It's a small Bata showroom compared to other shops. You get selected types of footwear here, But location of this place is so convenient and for normal purchase it's a good place. However, if any article is not available staff helps you to place order on Bata online store. Friendly staff, located bang opposite Andheri East railway station ( opposite McD). Dear Bata, I had purchased Lofer Shoes on 5Nov 2021.lofer skin has been removing today is 8nov 21.....i will attached you the picture..... Staff are well good... But product is cheap.... Very much disappointment...... After trusting brand......totally disappointed showing you picture show quality......

Its after sales services are too bad and non cooperative, I just brought a pair of shoes, after a day I went to get it exchange, they are just saying, we don't have the stock and till the date, they are only ignoring us. This incidents is of Bata Andheri.east branch, opp station. .

They claim to have variety of shoes,scandals, flip flops but none. Limited stock .Only quality of shoes is good at the price which they are marked. If you want to try same brand items then go can check their andheri west outlet(opposite shopper stops). Way better than this

I have visited 2 or 3 bata showroom and every one have same answer we don't have such item for right now if you would like so we can give you home delivery if i wanted something to buy from market then why i will go for online one.

Biggest benefit is this showroom located just in front of Andheri east railway stn and bus stop.showroom is small that's y collection is less compare to other showroom but u will get good pair of footwear here …

Good collection and delivers at home if size isn't readily available. Only issue is it's a small shop and so it gets congested even if 3-4 customers are inside.

Wrong location , it’s 2-3 km away near Andheri station after crossing western express high way and relatively a small shop with limited collection

It was crowded and I couldn't find the shoes I was looking for....nice customer service....though they try to sell what they have.....

I have been visiting Bata from the last 40 years but this place for the 1st time,,, decent place,,, very courteous & honest staff's.

Near to Andheri railway station and Andheri bus station. Bought a shoe for my friend. Good service and cards are accepted there.

No sizes available. The staff is not helpful as well. You need to check all the shoes by yourself. Really need to improve a lot

They are not very interested to serve the customer's. But i got my products so was happy for that. As bata brand no complaint.

Shoe size not available in 3 Bata stores. Needed synthetic black shoes. Had to settle for rubber shoes instead.

No doubt about quality but Bata should give more warranty on products atleast 6 months rather that 3 months

I visited here but shoes prices were too expensive. 1500rs onwards they told to visit Andheri West store
