We stop by for the first time and thought it will be good but so many things went wrong, specially the service by Kylie Here is the experience: 1) Best coffee ever: not at all, the coffee didn't get done right, the taste is plain and rate 6/10 2) Mango (picture), rating 1/10, totally different than jamba juice, not fresh at all, by look at the picture you can see, after 1 hours, you can see clearly the bottom is just sugar and mango-alike, not healthy at all. 3) We order large size mango, the server Kylie gave us strawberry, med size and said they ran out of the tea to make our mango so they change. Wth, should they tell us if they change the order. And why wrong size. So when she gave us the substitute redbull mango, her tone was so bad "here is your mango, are you happy now" omg. I will call the manager to ask them to train her again. 4) No receipt, and just want us to tip. What should we do with server like that. Never come back again, our mango is so bad and very unhealthy. Please fix it before more people raised their voices.

We’ve loved Better Buzz for years but this new location has a lot of kinks to work out before we’ll ever come here again. We put in a mobile order for drive through pick up and the 7 car line took over 30 minutes. When we pulled up to the window, they tried to give us someone else’s order and when we gave them our name for the mobile order, they did not have our order made and had to make it while we sat at the window. Then when they handed off the drinks to us, they did not know which drink was which so we had to sit there and taste them both to make sure they were made correctly. And since they didn’t know which drink was which we didn’t notice till we left that one was made incorrectly. Their drive through line is so poorly designed that when we pulled out of the line someone was in the “Do not block” lane forming a CIRCLE of a drive through line so we couldn’t leave the line until the whole line had moved forward a few feet

Good people. But when ordering here for the first time, the gentlemen in the drive thru was talking to another individual working the drive thru, cause confusion with my order. Once arriving at the window, I was informed only one drink order was placed instead of the several I asked for. The gentlemen at the window just stood in bewilderment when I said I still needed the other items. So I had to go inside and order at the counter. Window personnel made no attempt to let the inside know I’d be coming inside to fix my order or anything. 5 min drive thru, turned into 20 mins due to reordering inside. This was my first experience here. Hopefully it gets better.

Listen…I LOVE Better Buzz, but this location was a big let down. I don’t want to badmouth the Better Buzz at all, however, I sent a single email to them about repeated poor experiences at this location and they have not responded after 3 weeks. I go to Miramar these days. I went to that one before Mira Mesa opened. Never had a poor experience there. I’d recommend going to that location if you’re not loving Mira Mesa.

It shares a lot with Pollo Loco. But seems to really only have 5-6 spots. The drive thru situation for Pollo Loco and Better Buzz makes it a headache to navigate through that lot.

We had the 'Best Drink Ever', Pink Dragon Smoothie, OG Acai Bowl, and 3-seed avocado toast. The OG Acai Bowl was very good. Not necessarily worth the price, but if I return, it will be for that. Pink Dragon Smoothie was good, avocado toast was good, 'Best drink ever' was alright. Still not sure why restaurants like to name their items so vaguely like that, but if it gets customers, I guess they know better than me. Tons of parking around, great location, good service. Feels more local than a lot of big name coffee, so if you care about that, that's nice too.

A must visit in San Diego serving the best coffee ever! We fell in love with their cold coconut buzz and make our order of the hot equivalent- A hot coconut buzz (psst the don’t have this on the menu so ask for a coconut buzz but hot and when they there’s none, they’d suggest a coconut latte with coconut milk - that’s the drink you want ! Cannot have enough of it) My husband enjoys “the best drink ever”. They have great bakery options too, I always paid my coffee with cream cheese danish and am never disappointed! Too bad they have very few locations !

Never ate inside. Mostly drive through. I'm not a coffee drinker... I thought I dodged an expensive habit, then someone got me an iced tea lavender latte and an ham and cheese croissant. Now, I'm hooked

This is by far the worst Better Buzz location out of all of them. You CANNOT get in contact with this place. I’ve called trying to speak to ANYONE 10 times in a row and the phone will not be picked up. AT ALL. Considering the fact I’ve called all the other better buzz locations and every single one of them picked up first try, this is the most horribly managed location I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with.

If you're looking for a chill coffee shop to relax and read/work in, this isn't the one. The workers are loud and they were playing 2 radio stations at full volume, at the same time, over each other. I watched another customer ask them what is going on with the noise and if they can turn it down, and the employee looked annoyed to have to turn down one of the songs playing..... very strange to say the least. The coffee is OK but there are plenty of coffee shops in Mira Mesa with a much better atmosphere.

The coffee is great. Pretty consistent amongst the different chain sites. The parking lot is confusing and unless you have a vehicle with a small turn radius, don't even bother trying the drive thru. The service was horrendous. I got attitude and sarcasm back when I asked about a drink in the drive thru. I only went back again for the free drink, but I probably won't be back to the Mira Mesa site.

Be prepared to sit in the drive through for 20-30 mins regardless how short the line is. This has been my 4th time at this location and every time I’ve waited in the drive through line for 20+ mins. I understand being short staffed at times but it’s a brand new location and shouldn’t have this issue. And when I get To the window the staff seems to just not care. The drinks are delicious though.

The coffee is good. The bacon ciabatta breakfast sandwich was good. I purchased one today and was not happy. I got home and realized I can't even eat it because the bread was as hard as a rock. Please stop over toasting the bread and make sure it is fresh I don't ever want to spend $8 on a breakfast sandwich I can't eat. Wasted money today. Let's hope this is a one time occurence.

Maybe I'm basic but their pumpkin chai was the pinnacle of pumpkin drinks for this season. My wife's coffee was very good as well, very sweet and not at all bitter. The avocado toast was also very good. For a higher end coffee this was some of the best I've had in a long time.

I sometimes stop by here before work and there's almost always a line but the wait isn't usually more than 15 minutes. More

A new coffee place in Mira Mesa. Location: Very good(Centre of Mira Mesa) Vibe: Very good interior vibe. Drive Through - Present. Although I love the vibe inside. Coffee: You gotta try them all. Food: Available - Good for Breakfast. Vegetarian options limited - Avocado Sandwich.

Shame. Another coffee outlet that does not give two cents about reducing waste. I brought my own clean cup (black and yellow, bee colors!) but they wouldn't use it. MUST. USE. DISPOSABLE. CUP. Ended up getting a latte in the zoo where they used my cup. Thanks San Diego Zoo!

Great addition to Mira Mesa. Easy to use app for ordering coffee on the go. The Best Drink Ever and their OG Acai Bowl are my favorites

Happy to have a better buzz in. Mira mesa. It was I my available in mission valley a while back. There’s a drive through which is really convenient, however the drive through design is horrible. You’d see what I mean when you visit. Overall. Delicious coffee

There are no wall sockets for charging electronic equipment. If you're planning to do some work here, make sure to charge all your equipment in advance. Coffee is good though.
