A great branch that helped me set up my bank account in a short time on the spot, no appointment needed. There is hardly a wait here at any time of day. They even encouraged me to sign up for my first credit card here in order for me to start building credit. I'd easily recommend this bank to anyone.

Terrible place. Had an appointment for notary here and the bank closes during the snow without any notification. Had to make it through the snow just to find out that they are closed. Didn’t bothered to update their Google page or phone line….. is it normal that their vault is wide open?
Absolutely the worst experience, 53 min wait to pay a bill. 2 tellers no sense of urgency and 4 customers service reps. Wow!! I guess it normal for customers to wait that long. No one ever showed concern for the long line over 18 ppl. What ever happened to great neighborhood banking
