Really bad experience. Whole staff have full expertise in how to deceive customers. They dont know what customer service is. I had to change size of a shoe which I bought from their nearest branch (that branch didnt have that size) but they refused it, then they argue about it. And even every single person of their staff claimed and argued about it as if they are the only right spoke person of bata. And none of their claims were real. There were no branch manager present at that time. And one internee/trainee guy was there from there corporate office. And he himself claimed to me that he is branch manager and made claims to refuse me. (Which later I got to know about him by describing the guy to other branch's managers). Their claims are: 1. You can get refund for your shoes. 2. You cannot get your shoe changed at any branch. You have to come to same branch where you have bought it. 3. According to them If your shoe pair is not similar then they will count it as defective piece. And for that you have go to branch from you bought it. What is the point of having too many branches if one branch will not accept/change other branch's shoes? PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AGAIN FROM BATA. This happened on 25th of February - 2020.

An airconditioned Bata shop with variety of shoes sandals and slippers, Bata is good for school shoes and children variety. Also convenient because of large branches network. Bata is very old brand of shoes in Asia. But this shop customer service is not good staff are inexperienced.

Dealing is pathetic, they give shoes in box without carry shopper for sale items and said purchase shopper in Rs 20 otherwise take it without shopper. This incident happened with me at Bata shop TARIQ road. Very irritating behavior

Bata still has the reputation but customer service is not up to the mark and it differs from store to store. They usually got variety of school shoes and kids shoes

Good, air conditioned shop. Bata shoes & footwear are popular among school going kids & men. Good options in rubber slippers for bathroom use.

They take 30 rs for shoe shopper thats really unfair. Shoe ki payment lay rahay hain to shopper ki alag say keoun li ja rahi hay
