If you like having your time wasted this is the place for you. My original appointment was on Wednesday. I got a call Wednesday morning, but no voicemail was left. I called back twice a few hours apart to see what the call was concerning, but I was informed by the automated system that there was a high call volume and to try again after 3:00pm. I showed up to my appointment at 3:30pm and was informed that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. They didn’t have the courtesy to send a text or email. I wasted my time and gas. I had to find a sitter and drive 30 minutes one way to make the appointment. The lady at the front desk asked if I could come today at the same time, I agreed. Worst mistake I made. I get a call this morning, which was concerning asking if I missed an appointment yesterday. I told her no, you all rescheduled me for today which she confirmed. I arrived promptly to my 3:30pm appointment today and had to wait an hour and a half to be “seen”. While I was waiting, I received multiple text messages and emails saying it looks like you missed an appointment. Mind you I’m waiting in their lobby. Why couldn’t that be done yesterday before I wasted my time? I only came in today for a basic cleaning. After 5 o’clock I get taken back for X-rays. I get seated then….I’m stuck waiting….and waiting….. and waiting a little more until about 5:50pm when the hygienist comes in. She pokes my gums and informs me she has to make sure she can do my cleaning because they close at 6pm. Keep in mind my I’ve been waiting since 3:30pm. I left at 6:20pm. I gave up. They caused me to miss another appointment I had scheduled today. I wasted 3 hours at this place not including the time it takes to drive back and forth, wasted gas, and wasted my energy. The lack of communication with rescheduling and the extremely long wait time is the reason I will not be a new patient.

I highly recommend coming to Brident dentistry. The staff from top to bottom amazing helpful and extremely welcoming especially for people who are a little nervous going to get a dentist appointment this truly meant a lot for my experience. Starting with Samantha as soon as you walk in she will answer any questions you have, even if you have 1 million questions like I did on my first visit but she never got frustrated never got an attitude and always had a smile on her face and help me through the entire process. Also make sure to ask for Michelle if you can she truly is a very very kind person she calmed me down before the whole cleaning process made sure I was comfortable also if I did have any pain I was able to stop her and take a break before continuing which she was very encouraging about. Overall everybody there seems to be on the same page working together and they make it easier for new patients once they come in a lot of good positive energy made the Tidwell location a very wonderful experience for me.

First time being patient and visiting this dental office, I had an awesome experience. I was satisfied with my teething cleaning that I had done. Dr glasper was very informative and detailed as well as his assistant, dominque. Love the team work they had and made me feel very welcome. Dominque did amazing job, cause A lot of doctors do their job and leave it up to the assistant to handle the rest and she did such a good job.trusting her and having someone who knows what their doing is a best feeling…trust me I had braces before and visited different offices and work done on my teeth this staff is excellent! Would recommend others!

Not sure how they got 4.7 stars. Folks seem pleasant I must say. The place gave me the ick. Bathroom dirty, exam room dirty, trash full. Then they want you to sign saying you will not get a jury trial if anything goes wrong, just arbitration. I wonder if folks even understand that. I get it's a lower income area but it's a bit scary and standards are sub par. Yea not returning. O and it's 1.5hrs into the appointment and counting for routine exam. The tech got a bit bothered as I wondered about how clean the instruments going into my mouth.

Best dentist place I’ve been to and Im very about picky where I go, because I’ve been to many others and they just couldn’t compare to Brident. I have never had a bad experience here, front desk associates have the best hospitality and are always very knowledgeable with any questions I have wether it’s dental related or something as little as an appointment check over all great experience and would highly recommend if your looking for great service and financial options and just people that care. Amazing service from start to finish, my husband went in for a check up and the girls were so patient with him. Only thing is the wait time is extremely long wouldn’t recommend it to someone who is in search of fast services. High wait time but extremely professional and reliable service. Have to say I recommend Ms.Mirza she was the one who saw my husband and she was a delight very friendly and super patient with us and our concerns highly recommended coming in and requesting her there’s no better services out there.

I have been coming to this location several years, since it was South Texas Dental. Ms. Crystal did an awesome job taking my x-rays!! She's friendly & very professional! Dr. Glasper is the best!! He is patient, takes pride in what he does & makes you feel comfortable. Ms. Dominique is also friendly and did an awesome assisting Dr. Glasper. Dental hygienist Michelle, is friendly, informative, gentle, patient & always pleasant!!! They make you feel like family. I highly recommend Brident Dental (Tidwell Location).

I have been bring my kids here since they were 6 months old and everyone is super friendly and professional. They treat my kids with patience. Very kid friendly. Update after a few years, my kids are now seeing the hygienist Michelle and she was a gem. She made my kids feel comfortable, and took her time to explain what was going to be used and done and my kids really enjoyed her energy. My daughter even said she wants to go back to see Michelle. Thank you for giving my kids a good experience.

Samantha has been amazing at keeping contact with my parents about all of my dad's upcoming procedures and was very informative about his insurance policy. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. And Today my Teen Daughter got her Braces. I highly recommend this location. First time visiting and felt welcome, after filling out the application it didn't take long before I was called to the back, the staff was very helpful and saw to my needs, after xrays I met the hygienist and later the dentist and he went over what would be next procedure, explaining as he went.

I went in with my mom for a dental checkup and despite her fears of going to the dentist she had a great experience. Jennifer was very friendly and made sure that my mom understood the process as she only speaks Spanish as well as making sure she was comfortable. Thank you for a great service.

The front desk is everything love those ladies feels like a connection, the doctor is very attentive during the procedure always checking to make sure that I'm okay as well as assistant she tried to make sure she can answer my questions or tried to find out had a really good experience!

The staff is nice but there is always an extremely long wait time with an appointment, usually only one dentist working and rushing to the next patient. The rooms aren’t very hygienic and seen roaches in light fixture. It’s convenient but not a great dentist to keep for long term!
