We were very frustrated with our previous plumber for making us wait 1 whole week to come and inspect why my heating wasn’t working, he did not provide me with the correct solution, then EJ from Best and Fast came to the rescue. This company really do treat emergency like an emergency. They offered me same day appointment, came to inspect my problem and gave me all materials including price, hence taking away the hassle of going out to buy materials myself, not to mention figuring out which kind to get from all the options out there. EJ kept his word. EJ and Alex both offered excellent service and provided education to me as customer who has no idea what’s going on as a new house owner. He explained the problem and the fix over and over to us until we understood. He left my house at 12AM midnight making sure my heating is working perfectly. Fully satisfied. Will absolutely call them again for any future needs.

I had a plumbing issue with a toy stuck in the toilet from my 3 year old.. we tried everything but couldn't fix it. I called a few places and one place even told me tomorrow they can come. I saw this place on Google and said let me take a shot. From David being absolutely very kind and professional with picking up the phone to a very nice guy named Alex that came and fixed the problem with a few minutes. I literally laughed because they are so FAST! To even Makin my appointment sooner like I requested if possible. I would definitely recommend and would use them again for any service I need that they offer in the future. Thank you so much!!! Awesome place. So happy to have this place on hand now. Awful - Paid $6500 for 2 splitters of oversized dimensions for a small basement - that I didn’t ask for - was told they were the only available- mounted horribly -wires not placed properly nor covered properly, some tubes connected with scotch tape and disturbingly visible to the eye. Holes in my walls plastered with yellow stuff. On top of this, they left the entire old Unit along with all the rubbish from the job in my backyard for a month and a half - and it’s still there today- although the agreement was that they would be removed immediately. Plus, after we agreed on the job, I was told that I needed to hire an electrician - that cost me another 900$ - to make the whole thing work. Best and Fast??? I don’t think so!!!!!

On the evening of January 11, 2023, Best and Fast replaced my hot water heater. Upon receiving the quote for the work and prior to the install, I put down a 50% deposit. They started the job after the deposit was made and sent me an invoice for the remainder later that evening. Being the work was done in the evening, I would settle the remaining balance the next day. I paid the bill less than 24 hours from when the work was completed. In those 24 hours, I received 6 phone calls and 6 text messages to my personal cell phone, 4 calls to my father's cell phone, and 2 calls to my job. CALLS TO MY JOB FOR A BILL DUE LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO! This is harassment and would never use this unprofessional company again.

We have had multiple issues with the plumbing and heating in our house and EJ has never let us down. Every time he has came out as quickly as possible and has been able to fix the problem every time, all at a great cost. The most recent time he found a leak in our basement and repaired both hot and cold water lines (only one was leaking but he recommended to replace both to make sure we have no problems in the future). Once these were fixed there was another leak coming from further up in the pipe, so he had to go upstairs and found the leak immediately, causing the least amount of damage possible. We would be lost without EJ and would recommend him a thousand times over. You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately one of our boiler pipes burst on a Sunday night, I called EJ on Monday and he came to our house the same day! He inspected the problem promptly and was able to diagnose it straight away! He didn’t have the part he needed, however he went to Home Depot and fixed it there and then, when every other plumber I had rang said they would have to order parts! He also noticed that the clips on the remaining pipes needed to be tightened and he did so at no extra charge! He is very fair with his prices, they really are unbeatable! I am glad that I have found EJ and his company as I will only be using his services from now on!

My experience so far with this guy E.J. is negative . He was quick to take 3600 dollars from us and now he is nowhere to be found. We haven’t had hot water or heat Sind 4/2 and we have kids and an elderly person in the house. All I need from him is to come back wit DOB so that they can inspect his work and turn my heat back on. He. Keeps telling us that DOB has not had time to come inspect our house but he is the one dealing with buildings department and should Reach out to them . Very unprofessional. I will keep you guys updated of the situation.

One star is too generous. Unfortunately, There is no zero star option. My toilet was broken 7/4/2022. It is now 8/11/2022 and still broken. How is the service Best & Fast? The plumber came once to diagnose the issue and promised to return once he has the supplies. He never did. To have a non-working toilet for more than a month is ridiculous! Update: the plumber finally came and fix the toilet. But he did not exactly do what he said he will during the first consult: which is to replace a part.

This is the best company ever. I called this afternoon and I spoke with Alex and he came in less than an hour, did the inspection and gave me a very good price.Alex came with in 2 hours as promised and installed my brand new water heater tank. He also give us advice and explain everything for us to understand. This company deserves more than five stars and Alex is the best. Thank you to Alex and his Assistant I would always recommend this company. Fast reliable, knowledgeable and great work.

I had a serious issue with my boiler this past Saturday 1/15/22. I called Best and Fast and EJ arrived at my house on Sunday. Before he got there he called me so many times to inform me that he was on his way. Which I loved. Anyway he fixed my issue. He’s very knowledgeable and experienced. Best & Fast saved me today! We got crushed with the hide tide and needed some help starting out boiler and water heat back up. They came within 2 hrs of calling and were done a little under 1 hr. They serviced my boiler and replaced the igniter on my water heater for a reasonable price. EJ was great he talked us through every step, explaining what was going on; I’m glad I will not be freezing tonight. I’m very happy with their service, I’ll definitely be keeping their number.

We had an emergency at the start of the Labor day weekend, we had to shutoff our main water. We called Best and Fast plumbing, spoke to Alex, he was great, when the tech could not make it to our home at the specified time, he came to the rescue! He diagnosed the problem, was able to get the parts, repaired it and we were able to have water that day. We didn't think it would be repaired since it was Labor day weekend. Thank you Alex!!!! Highly recommend this company!!!!

I had to find a plumber quick and fast for the gallery I work at on the upper east side. One of the gallery heaters started to leak and seep through the floor and out the ceiling. This would have been a big disaster if Best and Fast weren't able to come and fix it right away. They were the only company that could fit us in and take care of our issue in as little as two hrs. We will definitely save their contact for any emergency's that hopefully will not arise.

I was having issues with my heating system, EJ came and immediately diagnosed the issue and offered me a solution. The next day as he is prepping to take and switch out my hot water heater I wake up and notice I have a sewage backup, again who else but EJ comes to the rescue and resolved my issue. This company is very lucky to have EJ, he is not only courteous but extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family, great job guys!

John not EJ(no offense EJ) came quickly to handle an issue with the faucet in my tub. After wasting a day waiting for another plumber, I called Best and they came over quickly and did the job without an issue. Daniel took the my call and dispatched John who came over 20 minutes later. John was kind and professional throughout the job. Pricing was good considering the stress of having shower issues for 2 days. Would use Best again.

Of course our water heater broke on Christmas Eve! I was not expecting to find anyone when I began looking for repair services at 10:30 at night. But these guys answered the phone and within an hour a technician was at our door. EJ was great: professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We had hot water by the time we went to sleep that night. This process was refreshingly easy and pleasant. Would definitely use these guys again!

We were dealing with a few issues with our 4 zone boiler and had multiple companies come try and fix it with no luck. We called Fast and Best and their techs EJ and Alex knew exactly what the issues were, fixed them promptly and even offered to bring us space heaters while the heat was not functioning properly. Would recommend to any and everyone. Great job and very knowledgeable technicians.

Joanna as a service representative is one of the best, hands down. Attentive, caring and a real people person. My service tech was Shoei (sorry if I misspelled) but he was knowledgeable and even though they could help us fix the unit, they gave advice and overall the customer service was on point! Contractor came quickly, and attempted to complete job same day.Due to uncontrollable circumstances was unable to. Early on first working day finished job.Contractor was very professional and I must say caring,unlike some contractors I have dealt with. I'm already thinking of hiring them for another job. My 75 gallon hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. I could not be any happier with the service I received from Best and Fast. They gave me an excellent price, they were on time, very professional and they were able to install a brand new hot water tank the same day.

Had a problem with my heater. Came the next morning and fixed it. Quickly. Explained to me that I would need other repairs, in order to keep from having more problems. They were gentlemen. Kept the area clean. Respectful. I will use their services again.

Super expensive. Find other plumbers. To clean the hot water steam pipe $600. To install new drain pipe of 6 ft. is $2000. NYC should step up and be able to control this unrated prices.

This establishment is not professional, they arrived with technicians and demanded payment before they diagnosed. I asked them to Leave and they became hostile. I never felt so scared.
