We had such a great experience at Bay Gardens. We dealt mainly with Sheldon who was excellent. He genuinely cares about people and the loss they are still processing. There was never a moment where we doubted that he would take care of us. He has gone above and beyond and we truly appreciate everything he did for us. Thank you to all the staff who assisted in my sister’s funeral. When we mentioned that the makeup didn’t suit her, they didn’t hesitate to change it. They make the day run seamlessly and helped us put on a beautiful service to honour our loved one. May God bless you all.

Liz Nason the Funeral Director showed me compassion, understanding, and empathy from start to finish. She was very professional, and kind in helping me make plans for the funeral. Great communication, and attention to detail was spot on. The service went smoothly, and the arrangements that were made, every detail was there. The funeral home is a beautiful place, clean, quiet, and you get a sense of calm upon entering. The whole staff there is very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The place is beautiful. The staff is professional & considerate. They explained what was available the cost. With my children they helped us with the necessary decisions Stacy was the best. A loving person who put her heart into the arrangements. The cemetery is near by so that was helpful. I would recommend this place if you are expecting a large turn out. Ours was large & everything was good

My name is Victoria and I’m 10 years old. My Nonnos funeral was yesturday and my first funeral that I had to go to. I wanted to especially thank Maria Cordero for sitting and talking with me and helping me have the courage to go into the visitation room. She sat with me and gave me a book and said very kind things to me. I will never forget you. Thank you.
