, takes literally 20 seconds to get through it. Doesn’t wash or dry anything at all, the car is completely wet and still dirty after all. Definitely not worth it.

Wash isn’t worth the price, i am use to paying $5 flat for what they charge $7 for. Also note, that the $7 wash is cash only, they have a $9 minimum, and guess what, the next wash type is $9

Nothing fancy here @ this do it yourself car wash. It's cheap and fast. Bring your own finishing towels to dry off the remnant water spots cuz this place is simple with no extra anything.

Three words- Quick, easy, inexpensive. The staff is friendly and it's perfect for people who don't want to wait an hour for someone to do a mediocre job at a regular car -wash.

The guy took my antenna off and put it back on with and adjustable wrench. He cut open the plastic part with his giant adjustable wrench. They should use an antenna tool.

This is one of the best car wash in LA. Customer service is 5 starts. If you go often don't forget to get the card so you can claim one free wash after 10 paid washes.

It's great because I am lazy, but they could do a better job on the supreme wash. My car always looks clean from a distance. Up close is a different story.

Quick in and out. Go on off hours so you don't have to wait for a vacuum or have to worry about time to vacuum. Entrance on the Venice side is way easier.

10 bucks for the cheapest 14 for the most expensive. It takes less than 10 min free vacuum but bring your own towels to dry the car.

Car wash is packed in the corner of a busy intersection. The run is really short and my car was not clean after coming through.

One of the washer spinners got caught and ripped part of my rear license plate frame off, which also scratched up the paint

They require minimum credit charge of $9, which means you have to buy the express wash in cash. Or buy two towels....
