great store with lots of equipment available to the public. The staff are extremely helpful however when I went to use the restroom I found a staff member writing out the plot of the Terminator in human faeces. This was incredibly alarming and the colour of the faeces was rather intriguing. Other than that incident I would highly recommend shopping here for future purchases.

The plant section is amazing. We haven't been here for a while and note that the change is fantastic. I felt flat when we got there but after walking through all the healthy, happy plants my spirits lifted quite a lot. The lady who was watering the plants was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back, a lot. Liz

These guys are fantastic, always helpful well stocked with everything from the busy garden centre, power tools, paint, plumbing, pest control everything including to the undercover timber racks there. Unlike some of the huge hardware stores I find Banner at Norwood easy to pop in and find what we need.

Great hardware and garden store. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Have a free Member's discount card for 10% off. Good range of native plants too. Today I bought vegie seedlings, bamboo stakes, native and non- native fertilisers, cow manure, watering can and mulch.

My local hardware store since 2002. Their range is not as extensive as Bunnings, but they always have exactly what I need. Plus, they have regular discount weekends, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and none of the rat race feel of the larger chains.

It's not a huge garden section, but they still have a decent selection at decent prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful and parking there is a breeze. They also have a loyalty card that actually gives you a discount off purchases...every time.

Froma personal perpective , i like purchasing from Banner 10 Norwood .The building is alway clean , easy to move around without too many people under your feet and above all - you can attract service when you want it , unlike the big name

Wow what a huge variety of items. You would get lost in the store. The staff on the check outs are good but some of the staff on the floor dont seem to know what the are doing but the variety maybe there is just too much to know about.

I spoke to a few people on the phone this morning, urgently trying to get an animal trap as my cat has escaped. The female sounding person on the phone was so kind and helpful, promptly locating the item I needed. Thanks so much team!

Brilliant Service!!.. Will always shop for my hardware there in future. Had a problem with a blower vac that would not start. Took it back and it was replaced without question or drama.. Fantastic service. very happy.

The staff are quiet helpful. The prices are not as competitive but the service and advice you get probably outweighs the price. If your a novice gardener or DIY-er this is probably your place.

Excellent customer care, great selection and prices are good. People in the store know their products and are very willing to help. If you are into unusual plants they have a fantastic range.

Convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful, they were a little low on the fertiliser stock, however offered to contact other stores to locate what we were after. Very helpful

Customer service skills and knowledge are top notch. Explained my problem and the situation, the guy who helped was great, got away with a simple fix instead of costing hundreds.

Only giving 1 star as there are no negative star options. Customer service is deplorable and disinterested, with alternatives near by I won’t be returning.

Great store experienced staff they get to know you on a first name basis . The staff are not your usual young kids who sort of don't know what you need
