It's a absolutely beautiful and peaceful place but once I been there I had to wait outside of the gate more than two hours even though I arrived before my appointment. It was annoying due to slightly raining. And security guards are rude and they treated me as i came for a robbery. They looked at people who went in through the security gate like group of terrarist coming in to a Gail. I was starving due to I'm not allowed to go out once I in, i had be there more than fore hours and there wasn't any facility for glass of water.

So i went to british high commission to check my BR and othe documents but it don't give the permission go to the office , this security pantnes are vey bad to tak " ලංකාවේ කෙනෙට්ට BR UK වල registration කරන්න බෑ ඕවා බොරු " his security person seys, but UK government reisever the mail goto the british high commission office and get other documents , so sri lankan british high commission office security gard very bad

Like all organisation, they are doing their best. Their opening times are 08:00-16:00 not 24/7 but their call line doesn't work. I hope this comment helps guide the organisation as to where they might improve.Thank you and such a helpful security guard.

Online times are incorrect. I went today (Monday) and was told that it closes at 12 midday every weekday and is closed completely on a Friday. Don't know why people are saying it's a beautiful place in the comments, it's built like a modern prison unit.

Land line not answered. They are still in covid 19 pandemic. Plese recruiter enough employees to answer the calls. This is not the 1948. This is 2023. People use smart phones.
