I switched to Beyond Beaute from my regular day spa several months ago. I am a picky client, so I was a little reluctant at first to try a new place. I have regularly seen Lisa for my waxing, and must say that she really knows what she's doing. I'm grateful to have found another skilled esthetician who I know I can count on. Since I was so happy with my wax services, I recently went ahead and booked a pedicure with Isabel. I must say, that was the best pedicure I've ever had! These days, nail salons are a dime a dozen, but here, you don't feel like you're just another person. Isabel took her time on my feet and painted my toenails flawlessly. I kept her card so that I can refer her to people I know. The whole staff here is great, as is the relaxing ambiance. Since that first visit, I have yet to second guess my change in day spas. From the moment I walk in and deal with the friendly and efficient reception staff, until the time I walk out, I feel comfortable, happy, and most of all...pampered. I absolutely recommend this establishment.

Welcoming receptionist( Nicole) and the masseuse (Connie) always does a good job.Place is pricy but it’s an investment in my health so I make the sacrifice. Update I’m moving out of state, so I decided to add to my previous review since I’ve been coming here for sooo long. Today, I had a body shall (facial and massage). It was wonderful especially the facial, Erin was superb. Lauren did a good job. I’m feeling very relaxed no pain, no issues. It’s always great to see my fellow islander Nicole. If I don’t know what to get done/whose service to use I ask her for her suggestion. Connie isn’t there anymore so I’ve had a few different masseuse. Some where hit/miss.Thw place is always clean,calming and welcoming..If I wasn’t relocating I’d definitely stick with Erin and Lauren. Best wishes Beyond Beaute Clearlake.

I've been coming here nearly 20 years, so this review is long overdue. ;-) I always get my brows waxed here. For many years I used Jackye before she retired, but I also adore Pauline. She is a total sweetheart and always makes me smile. I also highly recommend Carri for manicures/pedicures. I treated myself to the recent pumpkin manicure and classic pedicure for my birthday and it came out gorgeous. The foot massage is so relaxing. My mom and sister also love coming to Beyond Beaute. Thank you for so many years of great service and such a lovely escape.

I am SO extremely pleased with the services provided by Beyond Beaute and plan to return as soon as possible during my Spring Break holiday for a hydrotherapeutic facial. My skin has never felt softer or healthier. Lindsay is a miracle worker and I am so thankful for her service and pampering. I went with a friend to get facials and we left with our skin feeling and looked brighter, rejuvenated, and radiant! My only regret is not visiting the facility sooner! Although somewhat on the pricey side, definitely worth every penny!

Tamara & Ali's services made me feel like I have died & gone to heaven. They very professional yet friendly. I have never had a more relaxing facial that that given by Tamara. She recommended a facial that focused on the areas of my skin that are of my concern and IT WORKED!!! Ali's massage relieved and disengaged all areas that held the tension & stress from day-to-day work & responsibilities. I recommend the BOTH! You will NOT be disappointed!

I was given a gift card for Beyond Beaute for a massage and back scrub. It was such a wonderful experience and my tech was just great. I’d love to give the young lady credit by name but I was so relaxed I can’t remember! What a delightful treat. My whole spirit has gotten a little lift. Everyone is friendly and professional. It’s very clean and smells good. Giving 5 stars. Go here. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a pedicure by Kim, she is really sweet and gentle! That was the best part. As for the customer service from the Receptionist that checked me in, not so great. I walked in, the receptionist looked at me and continued talking to her co-worker about a product she wanted try. I waited at the counter for maybe a minute and then was acknowledged and asked if I had an appointment and with who.

Ali asked before she flipped me over if I wanted her to go over any areas and did well. Usually I'll be leaving the massage table with my lower back still hurting and I didn't this time. Mia did great! It was very nice talking to her, plus gave me recommendations for places to eat since I was only here for the weekend. Both people were good, thank you for having me. Will be back.

Lauren did a wonderful job with my hot stone massage. She can be quiet if the customer prefers that, but apparently we both wanted to talk today! I found her to be personable, competent, and knowledgeable about each of the multiple subjects we conversed about. And she did this while giving me a fantastic massage! I highly recommend Lauren at the Pineloch address of Beyond Beauty.

I paid for my grandpa to go get a massage and they tried to tell him that it was never paid for and tried making him pay again, so he refused and they finally told him that they see it was paid for. VERY disappointing!! I do not pay over $100 plus a tip to have them try and charge him extra. This is the second time that this is happened and they try to make him pay twice.

I was literally drooling and snoring during my massage. It was THAT good. Literally walked out of there a new woman! I also got a facial and it was by far the best one I've ever had. She took time to get to know my skin and truly took care of me and my face. This is the place I will forever go to now and forever the place I will recommend to others.

First time to get my pedicure and manicure. as a Man it was a fantastic experience, my hands and feet never felt so good and looked the best ever. But really the place is very relaxing and the service with a glass of Champaign in your hand while being pampered is a great thing you need to give yourself.

I've only had Brazilian wax 3 times in my life, once in each place withing a 5 year range. Here I didn't feel like punching or coursing, They are also very knowledgeable and have really good facials. The owner makes sure everybody knows the products and which are better for a specific skin.
