This is my fourth time coming to this dealership. Two of the times they were closed so I can give that to them, however the other two times, they were supposed to be open. Their website says that they are open until 7 at night. Yesterday, May 20th we were here at 4:30. Nobody was here, so we called and nobody answered. My son called and finally, somebody answered so they were down at an Auto Auction; so nobody was here at the dealership. They asked if we could come back the next day and that they were open at 10 in the morning; which is what the website says. Today we've been here since 10 minutes till 10. We called at 10 and they said somebody will be there by 10:30. It is now almost 11 and somebody finally decided to meet us at the dealership. If they can't be honest with you and direct with you as a person then you have to ask yourself what kind of people are they and what kind of dealership is it? Can you really trust people like this when you're signing on the dotted line and you're essentially signing your life away to a contract to people that can't even be here when they say they're going to be here. This is my warning to you if you're thinking about buying anything here. I actually called my lender who has a direct buyer linked to my lender and they were surprised at what I had to tell them but this is the truth this is honest this is real. If you're going to deal with them you'd better think twice.

Too bad that you cannot give negative stars!! They screwed over my young son who just purchased his first car from them.. sold them a car that was over $3000 above book value, and the car was supposed to have been inspected, but less than 400 miles later and the check engine light came on.. well, the turbo is failing and the thermostat is bad.. and when you call to ask if they can help as I live over 1500 miles away they say, "nope your son bought a car as is and it isn't my fault that he drove it bad to cause issues"! Seriously Then he told me that if I didn't like his answer to get a lawyer! Are you serious Can you say they are the epitome of shady car dealers??? I live in another state so how in the hell am I supposed to fix a car you lied about??? DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS WHO CARE NOTHING ABOUT THOSE THEY ARE SCREWING OVER! Can anyone suggest a good lawyer???

*Always get a pre purchase inspection done when buying a used car. Insist that you are able to do it, or don't buy it* Typical used car lot, lied to me about work that had been done on a vehicle I purchased. It was stated that the car I was interested in (and bought) had a timing belt and water pump change done very recently. 4 months later (and only about 6 miles later) my car is in the shop getting a new water pump (the fins/blades broke on it) and a new timing belt (was cracking) along with numerous other things. I should have taken my own advice and insisted on getting an inspection on it before I bought it but I was driving a rental (because my car had been stolen 1 month prior) and I was starting to dip into the money I had set aside for buying a car on the rental.

The owners were very kind . They gave me such a great deal. After they talked with me they treated me like I was a friend. I will go get my next vehicle from them. And I hope you do to. . It didnt seem like a car lot. Cuz I left happy . And I felt like I made a friend . That k you again . I dont see very many people that care about other people in this world. So when I do and I look for good in people I just dont see much good . To the family and there helper at Babylon auto sales thank you very much for being a friend. And Tozirek Betasi who left a I didnt get what I wanted review. My spidey senses didnt act up until I read your statement. I am not a friend or family .you went out of your way to bad mouth them. This is a great used car lot. I just bought an SUV here and before the transaction was completed, Al had the vehicle inspected and turned out that there was a leak and that needed to be fixed. Although the work was not covered under the current warranty, Al took care of all of the costs and saved me a lot of money ($1500) for the repair. I really appreciate that Al put me, the customer, first and took care of the problem before I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend buying from this lot and would buy again if I am ever in the market for another car. Good customer service goes a long way!

I'm currently looking for a vehicle, I get to the lot and I start looking at the cars that interest me. However the salesperson approached me and said, that if I had any questions to let them know. The issue is that as a sales person you have to be able to figure what the customer is looking for or if they are just window shopping. But you don't get to that conclusion if you don't actually take the time to talk to the person. Which in this case it didn't.

Employee write their own 5 star review. I was looking at a car on offer up and the offer up post says 07 and the website says '06. Then after I point it out, he doesn't admit the mistake and says, "? 06" Photo proof is provided. You'll also notice Marcelo is the name of the salesperson and is probably the reviewer.

I punched a vehicle from here and met the owner at the car auction 2 days later to give him 750$ The rest of the deposit. He takes my money doesn’t give me a receipt drives away laughing. Then turns me into collections for the bill. Very shady business tactics. Stay Away.

We had A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Al was so sweet and kind and thoughtful. He really was able to work with us to get into the car we wanted. He was easy to work with and even stay a bit later to get everything dealt with. And the car was in great condition! Highly recommend!

Al was knowledgeable about the car and really worked with my bank to sort out issues getting my loan. Good honest place to buy a vehicle. They kept their promise and helped me fix one of the headlights that was out as well on the car I purchased from them.

The people at Babylon Auto Sales were polite and caring. I would suggest taking your vehicle to them for any repairs. They did an excellent job repairing a head gasket for me and the cost was most reasonable of anywhere I looked for estimate.

Don’t waste your time here. The office is a dump, salesperson looked like a bum and he had no idea of the inventory he had in the lot. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place.
