This liquor store is in close proximity to other stores that I shop in, making it convenient for me to stop there. However, all they do is sell booze. They know nothing about what they sell. They have a decent selection but asking anyone a question in that place is like a standup comedy routine. On multiple occasions I have asked questions of people who work there. They actually pretend they know something about the products but ultimately they do not. Since they have a strict no return policy, and are so willing to deceive, I shop there only if I know exactly what I want. If I have questions about a product, I Google it. Update 5/24/21: I went into the store looking for peach schnapps. I asked an extremely unfriendly male if he could direct me. From one end of the store, he pointed to the other end of the store. Clearly I was on my own. I went to the section he pointed to and struggled to find what I was looking for. When I thought I found it, I brought it up to the register and asked the young lady if it was in fact peach schnapps. She said "I think so". To which I responded, "can we ask someone who actually knows?" This is where the comedy routine starts. Three different workers called over also had no idea. Finally, a fourth worker came over and stated it was not peach schnapps. She brought me over to the section, showed me the label where it said peach schnapps, and handed me the bottle. I thanked her profusely before finally being able to purchase the item.

The best customer service experience I have probably ever had. I went online looking for a gift for a birthday last week. I found Broadway Liquors and Wine’s website. I wanted to have a variety of great wines delivered as a gift. I ordered 12 bottles from their HUGE selection of very fair priced wines and placed my order. The order was intended to be a delivery but I inadvertently clicked on the pick up option when I placed my order. By the time I realized what I had done it was almost too late for the birthday surprise gift I had planned. However, when I called Broadway Liquors and Wine, the nice lady informed me that I made a mistake when ordering. She placed me on a brief hold and Sammy got on the phone. I obviously chose the wrong option and was almost in panic mode. But! Sammy very calmly and sweetly explained that even though I placed the order incorrectly he and his team at Broadway are committed to customer service and would see to it that my order gets delivered in time for the birthday surprise!! I was so happy I chose them to place the order with - another retailer would not have gone to all of these lengths to make sure my gift gets there in time with so little time left. They were not only pleasant, helpful and personable but their wines and liquors are top notch on the selection and pricing. What a terrific first time experience I wanted to share. My experience at the LQ Warehouse has been very satisfying . The Staff is very professional , and organized . I also enjoy how the beverages are labeled as to where you can also see where it comes from . There is a very large selection for each group , and the prices are reasonable . I like the location and I say that because there aren't to many LQ Warehouses in NYC especially in the bronx . It's very convenient for us local residents and / or anyone else who come out to go grocery shopping at one of america's biggest convenient grocer , retail ( BJ's ) store that people come from all over to by there food in bulk , shop for housewares etc. So of course after that or even before going in BJ's you won't turn down what I call a great delight from the LQ Warehouse to get started going or coming or however you want it . Basically I enjoy what you guys have to offer in your store and all amenities outside the store who you neighbor with. Thank you for such hospitality Sammie and the rest of the crew I couldn't ask for better service . We ordered some liquor to be shipped to us in Florida. We even selected the 2-day delivery which was over $41 through Fedex. I ordered it at noon on Sept 10. On Sept 12, I received an email from Fedex stating the package was received after final location pickup had occurred and expected delivery wasn't until Sept 15. On Sept 13, I called Broadway Liquor and explained I wasn't receiving my order until Sept 15 and didn't want to pay the 2-day shipping. This person looked up my order and said well it takes a day to even get it to Fedex, ok well then I should have received it by the 13th. After several exchanges, I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and gave up. Needless to say, I will Never order from Broadway Liquor and Wine Warehouse AGAIN!

I’ve been going to this liquor store since it opened, and the cashiers have always been friendly. I go several times a month and never had a complaint until today. When I was paying, I asked the cashier how she was doing, like I always do and this seemed to bother the supervisor. She started breathing hard and fluffing bags, and even said “NEXT Customer!” There was no one behind me. Very awkward especially given that I’m a regular customer. I think she is newer than the cashier that was assisting me who is also very friendly but the neighborhood businesses are always friendly around here so this left a bad taste in my mouth. I think she needs to adapt to the area and remember this is mostly residential not business oriented.

I shop here often and of all of the wine and spirits establishments in the area, this is by far is the best when it comes to pricing and selections. The staff is eager to help and always greet you with a smile. I feel right at home when I shop here. I recently stopped by and walked away with a Russel 13 year at a decent price. Unlike the other stores in the area, they stock all of my favorite whiskeys at reasonable prices. The pricing is usually around 10-20% lower than the other stores and the parking lot is a great plus. I highly recommend this place to any one in the Kingsbridge and surrounding areas. definitely worth it.

I was looking for a particular wine and this place had a few bottles left. I ordered online to pickup and they stashed my bottles right away. I called the store and informed them when I would be able to pick up. Upon arriving I not only had the bottles I ordered online, but to my pleasant surprise they have QUITE a nice array of wines and liquors for a very reasonable price. If you plan on coming here…just be prepared to leave with more than what you came for. I would highly recommend this place I’d highly recommend in the need of wine as a gift, leisure, or a dinner party you will not be disappointed.

So my best friend came into town and we decided to go to Broadway liquor to pick up a bottle of wine. After leaving the store I noticed that I was overcharged. However, the manager was extremely professional. He took down all my information and assured me he would look into it as soon as possible. He called me the very next day to fix the issue. Don’t buy from them! They have poor customer service and are racist!!! They don’t pack your liquor or wines properly! I paid for three items as I tried to put one in my bag it fell in the store. They refused to replace it! They said oh well it wasn’t on the counter it’s your fault! I commenced to tell that young Dominican manager off in Spanish because people assume because of your skin color you don’t know their language! I will never spend my money in there ever again and the word of mouth is powerful! Just go to BJs.

A great store to have in the area! Huge selection, very competitive prices, and very friendly, efficient staff. My ONLY quibble is with their pick-up feature: you can place an order online, but that's equivalent to just checking what's in stock, as (a manager explained in a courteous phone call) they don't pack your order in advance because people often order then don't show up. I can't disagree with that logic, but if the website allowed you to PAY ahead of time, there wouldn't be a problem.

I been buying from them a very longtime with no problem. I bought I bottle of patron Monday opened it up Wednesday and it was disgusting. I called once I found out, they told me to bring it in. Traveled all the way back there for them to say they can’t do anything receipt and all. I had just bought liquor a few days prior with no problem. This place has an okay selection of pretty much everything. Their hard liquor section is well stocked with many vodkas, gins, and brown liquor options. Their wine section is not so great but I can still find an occational decently priced everyday driking table wine. PS. The service here is a or miss depending on who is working the register. Sometimes you get a friendly person, sometimes you get this girl that treats you like she's doing you a favor.

Their selection is pretty good. The customer service though prevents a 5 star rating. One time I went there looking for Presidente Brandy and the girl had no idea what I was talking about. Another time I went looking for Jamieson Cold Brew and the guy didn't even look up from his cell phone to help me. A shame because the prices here are good. I'll still shop here. I just won't expect the staff to help me much.

Broadway Liquors is my go to whenever I need to refill my liquor cabinet (which is basically every week, my family loves to drink, what can I say). Very cheap pricing compared to other places I've tried. The staff is extremely helpful and nice whenever I need a recommendation. They have a major variety so with my weekly staples I always get something new to try. Love this place.

I placed an online order for a couple of whisky bottles and they arrived well packaged and in a timely manner (I live in New Mexico). Absolutely love the staff in this store. Kind, friendly and the prices are always on sale mode. They have a great wine selection and are well aware of what they have in stock. A great place to buy wines and spirits at an affordable price. Great selection. The only wait time is around the holidays when it will get incredibly busy, but the line moves very fast. Friendly cashiers and floor associates. I wish the floor associates wore a badge or something to identify they worked here. Overall this is a great establishment!!

We had been trying to locate for delivery a liquor we discovered in the Dominican Republic "mamajuana spicy" and were having a hard time finding the actual liquor, as opposed to kits to make it at home. Broadway Liquor & Wine had it and they were able to deliver it to upstate NY through FEDEX and we are enjoying the fruits of their efforts.

Best prices in the area, excellent selection and a friendly staff. It was refreshing to have assistance from a staff member (Anthony) who appears to be very knowledgeable and helped me make a few excellent wine and liquor selections that were a hit at my party. Will definitely be returning and referring family and friends.

It's the only "liquor warehouse" in the area. The prices are reasonable, although if you shop around, certain items can be found cheaper elsewhere. I usually do some shopping in BJs and then come here since its in the same location. Only drawback is that they don't sell beer too only wine and liquor...hence their name...

Great place to buy your spirits. Customers service is always great. All the staff know their stuff and Lev is second known in knowledge and professionalism as a sommelier. If you're going to buy spirit and you're in the Kingbrige/Riverdale area here is where to go. Conveniently by the train and highway.

Searched out and found a hard to get item I have been looking for and to my surprise it was offered at a more than reasonable price. Snatched it up and had it shipped immediately. Ordered shipped and delivered in less than a week. Not bad for the times we are in. I will definitely be back to stock up!

Come here all the time, they closed at 9pm and I arrived at 9pm with still plenty of customers inside I asked if I could come and pick up something they refused me the entrance like two bouncers from a dive in bar! Well I called that a mediocre customer service and I will take my business elsewhere!

I've been to this warehouse multiple times within the past 2 years and I always look forward to coming back. Tonight the service was SWIFT despite the holiday rush. I was shocked to see how fast the lines went considering the pandemic and the number of people who were coming in and out.

Great variety although staff is not that knowledgeable about brands such as Black owned brands (such as McBride Sisters or Masion Noir for example) which they don't sell or even seem to know about. They do sell Uncle Nearest (1856) though which is a Black Owned Company and delicious.

This place was amazing . The service and prices were great. We went in to do large order for a non profit organization, and they helped us get the most of our money. We were able to test some sangria. They brought the boxes of wine to our car. I highly recommend this place.

This is my go to place for wines and spirits. There's always a neat surprise waiting for you at competitive prices. They stock the Buffalo Trace bourbon, and Heaven Hills bottled and bond at very close to MSRP. The manager Sammy can also recommend a thing or two.

Great selection and some of the best prices anywhere. They're popular for those reasons and some items may be out of stock. I ordered for delivery and the packaging protected the bottles very well. When I can't get to the store I won't hesitate to order online.

They tried to sell me a 1.75 bottle of New Amsterdam gin for 24.99 instead of the regular price of 21.99. I've bought this before a lot. They're telling me it's the same as the new one that's 94 proof as the original that's 80 proof.

Amazing selection of Bourbons, Rye and a Great selection of Organic Tequilas. I only wish they had more of Additive Free Tequilas. But the Prices are not to be beat. I really like this hidden gem. If you know liquor, you must go.

Broadway Liquors is great it's on 238th Street and Broadway in the Bronx in Riverdale and it's a big place they have all kinds of varieties so you'll be able to enjoy whatever tastes you have they'll have it there for you as well
