They rip u off for change, we’ll try too. Especially kids, they try to take advantage because they are young. I bought a SIM card from there didn’t work. Went and bought another one, didn’t work so I called rhe company. They checked rhe sim numbers and said they were no good. Went back to the store and was told too bad. When I told them they bought a bad batch they didn’t care. To test if they got rid of them or would continue to sell them knowing I had mh friend go in later that night and buy one. They sold it and it of course didn’t work! I walk past that store to go to the big bear now.

Went there this morning to get a pack of Rothmans smokes a new old guy I have never seen trys to charge me $18 for a pack of standard when at every other store I go the king size is 13 tops and the standard is 10-11. This is the first time I've ever had a issue at this store. Normally they are friendly and very professional but today combative and scammy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ali the owner is very charitable when it comes to the community. Great prices on grocery products for a convenience store. As well every spring they carry an excellent array of hanging flower pots and the best ferns that money can buy. Check out this Big Bee location and I promise that you will not be disappointed.

The selection of goodies here is amazing! They even sell baked goods; I'm a lifelong Nanaimo Bar fan and they sell some nice ones that I always treat myself to when I'm making my biweekly or so visits to Concession Street every two weeks or so. Ice cream looks good, too, might treat to that as well next time!

This is a good convenience store. They are friendly and helpful. They Also sell plants during spring and summer which is different from most convenience stores. Honestly please ignore the 1 star reviews below. They are very childish with 1 calling them thieves for not rounding down 2 cents...

THIEVES!! Avoid this store. They do not follow government guidelines about rounding up or down, they round up EVERY time. Plenty of other stores available to shop at that don’t rip their customers off.

Very helpful staff, also a UPS pickup location... Typical convenience store stuff, vapes, smokes, chocolate, Candy,beverages including coffee... Lotto... Parking in front...

This store is a UPS Access Point so I dropped off a prepaid UPS parcel here. Unfortunately it did not get picked up for over a week! However it eventually got delivered.

I have been going to this location for 20 years. Always friendly and they have what I need.
