The service here was bad when I visited. The stock of footwear was very limited. Rainy wears were no where to be found. They should improve on that. Considering the season they should keep the stocks. Someone coming all the way here since there is no Bata outlets nearby has to go back home disappointed. The staff is helpful but I've noticed that, they don't usually have the opportunity to work well. (If I like a pair of footwear, I ask for my size usually they say that they don't have it right now.) This ruins the customer's point of view towards the shop.

I was offered a 15 % discount on shoes. I made the mistake of showing them the discount coupon first. Since there were no price tags on shoes, they upped the price and then offered the discount at a price at which the shoes are available in all stores online and offline. And they offered an insurance, but without an invoice for the shoes. I have been requesting for the invoice for more than a week, and even in spite of writing to the Company they have not responded. I am thoroughly disappointed with Bata.

Accessible store with good collection. Situated next to link road the store has decent collection of footwear from the house of Bata and other brands. The staff is helpful and cater to your needs. Its one stop destination for you footwear need if you like to shop from Bata.

Good shoe store...most indian people trust Bata brand due to its durability and tough shoes. Hush puppies brand is little bit expensive. But you can always buy good shoes when there is sale season...in sale you will not get more options or variety...

In Google it is showing as open till 10pm but Store Person Akshay Vagela is saying 9 pm is their closing timing...and no customer service as I was asking that I need to visit this branch for some urgent purpose..but he denied and said I can complain

Absolutely horrible service,staff has cheated with me telling me it's launch offer...spend 6319 INR and now they are not exchanging or refunding my money....even no one from bata mean has called back ... totally a fraud company

Bad quality shoes. Bata is trying to fit in latest market, but they are failed. Very very poor quality. Also, PINNED LOCATION FOR THIS SHOP IS WRONG. ACTUAL SHOP IS ALMOST 700 METER AWAY FROM THE METIONED LOCATION IN THE MAP.

The option of Sale was sticked, however there was nothing available on discount for men's footwear, also the sales staff was not up to date with stock, very bad customer service, with Bata it's not acceptable

I have trust in bata quality that is the reason i prefer it. The staff nowadays in bata are not so friendly or helpful. You always have to call for them hence 3 starts.

Highly unprofessional staffs. Had to make a complain online as the behavior of the staff was very bad and they were giving defective piece when asked for exchange.

Not a great experience. Sales support is bad. They ordered incorrect shoe size and not even bothered to help customer to arrange for home pickup for the exchange.

Staff is coperative, the store should have stock and size of people's choice. I mean if one likes a particular design then size is not in stock
