Ordered egg foo young... absolutely disgusting- 2 medium sized globs of batter...no egg, no bean sprouts or any veg for that matter...just glob of oily batter. Supposed to have shrimp..4 small pieces. Ordered phad won sen- first time in my life eating a variety of Asian food that I had raw tomatoes in a dish - ruined the flavor. I didn't think you could mess up simple egg drop soup, but they found a way. 50 dollars of inedible food. There is no indoor seating, both doors locked. Just a drive up window with a broken order stand so you have to wait in line to order at the window, then sit while it's cooking and everyone behind you sits waiting to reach the window to order for themselves and then wait AGAIN for their meal to be cooked. Did I mention that the drive thru can only take 3 cars before you are left sitting in oncoming traffic in front of the sho I appreciated that if you preorder you have to sit behind everyone waiting to order at the window and wait to have them cook their food while your cooked food goes cold. Felt like a scam in the end.

Normally I enjoy their combination fried rice. But twice they've gotten my order wrong. The last time it was on my way to work and it was intended for my lunch that day. So not until four hours later did I notice my order was wrong. I called them and although a young girl apologized I could have cared less. I did not eat the rice. Ten bucks down the drain. I waited at least a month before returning and ordered my usual fried rice and confirmed with the cashier that it was the correct order. 10.00 worth of fried rice and they won't give you a small (salsa size like from a mexican restaurant) hot oil. Got home and the rice was old and they tried to mix it with fresh rice. It was tasteless and dry. Absolutely disgusting. They got a bad score at their last city inspection. Food is gross, service needs improvement and they need to stop using probably old left over food. I don't even want to think where that old food must come from. I hope it's not from left over food left on customers plates!! One star was more than what they deserve.

It was one of my favorites but then I ordered cashew chicken and found a blue rubber band from the celery in my food couple of months back. So I'm positive person, I brushed it off accidents happen. So I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt. Well the last time was last week I was eating my spring rolls and bit into something hard thinking it was a burnt end I spit it out. Nasty AF, Come to find out it was a metal ring looks like something off the vegetables again. I usually don't post unless I like the place, but this time it's to warm you the cooks don't place quality in their work. Be careful with the plates here you may encounter things you could choke on. Take a look at my pic it's the ring on the sauce container. If the pictures not available it looks like a key ring, it was in my spring roll. I won't ever be going back. Super disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

I was not impressed especially with the girl that took my order she did not even care to notice i was there i had to reach over the counter and get myself a menu by the time she came over to take my order she said the that i could not order lunch because they stop serving 5 min ago so i looked at the menu and just ordered 2 egg it was $3.57 . I opened my phone case to get my cash to pay and it was 3:04 pm. So i was there on time, but guess she needs a new watch. I got my egg roles and did not get a receipt. I got back to my office at 3:10 pm and my egg roles where bearly warm and chewy . Guess i am glad i did not get a chance to order lunch dont think it might have not been good. NOTE: to girl with the short blond hair ,you have NO customers service skills, ur action where rude at best. Maybe she should be in the kitchen you might be happier.

Ugh it's so good! Way better than China star sadly China star has gone down hill but this place hits home for me so good!! They also let me modify my side half rice half noodles. And lady in the drive thru is so sweet. If you treat people nice they will treat you nice. Please don't be rude to restaurant workers.

we were waiting for our order in the drive thru when we saw the cashier take food out to the car infront of us then he asked us what we ordered then he went back to the car got the bag of food back he gave them took it back into the restaurant acted like it came from the kitchen I watched him thru the window the whole time then act like it was fresh and lied about giving it to someone else then refused to give us an order that wasn't passed around he straight up lied about it being fresh and was rude at that i wouldn't recommend anyone go to this unsanitary business that is clearly not worried about spreading germs or potentially coronavirus at that

Wish I could give it a half star! This is by far the worst Chinese I have ever had anywhere, and I have been all over the world. First off I ordered the Sesame Chicken Dinner and the only thing edible somewhat was the fried rice. With the Sesame Chicken itself all could taste was the breading and the chicken was sliced very thin which made it like eating leftover chicken from the bottom of a box of fried chicken, but without the flavor. Believe me when I say I am not being harsh with these comments, I am just being truthful and helping others out of the pain of spending their hard earned money on tasteless food and inferior service. Thank you.

This place used to have the BEST vietnamese spring rolls in town , but we haven't been there for about 9 or 10 months so we got a couple of orders of these because we really craved them....WOW , they were so bad that they were inedible . It was like raw gooey meat paste inside the wrapper . We've been eating there for over 6or 7 years and while there have been SOME not so stellar meals , this was so bad that we probably will never eat there again .

This place is a quick lunch break spot, that doesn’t get packed and serves good food with good customer service. The only thing that gets me is the dust on the air vents by the register they are caked on with grease and dust and even though this place scored an A in there food grade. We come here all the time and order delivery which they also offer. The PHO was great my first time trying it here, I usually get the herbs and add ins on the side with some type of spice but this time there where include already but with no spice. Overall great place to visit and a must if you’ve never been here.

Food wasn’t the issue here. My boyfriend happened to not leave a tip while we were picking up in the drive thru. The following day we see the charge had gone through with an additional 22.00 tip making the once 26.00 order 42.00 and that is nowhere near acceptable. He put a line through the tip section so there is no excuse for there to be a mistaken tip. I will definitely not be coming here anymore. It’s unfortunate because we would come here pretty frequently. This place needs more trustworthy honest employees. I will be telling others not to come here anymore.

The worst “Chinese” food we have ever had. Everything tasted the same. The curry shrimp had not even a hint of curry flavor but the menu said “spicy”. The Ma Po tofu was NOT ma po tofu nor did it have any spice at all—the menu said “spicy”. The chicken Szechuan chicken that I have had at other real Chinese restaurants was not spicy at all even though the menu said it was. It is supposed to be very spicy. I can’t imagine a real Chinese cook making this bland American diner food. If you are used to eating genuine Chinese food, don’t eat here.

Great food, we always go. Unfortunately we order ahead and they “gave away our order already” hahahaha. They gave us a 10% discount, but wanted to charge me still for extra sauce. The lady at the window, malika and ray, were pretty rude about it like it was our fault. Would have never left this review if they were apologetic about it. Not one sorry! It could have avoided this negative review. Manager and window lady definitely need some training in customer service. To be fair, this was a rare occurrence and will be back, just had to get off my chest.

I used to get delivery from here and it was hit or miss, but I just got drive-thru pick up from here and it was sooooo delicious. They forgot my eggroll but I am OK with that (everybody screws up) because the egg drop soup and the beef fried rice were both EXCELLENT. The soup was super hot and flavorful and the beef fried rice was really fluffy and tender with lots of beef and egg. I'm pretty picky about fried rice (it's very greasy at a lot of places) and this was delicious! I will definitely be back soon.

This might be some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Ordered the shrimp in brown sauce and opted for the food only. What I got was a plate full of vegetables and ten small shrimp. The sauce was sweet to boot. Also ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and it was awful with almost all vegetables also. I had to throw all of it away except the cheap yellow shrimp fried rice. Save your money and don't Uber order. I usually order from T-Jin's but I wanted to give another place a try. Total waste of money.

It's good. Not mind blowingly delicious but it's good. The serving size is big. Coming from an above average weight person. They have bubble tea. It's pretty good but a little too sweet in my opinion. Went with my mom and she ordered a hot tea. Wasn't strong at all so she needed to ask for another tea bag. They said they would charge us but in the end they didn't. Good service. Not the most attentive but still alright. The egg drop and hot & sour soup were delicious. Will probably come back.

I called and the to have a delivery and the Chinese lady that was there answering calls. I did not want to take my delivery due to non tip. So I called again from my sister's telephone. She asked me what my address was then hung up on me and I called she answered and she says because I don't tip. The food isn't really that great but it's convenient for me it's right down the road. If you can do half of a star I would but there's only a full Stars so I did one.

I've read complaint after complaint on here. I, my mom, sister, and husband have come here for MANY years and not once have we ever had a problem. Ming and her sister are always so sweet and attentive to us. We're regulars here and they already know our orders by heart. Delivery time is reasonable, price is more than fair, food is wonderful!! They've never been rude or treated us anything other than kind. Keep up the great work guys! We love your restaurant!!

It's not my top pick, but it's the closest. The food is good, but there.are a few things to work on. The iced tea always tastes old, and they never refill our drinks unless we actually go yup the counter and ask. The service needs improvement. I can't say their ride exactly, but they do neglect their customers. The majority of Asian restaurants I've been to have much better service. So to the person who said that they are typical Asians, i disagree.

The worst cold Chinese food ever!! It was awful! I kinda want to get sick to get it out of my tummy. It’s was that bad. I couldn’t take but 1 bites .. did I mention it was cold! And about an hour to deliver. I paid total 16.00 additional tip of 5.00 I can’t believe they get away with making this awful tasteless fake Chinese food! Unbelievably rude on the the phone! I tried ordering delivery and when I gave her my work address she said "no, no, no, no" over and over again. She accused me of previously causing the delivery driver wait outside for 15 minutes, which is not true. Then she hung up on me. I don't know if she assumed I was a high school student because of the address I gave her, but it is inexcusable to talk to a paying customer like that on the phone.

I have to say. I didn't expect much from this place, but it's always ok. Cheap and fairly tasty. This time is different. I ordered chicken and broccoli and not to mention no sauce and flavor "IT WAS COLD" like chilled without being reheated correctly. Not cool, especially when I invited others to eat with me. The dumplings came with no sauce, the only dam things that were ok were the fried Rangoons. So much for trying to eat healthy.

Reasonably priced food for the amount you get. Delivery is always within a reasonable amount of time. They do not skimp on portions! My favorite place to get Kung Pao Chicken , and the Lemon grass beef with noodles is by far my favorite! This is not authentic high priced snob food. This is americanized Chinese style food that is inexpensive, yet still quite good with great portions. If you want better service, but smaller portions and higher price, go somewhere else. If you are hungry and trying to feed a bunch of people quickly and cheaply, this place is 5 stars!

I got the tofu and veggies and it was amazing! I was very surprised about the portion size and tastiness of the food. My partner got the lemon chicken and he said he really liked his food as well! The rice and egg rolls were fresh and delicious. I'm definitely going back. Also the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and fast!

Delicious! I love their rangoons! My coworker introduced me to this place and we only ever do pickup. I went in the other day to have lunch with my husband and it is small there but the waitress was very kind and attentive. My husband and 5yr old loved the food especially the rice and rangoons. We will definitely be back!

I used to love this place but lately it hasn't been very good. They don't follow instructions regarding how you would like your food prepared. And that bugs me when I spend 40 to 50 dollars just to get it all the way home and it's not right.

Ive been coming here for years. The service in the restaurant sometimes was just ok but the drive thru has always been great. They are always open when other places arent like today 12/24/18. I had to work and it was nice to not have to make dinner at 8pm when i got home. The food was great as usual in the drive thru.

Noticed a definite change in the quality of their product. They're really stepping it up and even better because it's drive thru. Never a long wait but the food always tastes hot and fresh. They're even doing bubble tea... Yum! I've been frequenting this location for over 15 years and will keep going back for sure.

Absolute worst Chinese food ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Expensive and so much msg and salt you can't even taste the food. So bad I ended up throwing $95 worth of food in the trash. This place was DISGUSTING. Never have I eaten such awful tasting chinese food!! I never write reviews, and am not picky with food, but save your time, money, and tastebuds. The beef and broccoli had NO flavor. Beef was so chewy, it made me want to gag. The only decent tasting thing was the cheese rangoons.

Good if you want some combination Pad Woon Sen fast in a drive thru but a little on the pricey side. That one entree cost about $20 with an egg roll but very filling and tasty. The drive thru never works so don't waste your time getting frustrated yelling at the speaker just pull up and order.

Good food but the drive through needs work. There is only enough space for 3 cars. If you intend to go through the drive-thru during a peak time, you may have to drive around the block a couple of times before there is enough room for you.

Homeboy at the window was so rude and literally was whispering when he spoke. Then I got my food and good Lord it was the most dissapointing meal I have ever been served.... I won't be back that's for sure recommend you don't go either
