I needed some advice on improving my Wi-Fi signal to my IPTV box. I spoke to Krung and he recommended a replacement antenna. Unfortunately, when I tried it, there was an installation piece that wasn't compatible with my equipment, so I returned the next day. I brought all my equipment to the shop so that we could test it before I bought it. Krung spent over an hour trying cables and boosters and installation procedures in the shop until we found exactly the right solution to my problem. He walked me through each step that I'd need to complete when I returned home because the instruction manuals weren't in English. He refunded the money for the incorrect antenna, got me all the replacement equipment and added a discount. This was exemplary service and he's a credit to the store. (Added after another visit) I returned with six Samsung tablets. I needed micro Sims for them. Staff gave me good advice and found the right product for me. I had trouble installing them at home, so I needed to bring them back. Once again, the staff were more than willing and able to help.

The stuff of banana it terminal 21 is cheater. Today they were cheating with me.If anyone don't want to be like me try to avoid this shop. Their price also more higher than another brand shop. Same product same service but price different more than 35%. Today when i am visit this shop to buy a bluetooth speaker they give me the price 12000 THB & i agreed to buy this one but on that time i have to go back my room because of my insufficient cash & after sometime when i come back this shop with cash, they just denied me. They are starting to cheating with me. They said they don't know me. If you want to be safe try to avoid this brand shop.

Wanted to buy a power supply for my laptop. The guy I asked first looked like he wanted to be elsewhere. No smile, not very communicative. When I asked if they had the power that could be used for my laptop he just said "no have" - without hesitation, nothing more. Then I noticed some adapters were on a shelf and I decided to ask one of the girls working there. She at least tried to search for the type I needed and indeed she found one that could be used! I ended up not buying it since the price was pretty stiff but she saved a star for the shop. The guy I talked to... well I wonder if his manager ever is there.

Went by 3 times to buy a laptop , 1st 2 times the employee went for 15mins break, but waited almost 1 hour still never return, decided to catch a movie then return, and 3rd time dropped by around 8:30pm, and the roller shutter down also, told the employee needed to buy something, he replied the shop was closed !!!

Very pleased to see the well priced experienced staff of banana IT on the top floor of terminal 21 shopping Plaza the prices are fantastic easy and approachable staff for assistance and saves the hassle of going into the city centre it puntip Plaza

Banana has many outlets in Bangkok. They sell everything about IT stuff around .... from mobiles to laptops and all accessories. If you need a cable or a storage device a phone or a laptop, Banana is always a place to look at.

On the top floor of Terminal 21 beside the cinema. Great spot for affordable techy things. Got myself a 5m hdmi cable which I find really handy as most of the hdmi cables included with purchases are 1m and never long enough.

The shop itself is quite ok. The staff was actually helpful. But the stocks are very generic. I for example wanted a specific keyboard which they have in their website but not here. Ended up going to Siam Paragon.

Pretty store with a good selection of phones, computers and other electronics and accessories. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices for accessories are usually a bit high.

The best place to purchase IT stuffs. The customer service executive was friendly enough in guiding and getting our SAMSUNG PRODUCT information. Highly recommended outlet

In most cases staffs in such shops are just “Terrible” or “Fair” but the staff who took care of me had a very cordial way of service, so I’m impressed. It was a nice buy.

Rate this place over the bigger name Bangkok electronics shops due to the enthusiasm and genuine interest in tech from the staff. Very helpful and good deals.

Typical thai electronic store. Sell garbage product. Open 45 minutes late. Close 45 minutes early. Lazy staff...roll the doors down 815 though it closes at 9.

Been to this store twice. Same guy, Never met an employee so rude in my life. And bad etiquettes too, Store opening time is also 12pm apparently.

Nobody speaks English so they are usless to me, so I will spend my money in a place that does, there loss!

The information stated that closing time is 10:00pm. But the store actually closed at 9:15. Lazy stuffs!
