I see the negative review below stating that they are dishonest.. This is far from what I saw today. I would take what he says with a grain of salt as he obviously has some beef with them, just look he has wrote 17 reviews all bad for different company.. some people are just miserable people I guess. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am just to blown away not to. This is a old fashion handshake kind of company. I purchased a large heavy safe from them and had it delivered sight unseen. The safe exceeded my expectations, but what really blew me away was there service. Its no easy task to move something that is heavier then a Honda Civic but Jon and Dave did and amazing job. They took there time and did it right. I have a uneven floor where the safe was installed and they could have left it that way but took there time to fix the problem and shim the safe. I have brand new hardwood in the entire house and they also took there time to cover them with large sheets of aluminum and caused ZERO damage. I am sure someone could have come in and done it faster, but I highly doubt anyone could have come in and done it better, or more professional. This is one of those company that your grand daddy tells you about from back in there day that does it the right way and takes care of there customer.

I called this business and asked if they could make me some keys to three locks that I had lost the keys to. They said sure just bring them over. I took these three locks and the gentleman behind the counter tells me that he can’t make the keys because the locks don’t have any numbers. So I show him where the numbers are and he looks them up in the computer and looks at the board where he has all the blank keys then he tells me to order them from the manufacturer of the locks. So I take my three locks to another locksmith nearby and he tells me he will make me two keys per lock by tomorrow. In less than 24 hours he figures out the type of key each of the locks take and he makes me 6 keys. I will never go back to this shop for any of my repairs on safes or locks. They lack responsiveness and desire to serve people in need of their services.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AZ LOCK & SAFE 100%!!!! We have Royal tool boxes on our truck (DO NOT RECOMMEND ROYAL) the key was lost and all boxes were locked. Called royal, no help at all!!! Called AZ Lock and Safe, they came out the next morning and took about 15 minutes and had one box open and 3 keys for me. The gentleman was courteous and professional. The rate was so reasonable I was shocked. We will use AZ lock & Safe for all our key and lock needs!! THANK YOU!!

Just wanted to say that John and his teammate were amazing. They were able to fanagle my safe into a closet that barely fit it. They also took the time and care to not scratch my hardwood floors or make any marks on the wall. They did such a great job that I wanted to tip them, but John saw that I was a veteran and wouldn't accept it and said "no, thank YOU for your service". What a great person! I couldn't recommend them enough.

This truly is a 5 star company. I only write reviews when service is extremely good or terrible. In this case it was great. Not only was the cost very reasonable, but it was the interaction with the employees that made the difference. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Sean, both outstanding individuals.

Dropped off an entrance door lock set to have changed to open with a completely different key pattern, plus I needed it to open with the Master key. A couple hours later received a call that it was finished and ready for pickup. Quality job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Brady and Bryce came out to move a safe for me. They were efficient and professional and did the job right. I'm glad I had them handle it as they came prepared with all the tools and gear necessary. The charges were reasonable and money well spent. Five stars!

Walked into a unfriendly environment and asked if I could get a key made because I lost the original, told me it wasn't possible. Another locksmith arrived at my place in 30 minutes and got the job done in under 10 minutes and handed me 2 spare keys as well

Owners are very nice and professional...If you need hard to find keys like ones to storage cabinets this is the place to go... they can make almost any key and if they aren’t sure which style you need they can search it on their computer system... A+++

I had these guys move a 1200# plus 72" tall 48" wide safe for me, and they did in a great & speedy manner. The guys onsite were professional and very informative of the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing safes moved or lock outs.

If you're in town and shopping for a safe it should be a first stop. Scott at the office was great and knowledgeable and delivery with Brady and Art was timely and professional. It's obvious they've done this before
