Great location close to my house, staff is amazing all looks great. But one huge problem this branch has very nosy and unpleasant manager Jose Lozano. As soon as he find out that we switching mortgage and not with BMO he start investigating our personal files As well business files with out our approva. In the end with out explanations in writing that I asked over and over he just verbally told me that our business is to big risk to the bank.And we will closing your accounts. By the way we own medical clinic and worked every day during Covid and still working. Make sure you avoiding this person he’s not working in your interest he just good two face actor, never gonna now when he will create lots of unnecessary issues to you personally as well to your business. Be aware!!!

Very organized, supportive and nice staff even at management level . In regards actions for COVID-19 they are doing amazing job. BMO bank put hand sanitizer beside each cashier for customer use and one staff frequently wipes stuff that are touched by customers which is great action.

Worst experience in 25yrs at a bmo I've had ever. Manager is a arrogant D*&K The staff is so IGNORANT and their was no reason for them to go through all of my personal information with out consent. I'll be dealing with the head of corporate operations personally. No happy at all..

Great experience. I went in with my wife to open a RRSP and TSFA for the both of us. Marina the personal baker was amazing and informative. She was able to confidently answer all our questions and concerns. Can’t wait to go back and open a RESP.

Worst branch. Aweful customer service. Branch manager Jose Lozano did not help with a problematic situation at all. Almost left me homeless while pregnant!. Theres so many BMO's . Choose another one !!!! Beware!!

Slow, and use new employees for large transactions even though i warned them. Bank even put the money into an investment for me without asking.
