Beauty Institute and Spa gives you an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in and receive the warm welcome from the staff at the front to the amazing treatment from everyone else that is providing your treatment/service. I have indulged at several services at the spa (manicure, pedicure, facial, massages). Each service was a great experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating at all times. My particular favourite is massage with Kathy. It is the most relaxing experience ever and I always leave feeling better, more relaxed and ready to face whatever comes my way. Highly recommend this spa for any service!!! I also wanted to add an additional review. I recently had a jet peel facial with Victoria. What an incredible experience!!! Victoria took the time and care to adjust the jet peel experience as I'm currently pregnant. She made sure that I was always comfortable and checked in frequently throughout the treatment. As this was my first jet peel facial, Victoria took the time to explain the process and the benefits. She was incredibly attentive and approachable throughout the treatment. The entire experience was amazing and I was able to unwind and fully relax. I highly recommend the jet peel facial. I would also like to add that everyone at the spa was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs during the visit.

I had the best experience at this spa!!! From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist Katrina and was offered a Lindor chocolate. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas, it was just so joyous! Then I had a facial with Renata and she was so amazing. The bed and sheets were so comfy and clean. I was curious about the process so she explained every step to me without wanting too much conversation so I was able to relax. After the facial she gave me great advice for a personalized skin care routine and suggested products for me based on my budget. I had the most positive experience at this spa and would highly recommend to anyone who is wondering about where to go. Everything from the environment, the staff, the service and the chocolate. 10/10 recommend!!!

Beauty institute gives you an amazing experience from right when you walk in the door. The receptionists are always so kind, and I never have to wait for my appointment, I am always welcomed right in. Both Hilary and Jessica have given me Jet Peel and Oxygeneo facials and they have both been amazing and relaxing. They always make sure to identify problem areas with my skin and help alleviate any problems I am having. Definitely a great spot for any spa treatment and I highly recommend this space.

Horrible experience! They wasted my time!! I called a head saying i would be 10-15 minutes late for my appointment and the receptionist told me it wouldn't be a problem at all and i should still come in. When i arrive they have me fill out a form just for the technician to tell me she can take me. I They were just very rude, unprofessional and unorganized! I have been to many spas around the GTA and have never had anything close to this happen. Plus the technician smelt like stale smoke.

I've been a regular customer of the Beauty Institute, using their water jet facials and other treatments, over the past two years. I am a big advocate for self-care and I have been to many spas in the past, however nothing compares to the quality of their service and treatments. Since I've been going here, I have recommended them a countless number of my friends and co-workers and they all love it here!!!

Horrible experience!! I booked a package and they charged me an extra $45 after the appointment was finished. the staff were very unprofessional, blaming each other for the "mix up". When i called the manager to inform her what had happened she told me it was my fault and was rude - accused me of wanting money back (which i never once asked for). The people here are clearly all about money! watch out.

This was my first time here, I had heard good things so was keen to try it. The therapist was great and the jet peel facial was pleasant. I didn't enjoy the push on buying all the products though, I hate going to spa's where they spend a good portion of time convincing you to buy their products, it really does take away from the relaxing experience.

I have been going here for years for virtually all my spa needs (facial, manicure, pedicure, massage and waxing). I have never been disappointed with the service or staff and have referred many happy friends and family here as well. The Jet Peel Facial is amazing for all skin types and must be tried once.

Each and every visit has been 5 stars. The service, cleanliness, professionalism and expertise is unparalleled. Their facials are my favourite and better than the ones I've had at the Four Seasons.

I have been going to this spa for over 8 years. Love all their services. I used to see Biata but she is not there anymore. However, Jessica is equally as wonderful and very knowledgeable.

I see Kathy religiously for my massages. Once I started going to Kathy, I stopped going anywhere else for massages, because I knew I'd just be disappointed. She is the best!

Great facility and great service. Got a pedicure from Gabriela and it was very smooth and relaxing. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend!
