I bought a Jeep in July 2022 last year I noticed that one of the headlights wasn’t working. They claim to fix the issue. I had the car shipped about 2 1/2 hours from their dealership and the carrier driver noticed a faulty guard repair upon pick up that I missed on inspection. The repaired guard didn’t lineup with the lines of the car, when I brought this up they told me basically I had already inspected it so too bad. Once I received the car I took it straight for inspection for rego in New South Wales - Failed inspection headlight not working. Phone call to the dealership with a comment, “it was working when it left our yard”. Due to dealer warranty commitments they had to have the car fixed and this would set the tone for the next couple of months. To cut a long story short, like that time that they wanted to do the repairs instead of Jeep. We drove the 2 1/2 hours up to Brisbane and they had the car transported by a truck back to us .On the first drive it overheated and my wife, who was recovering from Covid, had to get the car towed back with our NRMA and once again we got the same comment “it was working fine when it left our yard”. The dealership offered to buy the car back in December finding that the car was not worth them repairing because they had to under dealership warranty. You see we paid extra for extended warranty which they were pushing for us to use for these repairs but because we have not had the vehicle in our possession for three months total they were responsible for all repairs under the dealership act. Reluctantly a loan car was given just prior to the buy back decision which was appreciated and I wouldn’t have worried about writing a review about these guys if we had received our Jeep number plates back in December as promised. Not only have we lost our stamp duty on this deal but now coming up to an extra three months of rego that we can’t get back. Phone calls emails and text messages with the comment “we sent them back in December” yet they can’t provide any tracking or postal proof. New South Wales RMS will not refund any money without plates or a signed letterhead statement to say what they’ve done with the plates. We have neither because it must be in the too hard basket. I have been very calm and patient through this whole process but i’ve had enough and thought I’d share my experience that may help others in the future on their decision with this company.

This is the first time I have ever bought a car without viewing it prior. I live in Victoria and came across this car via the website. Made contact with Rob Dunn at the Brisbane depot and started the process of investigating the vehicle and arranging the possible sale and delivery. Goes without saying I was taking a risk here, and my gut was telling me to back out. It was a Landrover Discovery and 135000 km on it, and in first class condition. He was right, the car arrived in Victoria 7 days later , the car was spot on and the process was smooth. The follow up a month or so later was equally good. Yes....I took a gamble, but I've been in sales for 35 years myself and I backed my judgement of the guy at the end of the phone.....because he was impressive, as was the experience. I can highly recommend Rob Dunn at Auto Mega Warehouse.

I was needing to upsize cars due to a growing family. Due to a hectic work schedule it had been hard to organise time to inspect cars. As I was also looking at doing a trade in I was surprised at how many other car dealers just weren't keen on doing business. I first spoke with Allan who offered great advice over the phone which made it worth my while to drive into their Eagle Farm Warehouse. Upon getting there both Allan and Rob were very professional in showing me the car I was interested in whilst also doing an inspection of my current vehicle. They managed to crunch some numbers on the spot and we agreed on a price for both vehicles. They offered to get a full detail and paint correction on a few blemishes on the car I was buying and arranged a time for me to collect in a few days. Upon arrival the car was immaculate and paint correction done. Allan then checked a few days later once I had taken the car to see how things were going. GREAT customer service.

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLA turbodiesel small SUV from Rob done at the auto warehouse in Brisbane after seeing the car advertised on car sales. From start to finish Rob and his team we are nothing but accommodating, patient and easy going. They made everything so simplified & stress free, especially payment process as I had to wait a little bit longer for my insurance payout to come in before I could settle on the car. The car itself is immaculate and extremely well looked after. I paid well below what other dealerships and private sellers were asking for also, which closed the deal for me ! The whole warehouse is full of well looked after & very shiny cars lol. Got an email asking for a review. Currently trying to diagnose issues and wish I never bought this car from here. It's been such a disappointment. Car struggles going up a hill, came with no wiper fluid. There must be a leak as it ran out after it was filled, within a week. Interior light doesn't work, car turned off multiple times after starting it after a rest break on a road trip. Air-conditioner had mould so had to get it cleaned. I would reccomend buying from a dealership so it's under warranty and you don't have to pay for diagnostics and extra costs and have to worry about whether you need to go back to Brisbane to fix anything or double handle with your service provider and the seller. So much hassle.

Bought a vehicle from the Brisbane location - the whole process was easy and efficient - Upon servicing the vehicle, it was discovered that the vehicle was sold with the incorrect service logbook. While the logbook is for a vehicle similar to mine, however the listed VIN number does not correspond, this will make it very difficult to on sell the vehicle with factually inaccurate vehicle service logbook documentation. He was notified approximately 4 months ago, nothing has been corrected, case of stiff bickies - he's got his money, doesn't wanna know me. Thanks.

We have not purchased a used car for 20 years. Alan was great and not at all pushy. He gave us solid advice and helped us with all of our queries. We ended up buying the cheaper of the 2 cars we had gone to view after he took us through the differences. We are very happy with a reliable car for our daughters. We started there because we felt the offerings were good value compared to the other Carsales listings for the same model. We will certainly start with Auto Mega Warehouse next time and are happy to recommend Alan and Rob.

We are very unhappy with the lack of service and experience. Sold us a car that was not serviced. Once they have your money they want nothing more to do with you. You have to keep chasing both Liam and Kevin to do their job (we got told if we asked them to service the car they would have considered it). Had issues with the car within 10 mins from the car yard. Issues still ongoing and trying to get them fixed. Bought plenty of second hand cars from dealers before and never had any issues.

My partner bought her car from Brisbane recently. She thought the task would be daunting, but was pleasantly surprised. Her experience as a woman buying a car was outstanding from her initial enquiry to collecting the car. Well, wanted to buy a car from this place which looked good to me. Wanted to trade my car in and sure enough I only expected a fair price. The young sales person was really good and would have liked to continue dealing with him. Than this guy Kevin came along, how on earth can any company employ such dishonest and full of Bull guy ? Well beyond me !! To get into details it would take me a hour to write and find some words without R18 !!! My advice don't go there

The vehicle had not been checked by the dealer and within 24 hours showed up a major fault (alternator failed) which should have been known prior to sale as it was clearly not working then. The car was being repaired for 6 days then had another major breakdown 4 days later again under repair for 6 days. Dealer argued re taking car back and then did not give a full refund. Dreadful performance

Make sure you get your quote itemised if dealing with Jordan! Clearly requested a quote with a towbar and roof racks included. Then asked to pay extra at pick up. Still no resolution on towbar, have had to go legal. Poor form!
