On Friday, August 25, we brought in Cecilia G***a in to the ER at Baptist Neighborhood Hospital – Zarzamora located at 7719 IH 35 S San Antonio, TX 78224. She was seen by Dr. Sean Wang, who ordered a number of tests for Cecilia. One of the things that we suspected was that she had a UTI. Dr. Wang conducted a CT scan and concluded that Cecilia’s cancer had spread to the brain. Her checkout paperwork showed that a urinalysis was for this service. Days later, after conducting tests with her regular doctors on Tuesday, August 29, it was concluded that Cecilia did in fact have a UTI. We reviewed the ER paperwork which showed that she had a urinalysis conducted, but realized there were no test results for this. After calling in to Baptist Hospital, we were told that a urinalysis was not conducted even though we believe we were billed for this and it was listed on Cecilia’s paperwork. We are extremely disappointed in Dr. Wang’s negligence. We also noted that his bedside manner was poor, as he didn’t address the patient directly and did not even take the time to look at her. He didn’t check her lungs He only addressed the men in the room. Every time that we try to talk to somebody at the hospital, we have been met with resistance and have been given the runaround. We were given incorrect information by Stephanie Tovar, patient access manager, on Friday, September 1. We were promised a phone call from a Doctor in charge but have yet to receive that phone call as of 11am, September 1. On Friday, September 1, Amy Lyons, Director of Nursing, dismissed us and hung up on us after we tried to follow up with her. When we’re we’re not followed up with as promised. Amy Lyons also claimed on Friday, September 1, that no harm was done to the patient, even though she had shown concern the day before on Thursday, August 31 and Cecilia had an unknown infection for several days. Amy did not answer questions that were posed to her either. Amy disregarded the patient and family’s concern in dismissing us with the comments “no harm was done” Additionally: On Thursday, August 31, Dr Wang called us, even after we were filing a complaint about him, to try and listen and learn from the situation. After we expressed our concerns, he tried to provide excuses instead of listening. Dr Wang offered no real apology. The phone call was unsolicited.
The staff at this hospital is rude from the person u see when u walk in to the nurses in the back . I felt like I was at southwest general hospital and we all know that’s not a compliment smh . I’ve been there twice myself and the second time I was bleeding out so bad my ear was ripped halfway off the I was bleeding everywhere. Then a little boy came in having seizures bleeding bad he busted open his head . They were so rude to the dad and made them wait for ever. I was getting weak from all the blood I was loosing so I got up and went downtown .last night my mom went in unable to breathe they ended up transferring her out to another hospital she was so bad and thank god for that because the way they were acting while my mom was literally dying in pain and unable to breathe they literally acted like it was there job to help her. I was asking for help the dr had already seen my mom they never came in after that my mom was suffocating she couldn’t breath she was panicking cuz she was about to pass out . I walked to the nurses desk and said my moms about to pass out can I please get help in here and all 6 nurses there literally ignored me it was dead quiet I know they heard me I’m literally standing in front of them so I asked again and again all of them avoided eye contact and ignored me . They didn’t even have the decency to say ok well get ur nurse for u . It was more like that’s not my job that’s not my patient. Then the nurse comes with all this attitude saying we have to wait for the dr to come in while my is gasping for air . I told him the dr was already in here what are you talking about . All the attitude from every single person there is unnecessary. The lack of sympathy and empathy is unethical and it’s sad . My mom was so bad they had to transfer her to another hospital . don’t bring anyone u care about here to yourself the favor and drive the extra 5 min to downtown .
So I have been here several times throughout the past few years for myself as well as my children. When they first opened up they were an excellent hospital. Since COVID though I think there needs to be improvement. I went the first time for my son and they were good to him. Then we all got COVID and they just sent us all home. Sometimes the doctors and staff are friendly but lately. They have not been on top of their game. Went in a few times for my BP and they kept me there til I was ok. Last time I went though it wasn't that great. I had never had swollen feet before and I went in to see the doctor. He told me it was probably old age and did a chest scan to see if I was not having heart failure. I told him my doctor had me on antibiotics but my infection hasn't gone away. My doctor put me on my third round of antibiotics. Come to find out I may have diverticulitis. As doctor's they should have checked all the bases as to why my infection was still present. My doctor doesn't have the same equipment but even he knew something wasn't right. Today I had four bleeding bowel movements and am going back to the ER. This time I'm going to another hospital. I'm not risking my life here. I'm sorry to say. I even had a severe hand injury a year ago and was treated badly because I had anxiety over riding in an ambulance. I drove myself to UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL!!! HERE BECAUSE I DIDN'T GO ON THE AMBULANCE THEY SAID UNIVERSITY WOULDN'T TAKE ME IN BECAUSE I DIDN'T GO BY AMBULANCE. I DROVE MYSELF FROM ZARZAMORA TO MEDICAL LOST A TON LOAD OF BLOOD BUT UNIVERSITY WAS WAITING ON ME TO GET THERE. SO WHEN IT COMES TO LIFE OR DEATH UNIVERSITY FOR ME IS A BETTER HOSPITAL. ALTHOUGH THEY'RE NOT PERFECT EITHER BUT I'D RATHER BE AT A DIAGNOSTIC HOSPITAL THAN THESE MOM AND POP PLACES. YEAH I SAID IT! MOM AND POP HOSPITAL! SAD TO SAY BUT EVEN SOUTHWEST GENERAL CAN BE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE AT TIMES!
This place was absolutely terrible. If I had the option to give no stars, I would. My nephew had just broken his arm on playground nearby. The only who showed a sense of urgency was the security guard who brought a wheelchair out to us. My nephew is 5 years old and was in absolute pain that he doesn't know how to handle. And the nurses kept tell my mother and I that we had to wait and that everyone has to wait, everyone that was calmly sitting in their seats. My nephew was screaming and him arm obviously deformed. We sat there for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes until my mother finally bugged them enough to send SOMEONE to just look at his arm. This nurse came to look and put a sling. As he did, he saw that my nephew's arm and said that his arm shouldn't be hanging straight and looked at us as if we did something wrong. We rushed him to an emergency room where professinals are suppose to help us. The nurse who then told us that they would do what they could to have him seen as soon as possible and then tells us that is been "a busy night". That doesn't justify how rude the staff was to my mother or justify how long they had us wait. After almost 10 minutes after our interaction with this man, we ended up leaving. The next hospital we went saw us and checked us in the minute we arrived. This place has no business calling themselves an emergency room. I understand that having a woman raise their voice at you to be faster can be overwhelming and irritating. But worried family members don't just do this lightly. We needed help and this place let us down.
Woman at the front desk was SO rude. This woman does not have socializing skills or people skills which is the important part of her job as her being the first person in that hospital that people go to. She raises her voice. She gives attitude. She doesn’t care for her job. I was surprised yet not surprised to see others on google reviews have the same issue. How is it that she still has her job? After making several patients uncomfortable. She talked to me as if I couldn’t understand her or as if I was dumb. And I’m standing there completely aware and offended that she’s even talking to me this way? She was awful. Staff was awful as well. They did my EKG wrong, yanked the cords off of me. didn’t do blood work on me, I had my chest x ray done with layers of clothes compared to hospitals normally providing me a gown? didn’t even ask if I had an under wire bra or anything for the x ray. they came back in just giving me prescriptions. didn’t tell me what was wrong, didn’t tell me how my lungs looked, didn’t mention anything to me about why I went there to begin with. Just had me sign my signature and gave me prescriptions? I had to ask them what are these prescriptions for? What is going on with me that I need these? She barely had an answer. Just expected me to know everything. Went in for my lungs and they prescribed me everything BUT an inhaler. Save your time. Go somewhere else. I’m going to contact her employer and patient advocate. No one else should be made uncomfortable like that.
This place was HORRIBLE!! The staff was so rude from the moment I signed in with the receptionist to the nurses I interacted with before seeing the doctor. Nurse Zachary had a horrible attitude from the moment he walked in my room, he slapped the blood pressure cuff around my arm and didn’t do it correctly that it folded and started to pinch my arm while getting a reading ( my arm is still bruised) while being discharged this same nurse argued with my family member who was waiting with me and said that we were “lucky to be in a room, because other people are still waiting in the lobby” and that we can “go somewhere else”. Even the doctor himself was rude! He was practically falling asleep while talking to me, he was rushing while asking me questions and EVERY person that came in to my room left the door wide open every time, with no regard to my privacy. The bedside manner was garbage and I left crying, still in pain and feeling so disrespected. The ONLY 2 people that were kind or professional was the nurse that walked me to my room (Jacqueline) and the CT/ X-ray technician guy.
The receptionist last night was very rude. But that’s nothing new, it’s the same fat short lady who’s been there for years and she’s ALWAYS RUDE. Please fire her and move her to a different part of the office should not be checking in patients who are sick and have actual emergency . She will leave you dying there for hours. So concerned about payment after I was attacked by a pitbull. You can’t assume that an emergency like that someone was ready to pay $400+ Randomly. Don’t make a big deal, have them billed and move on to the next patient to care for especially if I asked to contact my insurance Monday. File your paperwork properly and stop wasting time arguing with a patient. They should go over the finances BEFORE they complete everything isn’t that common sense since they are money hungry? ♀️ And short dike who goes over finances obviously doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Please get some training. It seems like y’all hire just anybody with no customer service skills or skills in general. Nurse and doctor were great!!
I am an RN in a nearby city and I am incredibly disappointed with how my grandmother was treated here. A nurse or healthcare personnel from this facility came into the room trying to explain resuscitation as "Getting on top of her and cracking her ribs." As a nurse, that form of communication in front of various family members and THE PATIENT, my grandmother, was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I am going go take this complaint higher. There are better ways to communicate and educate and that was not it. To the nurse that thought it was a great idea to come into the room speaking like that and creating a mockery of my family for the decision we decided, you should be ashamed of yourself. As it is, this is a stressful time for my family and I and then to be spoken to in such an insensitive way was terrible.
The first star is for the quick waiting time. I waited in the foyer (waiting area) for about 10 minutes. But that’s only because I went during traditional school/work hours on a weekday. So it wasn’t packed. However, that was really the only good part about my visit. I waited almost 5-6 hours just to complete my appointment. 1 hour to see a doctor. 2 hours to get an update/prescription from the doctor. 2 hours to get the “OK” to leave!! Then an $800- $1k bill when all I did was wait. I thought maybe that was just my experience. Until two of my close friends found themselves in that hospital (months apart from one another) and had the same experience. Idk what’s going on. Maybe there’s not enough doctors or maybe the increased wait time increases the hospital bill. Whatever’s going on, figure it out.
Biggest waste of my time. Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. I asked about how long the wait time was and they simply said I’ll “get seen when I get seen”. Rude. I waited over 2 hours. I explained all my symptoms to the nurse who wrote everything on the back of an envelope. Before the doctor came in I could hear them outside already assuming it’s “just a virus” before coming in and asking me or seeing me. The nurse didn’t relay any information that I told him. Waited another hour and they just handed me paperwork. Didn’t even say what was wrong until I asked. Then they said “yeah it’s just a virus you have to wait it out.” Will NEVER be going to any Baptist Neighborhood Hospital ever again. 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional. Rude. Waste of my time.
Worst place ever! I wouldn’t have gone here if I didn’t have to, as it was 3am and no urgent care in the area open. I was told by my insurance’s “ask a nurse” it was urgent to get my son medical help. It appeared he was having an allergic reaction to a med that had been prescribed for bronchitis. We ha an initial triage and doctor finally came in the room shortly before our departure three hours later. No tests were done, no meds were given, yet, even with insurance, they hit me up for $350 at the door. If you are in the area…stick to TexasMed urgent care a block down the road. Too bad we don’t have one opened all night. TexasMed Clinic is where we ended up when they opened. Their staff are professional, concerned and work well as a team.
Rude nurses, slow service and very unprofessional front desk. The nurses at this hospital all seem like they don’t want to be at work. The nurse that came and took us to our room rushed us to room and when she was asking questions she was asking so quick and never really waited for answers. Wonder what she wrote down? She was in such a hurry and kept sighing when I wasn’t fast enough to answer a question. Afterwards my mom asked to go to the bathroom and the nurse she asked was walking by room and said if she went to bathroom she couldn’t come back in room. This place is a complete disappointment; we will not be back! Please show your employees how to be kind, courteous and patient with the sick patients that pay their salary!
I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from everyone from the nursing staff to physician. I have been my father's care taker for over 3 years since he was diagnosed with cancer and ESRD so am fully knowledged in his level of care. I was dismayed watching the nurse Jackson B.shaking and uneasy while he changed my father's Foley catheter bag and throwing all unnecessary items on the floor and doing everything using the tips of.his fingers with gloves on. The physician only came in twice to ask what the problem was and to give us his diagnosis...not once asked any questions regarding his history nor did he show any compassion. This was by far the WORST experience... Review us on Google
It was my first time at this emergency room, and the receptionist was nice and helped me through the paperwork. But once I was called to the back the staff was too occupied talking amongst each other than checking on patients, when the doctor came in they didn’t seem too concerned for my well being or my concerns ( kinda just rushed me and ignore my concern) . Did not weight me, measure my height or take a look at my vitals, they just had me hooked up until someone finally came in the room. I’m grateful because There was one staff member who checked on me and assured me I was waiting on results instead of being oblivious and just waiting in the room with no information. Bad communication overall.
I came to have my son seen by a doctor due to ,watery stool and vomiting,I got here at 10:30am , was called to the back at 10:40am , the nurse came in to see my son an then said the doctor would be here soon that there is only one doctor at the moment, so almost an hour goes by the doctor finally comes in and sees my son ,then says he will have a test done to confirm it's not COVID or virus, and finally an hour an a half later the nurse comes in an asked me if they swabbed my son I said no ,and after that about 25 mins goes by then a nurse comes to swab my son , an now still waiting for the doctor, at the time is 1:41pm and I'm still waiting, very disappointed with the service here .
This has to be by far the worst ER I’ve ever been to. Nurse weighed me with my purse. Wrong weight means wrong dose. Dr left the room to take a phone call? How unprofessional. No one seemed to really care there. The nurse that gave me my injection was nice but that’s about it. Just do better this was a terrible experience. I won’t be coming back. They need better bed side manner from the lady at the front desk to the triage nurse taking my vitals and practically shoving the thermometer in my mouth like seriously? And the dr leaving the room right after telling me my prognosis for a phone call. Overall bad experience one star only because they treated me.
ER Dr and nurse working on Sunday night Nov. 12, 2023 acted as if I was a nuisance for going there to get emergency attention. I had gone there because I had passed out 2x already at home. They both proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong and they couldn't find anything. I was discharged and as I was outside waiting for my husband to bring our truck so we could leave. It was only 5min later that I was being picked up off the ground by the emergency staff because I had lost conscience again. I don't understand why Dr's treat you like this and are still able to keep their jobs. I seriously wouldn't go to the hospital if I didn't need to.
The staff have been wonderful and really attentive. I was seen quickly. I am beyond grateful The one who put in my IV could work on his bedside manor. He was rushing and didn't appear to like his job. I caught him sitting down talking to the nurse most of the evening. The same goes for the one who took out my IV, not a nice person. She was very rude. The registrar also she told me to go see her up front before leaving. I did and wasted time waiting for her only to find out I was finished. The doctor, my nurse and radiologist, were absolutely professional and made me feel like I was in good hands.
Honestly never saw Baptist as being a bad hospital!! Today my mind was definitely changed from the not so great hospitality / concern at the front desk. The receptionist lady or w.e her position is there had the worst attitude not only to myself but another individual that was there before me!!!! The respect for the patients is beyond disrespectful and the thoughts and concerns are no where near where they should be!!! If you do ever have a semi emergency or an emergency NEVER go to this hospital because you will be treated like a non factor!!!!
I’m a nurse myself, but I waited in pain with an extremely high bp, and 8 hours of waiting was finally administered clonidine and toradol with no recheck of my bp to ensure it had decreased. I had attempted to call to speak with administration but was always told they were in a meeting or off. My nurse was nice, and I understand they were busy, but I’ve never received such poor healthcare. Atleast greet the patient and see if they need anything or attempt to check on them as this is an emergency room. Right??? I will never go back here.
I never write reviews but this place is rude and unprofessional, twice iv recently been and both times the front desk have been very rude. I called for my prescription that I was told specifically was called in last night and after a tonnof back and forth between the pharmacist and front desk a nurse then speaks down to me as if I should of known to take my prescription in when i was told otherwise and even asked before I left the night before. When you come here expect to be disrepected atleast once cause it will happen.
If i could i wouldn’t even give 1 star I’d give 0. When i can’t get my kids into their pediatrician office i take them here, as of now I’m no longer doing that. Nobody cares what’s going if it’s not COVID and even at that you get the bare minimum if it is. Registration staff are VERY rude, eye rolling and have attitude. Very unprofessional. Docs are quick to get you in and out but that’s not always a good thing, like i said BARE MINIMUM. Main complaint is the front desk staff, get a new job if you don’t like it that bad.
I came in with my husband with what we thought was kidney stone. He did have a stone. However I his blood work was abnormal. Thank God they kept him instead of shoving him out the door. The staff was all friendly and kind. They tended to him frequently and honestly we had the best care there. I’m so pleased that this place is just up the the highway from me and I would definitely recommend them. I usually go to the Baptist on westover hills but I decided to try this one and I am so thankful.
Worst place to go for an emergency. I got here with my daughter at 11:53 and it's 1:21am and still haven't seen the Dr. I knew I should've taken her somewhere else. I don't understand why the director would only have 1 dr. Working the night shift. And the hospital had several patients walking in. When they were taking us to a room in the back all the rooms were empty... "I asked how long tell we see a Dr.? She says oh it's gonna be a second.! " nope I don't think so, and I left.
The registration staff here is so rude and they whisper about the patients and laugh. I think they assume we can’t hear them but we can all hear them very clearly, no matter how low they whisper. The nurses here aren’t any better I’ve seen them rolling eyes and huffing and puffing. I came here and no one did anything, I got prescribed a medication and that was all. No labs or anything, because they didn’t want to do any unnecessary tests. I then waited 2 hours to be discharged.
Was at the children's hospital going on 2 hours over hearing other families say they’d been there for over 4 hours waiting to be seen. My 11 month old daughter was wheezing and couldn’t wait called this place said they take little babies. Showed up only three families in waiting room and we were taken in a room in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was so sweet and pleasant. Patient with my babygirl and showing concern. 10/10 will be going back if she ever needs more care.
When you initially walk in the place is not very welcoming. The lady at the front desk was rude. With a long face like she was upset she had to work. Oh but when the male nurses from the back would come she would put a huge smile on her face. The nurses in the back were nicer but the Dr. Seemed as if she was rushing as if she didn't care. Overall don't come to this place or the Baptist on Camden maybe Baptist in general just does not care for its patients.
My grandfather stayed at this hospital for 4 days. Very unsanitary, i don't think there are any showers?! They never offered him to shower. They said he must stay there for 5 days even though he was fine. Sounds money hungry to me! The doctors Zoomed my Grandfather saying they were going to release him. Zoomed him over a computer giving him the run around about release. Very dirty, and should not be called a hospital. I'd give her 0 stars if I could.
We brought my 5 year old nephew here for a bad allergic reaction and The staff here were phenomenal! Big shout out to Jacqueline (I hope I spelled her name right), she was very patient with the many questions a curious 5 year old has. Not only explaining what each machine and tool did but showing him as well. It made him feel so comfortable with the staff, making checking vitals and taking medications a simple task! Thank you for being amazing!!
Got there at about 8 am, woman behind the glass was already in a bad mood. We didn't wait long because no one was there. The Dr was very nice, but walked in asked my 17 year old what was wrong said it sounded like a pinched nerve, prescribed steroids and sent us on our way. No imaging on a minor or anything. A month later my child has worse numbness and pain and after visiting a competent hospital we are now following up with vascular surgery.
Completely rushed. I used to go here all the time, I went today because I been sick and throwing up. They ignored my concerns and rushed through , no tests, nothing. I had my period 3 months straight and what it doesn't matter I guess since my lungs clear and I don't have a fever, Never going back here honestly. I still have 0 clue what's wrong with me, I'm still sick and nauseous. I still feel awful and weak. ♀️Thanks I guess
They took very good care of my girl. Didn’t hesitate running all the test needed before we got transported to a bigger hospital equipped for my daughters diagnosis. The front clerk could of been more sympathetic, he joked a little bit too much during a time of worry and fear. I understand being nice and crack a joke but it wasn’t the time or place… but the staff on the floor and the doctor did their thing and deserve 5 stars!!!
Took my granddaughter here to this hospital. She was dehydrated from being in sun. Nurse came in he was nice but told us we would have a relief nurse come in twenty minutes later because he was clocking out. We were waiting for almost two hours no nurse no doctor came in at all after first nurse. Ridiculous. We left my granddaughter didn't get seen. No stars if I could do it. I will be making a complaint!!!
This is the worst. ER . Went in with horrible pain An UTI . The Doctor didn't do a Dam thing he said he was going to order a CT scan.. never happened.. the male nurse came in to but a catheter to help dain my bladder.. there was no female nurse in the room.. I felt so uncomfortable.. They did nothing.. don't go to this horrible place I wouldn't even take my Dog there .
I went in to see a doctor for ear pain, and waited less than an hour to be seen by a doctor. There were multiple patients in front of me waiting to be seen as well but despite the line, they provided care as quick as possible. I consider this quick as I had no appointment and the lobby was pretty full. I definitely recommend this hospital for emergency medical care.
Nikki at the desk is very rude. My family and I were here for the first time bringing my dad in for an emergency and were told we cannot wait inside the waiting area. We need to wait in our car. Makes no sense! Who is going to come give us an update? My dad is an elder. Have some respect & compassion if you choose to be in this profession.
Had to come in around 6pm to check for my daughter after she had a bad fall from the bed. Was seen in maybe a hour or so and brought into a room . Soon as Doc walked in he had our daughter laughing and recognized the situation wasn’t as bad as we thought. Got us in and out ,Nurses we’re friendly as well ,thank you Gregory D …
The people here were very professional and yet friendly. I didn't feel like a job but as a human being. They made sure I was comfortable and I didn't leave until they found me some answers and relief. I was in terrible pain but by the time I left, I was good to go. I appreciate all they did. I definitely recommend this place.
Most of the hospitals in this city act as though our injuries and health concerns are such a burden on them. But not here. This was by far and most wonderful hospital we have been to the entire time we have been in San Antonio (6 years). If you don't know where to take your loved one, here is the best choice!
unbelievable: 4.5hrs just for the doctor to see me. my results were ready and didn't provide me with any information after 1.5hrs (typically results for flu /strep etc within 15min are ready). if you are feeling sick go to your ordinary doctor or look for another emergency clinic.. not worth it
Great experience. All staff members introduced themselves with name and position. The staff makes you feel safe and in a very joyful and caring environment no matter what you as a patient are going through. Wait time was incredibly fast. Recommended 100% if in ever need of ER.
The staff and service at this location is a joke. My husband was treated very poorly here when he came in with a hand/wrist injury. The Dr did not examine his wrist or show him the xrays taken. Last night was by far the worst experience ever had at an emergency room.
Went in to see what was wrong with me. I talked to a doctor about my problem and that was it. Had no insurance, bill came out to $120. 2 weeks later I get letter in the mail saying I owe them another $500. Really?! I have yet to find out if this is an error or not.
The doctor walked in saw my daughter for all of like 15 seconds looked in her ears and said she was fine. No infection just build up in her ears. She was crying due to pain, but ok. We waited over an hour to be rushed out. Nurse who did vitals was amazing though.
Came to the emergency for nothing, and sat her for two hours yet hardly any patients nurse never came in and then the doctor came in and said nothing can be done.. didn’t take blood, didn’t do anything…but say ohh need to go to an allergist.. this is pathetic .
Beautiful staff always caring very professional no matter how simple or difficult the concerns are they are always addressed in a loving kindly way they are always great that's why we always choose to come here first just in case I'm transferred out
Terrible front desk personnel. I went with my adult son to have him seen. I was asking about a mask and before I could finish my sentence she was rude then asked me how old my son was. Being rude because he was a adult As I continued trying
Brought my husband for back pain thinking he was gonna get some relief turns out he might have a kidney stone but no confirmation. We paid half of $750 bill and now we're in financial trouble because he still in pain and is now missing work.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Staff is beyond insensitive and could care less about the patients. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and was told I was next while 2 People ended up going before my daughter. And the lady said that
I really didn't expect the following experience to happen to us but it did. The front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. My Mom was experiencing pain (Tightness in her arm, numbness in her foot, and pain in her left upper
The hospital might be under a new name but it's the same horrible service. Rude Registration service. The wait time to administer a covid test took 2 hours, then another hour for the results. They had us wait in the lobby since we were
brought my son here because his primary had no open appointments. they saw him tested him let us know what virus he had, prescribed him medication just for that and we were on our way. Staff is really attentive. caring. helpful.
You guys did great taking care of me both times I was there! I didn’t have to wait at all, I was taken in fast due to my illness/medical problems. I felt you guys took care of me with respect, compassion and love! Thank you!!!
Staff was friendly and tended to all of my moms medical needs. The staff that took care of her while she was an inpatient was beyond compassionate and always cared for her as if she was a family member. Thank you all so much.
The worst hospital I've ever been to they misplaced my shirt, just gave me pain mens rushing me out the front door, still wasn't feeling good but they didn't care, trashy hospital would not recommend Anybody going their.
My mom an I love it here they take great care of my mom to ware she can get better so many times I thought I was going to lose her but the care here is wonderful Anna an Vicenta are the greatest wouldn't go anywhere els
371C Great service from Kenia Martinez I am happy and grateful for the great service they provided for my friend mother. Mary Gonzalez is in great hands Thank you all the great service she received Thanks Again
Emergency room visits are not everyone's favorite way of spending their evening. My first experience was horrible a couple years ago. This visit was a much better experience given the reason for the visit.
we had a nurse help us and explain everything they did which was awesome cuz they just normally just do their job. but she explained everything to us was very helpful. thank you Birt.
Here at hospital nurses just laughing and talking instead of doing their work lots of people in waiting room taking forever while they are in the back just talking among themselves
Dr. Leal, nurse Marc and front desk staff were all very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. Best experience ever over any other emergency room experience.
Wait time was to a minimal. The medical staff to the doctor was great. Hopefully I will not have to come here again but if in need this will be my first choice.
The folks here are amazing! Christy and I think Vicenta is her name, they were great attentive and again, amazing. Thank you doctors and staff all were great!
I like the doctor here they always give something to feel better the only thing I don't like is that they take a lot of time with and without people waiting
Normal wait time as expected, nurses were nice and very efficient when it came to treating my wife and getting her the medication she needed promptly.
I am currently here in excruciating pain wailing and crying and a doctor has yet to see me. If I could I’d leave right now but I can barely even walk.
The staff took very well care of me for my medical condition I waited to long to go in since I'm new here I definitely be back when need to.
A great hospital with great staff that really look out for your well being!
Hospital staff is kind and makes sure they give the best care possible
