As one of the largest QFC it's got just about every possible thing you can imagine. The downside to it is they've cut back the employee hours so self checkout can take quite a while because they only have two registers that actually have employees working to check you out. The very bottom level is full of every possible homegood you could think of and more. You need house keys made go downstairs. You want a Crock-Pot go downstairs. You want random s*** you would never think that you needed go downstairs. Plus the staff downstairs is super helpful and if they don't know if they have it they'll figure out where in the store you can find it. You can buy anything from sheets to sippy cups if you need them. The main floor is ginormous. They've got a great selection of seafood that's fresh everyday. You can even ask them to marinate chicken or steak for you while you shop. The cheese selection is all artisan and top-of-the-line and just ask for a sample and they'll give you whatever you want. Upstairs has probably the largest beer selection I have ever seen in a grocery store. They also have a private reserve wine room with high and pretty expensive varieties of Premium wine. Fridays from 4 to maybe 7 p.m. There's cheese and wine tastings upstairs. The pharmacy is very efficient super polite and very accommodating upstairs. There is also self checkout on the upper level in case the lower level is super busy. Another Pro tip did change parking which used to be ticketed parking with an attendant with any $5 purchase you would get 1 hour free. Now it's an honor System that you need to register your vehicle in the numbered stall as you the very bottom level is full of every possible hung good you could think of and more. Now it's an honor system that you need to register your vehicle and the number stalls as you enter by the elevators for the stairs to go up to QFC. So words the wise make sure you register your vehicle in the stall number and select number one for one hour free parking because they check it every 10 minutes and if you haven't registered your vehicle it's a 45 or $50 ticket. The main doors are open I think until 2 a.m. On Broadway. The doors leading up from the parking garage are only open till 8 p.m. But if you use the elevator buttons it will open the door soon go through if you're parked on that side. Also if the self-checkout is super long and the two traditional checkouts are super long I suggest you go to customer service if you don't have more than 10 items and check out or go to the deli and they'll check you out. I guess when the rent is $30,000 a month that's why they're cutting back on employees but it's not doing good for customer service. And if you go to Gold's Gym they watch if you're going upstairs and if you type in that you're going to QFC for the free hour you'll get a ticket. Just an FYI

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SABRA HUMMUS?!?! One day, without warning, no more Sabra. First to go were the larger sizes. Now there's some other brand on the shelf that just doesn't measure up. I tried to like it. But it's...bland. No tanginess. No zip. Oh well, probably for the best, I was sort of a hummus-fanatic for awhile there. A ghoul who drifted from one chickpea fix to another, drowning my woes in exotic tahini and citrus tang... And now Im trying to figure out how to move on with my life. My whole world was hummus, but this new, other stuff just doesn't scratch the itch. I can't avoid reality and responsibility with it, so what is it even good for? In all seriousness: Employees are always friendly and courteous (and quite attractive...). Their deli plate lunches are quite tasty. They have a variety of necessities besides quality and multicultural foods and ingredients, including a small home improvement section, a sushi station, a good selection of fancy cheeses, and a nice selection of wines and craft beers. I don't like the new flashing blue strobes on the new security camera installation above the front entrance, I doubt it will be an effective deterrent to crime or vandalism and it's jarring and anxiety-inducing. I don't have any solutions to the rampant homeless-addiction-poverty problem either, it just feels unwelcoming when stores don't even open the metal cages on their windows and try to imply police presence using a blue strobe. Then again, all the spray paint and broken windows don't exactly make the neighborhood very cozy, either. I really miss their previous hours of business. A 24-hour grocery was super convenient for me as a chronic insomniac and haphazard idiot. I shop here every day and appreciate the workers and their friendly attitude and their solid selection.

This is the "shadier" of the QFCs in the neighborhood. That said, I also think it's the best all-round store. If you're willing to get past the shadiness this is a great one-stop shop for pretty much everything. Shadiness: The store has a lot of security issues (so much so they closed the 2nd entrance at the back of the store near the pharmacy section a few years ago so they only need to monitor 1 entrance). I think the issues are due to the high volume of transient people in this part of the neighborhood (even more than near the Harvard Market QFC). This store always has multiple security guards on duty and panhandlers out front. Why it's the best: this place is huge and really like a small department store rather than a grocery store. You can seriously outfit an entire apartment with everything you need just from this QFC. Especially useful if you don't have a car. There are 3 levels to the store: the main floor with the entrance then a weird split-level behind the checkout area leads up and down to 2 other levels. Grocery, deli and bakery are on the main floor. Alcohol, cleaning supplies, bathroom/toiletries, and the pharmacy are on the upper split-level. Home goods and office supplies are on the lower split-level. Home goods includes bedding (linens, blankets and pillows) and kitchenware (pots/pans, dishes, food storage containers and flatware). They even have some furniture items. Also, the prices aren't bad. My roommate bought a Lodge brand dutch-oven after pricing it out and finding the QFC was the same price as elsewhere.

This is for the QFC; I haven't been elsewhere in this complex. I commend the managers for the chopped onions, the delicious ready-to-go salads, and the really good gelato (in those squarish containers), but I'd like to see the new little Tillamook specialties, too. (Safeway has it, guys!) The staff are polite and friendly, and what's perhaps even better, I've seen them not let rude or inconsiderate customers walk all over them. In fact, the only rude people are, occasionally, among the customers. It's a good store overall, but the thing about having to get into the elevator and then get out on the same floor (yes, you read correctly) to enter the store at certain evening hours is rather odd. Until there was someone to explain it to me, I went there, parked, failed to get in, and went over to Safeway a couple of times. And then, once inside, you may have to take the internal elevator two or three times (if you've got a cart). I get why, but it's still an overly elevator-happy arrangement.

  • Dan Edminster

Usually I can get my cat what she is accustomed to however this time they didn't have any in the entire store. When I ask them when they might have some more in the store, they acted as if I didn't know and they didn't know when the next shipment would be in when the next shipment would be in. They didn't even recommend another store called her store to see if I could get the car like I was looking for I'm very disappointed in them however they're very convenient so I would just keep shopping there anyway but I'm very disappointed just hang around bye until the next time.

  • Brandon H

The store is great. You do have to get comfortable with armed guards in the store but they're not there to protect you. They're there to protect the empoyees. Good, bad or indifferent thems the facts. Shopping here is simple but the customer service is horrible. You'll generally never hear a greating such as hi or hello, and rarely will you hear thank you, have a nice day. Most people have heard of the Seattle freeze, well this is exactly what they're talking about. There are a few amazing employees there but the overall expierience is very lonley.

  • The one you know

The QFC here is great. You know when you ask an employee where something is and they tell you aisle 5, but you get there and its not there? Not this place. I asked three different employees where three different things were and they all knocked it out of the park. Then when I went to pay at self check out I mumbled to myself I didnt have a frequent shopper card and out of nowhere someone swoops in and punches a code in so I can get the discount. Great shopping experience. I want to move to Seattle just so I can shop there all the time.

  • Laurel Clark

I go here for the QFC. THERE ARE A LOT OF QFCs ON THE HILL. They recently remodeled this one and it is lovely. I was there early Saturday morning for cat food and the upstairs wasn't open yet. I politely asked someone when it opened - another 20 minutes, at 8 - and they offered to take me up there. It was very nice since I knew exactly what I needed and my cats were happy to not have to wait. When you're a single lady with two cats, you gotta keep your priorities straight.

  • Pamela Dazey

This grocery store has a wide range of groceries and deli items as well as an extensive assortment of wine and alcoholic beverages. The lowest level offers home goods with an elevator available so you can move freely between the three levels with your grocery cart. The employees are friendly and helpful Located off of Seattle's busy Broadway, it is usually a busy bustling place. It boasts the convince of a one stop shopping experience that includes a Starbucks on site.

  • Brenden Bonnett

This is a great QFC by far one of my favorites. Large store very clean very organized very easy to maintain your sense of direction and being able to find what you're looking for. Parking is a breeze check out is a breeze thanks to their (what seems like 10-plus) self-checkout registers which I don't think I've ever used a actual person to check out at that location. Like I said great store if you're in the area and you need something to stop in.

  • Julia Trimarco

I'm not a big QFC fan, but this location has a better selection and is better organized than most. There is a large housewares section downstairs and a wine and drugstore upstairs (with separate registers and a back entrance). The Starbucks inside is convenient, and I frequently stop at the BECU and Broadway Shoe Repair on the same trip. This is a pedestrian friendly market, but parking can be tricky.

  • Kenneth McNamee

I'm a Personal Chef and I shop at a lot of different places. This store has a lot to offer. In fact today I found everything I needed at one store which doesn't always happen. They have a nice produce section with a lot of organic vegetables. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I give them extra credit for this because they put up a lot with folks of all walks of life who visit the place.

  • Xtian Gunther

3.5 stars. Perfectly adequate with a pool-less gym, great credit union, Urban Outfitters and a pretty good QFC supermarket as well as a good Tmobile store and good shoe repair shop. Clean, safe and architecturally not horrific or cold. This place tics off a lot of the boxes one would want in a neighborhood node, service-wise. I would hardly call it a destination for most others though.

  • Utkarsh Jaiswal

Closest place nearby SLU to get groceries and not get ripped off. Also really appreciate the free underground parking for 1 hour provided by QFC. Also I did feel that the QFC here provieded a lot more variety of stuff than others given the bigger are and multiple floors it has. Great way to park at a QFC spot and go around the market attending to some other business as well.

  • Gabriel Traylor

Easy parking, lots of variety. Can be a bit of a chore to navigate into, but if you need something there, then it's as good a place as any, honestly. The fact that there actually is parking off the street gives it a leg up on a lot of places nearby. Parking was free when I went, so I didn't get a chance to see if they validate. Or, indeed, if there's ever a need for them to.

  • Rev Olvyerom

They are instructing customers to stand three feet apart at self checkout. Instead of closing every other lane like most other stores, this one will literally tell you to stand next to someone if you want to use self check. Not safe to shop at at the moment, go somewhere that allows for social distancing at self checkout. Employees weren't even wearing masks a few days ago.

  • Ron F

QFC is no longer staying open 24hrs a day! While I must say how unconvient that is, I also understand why.... unfortunately so many bad homeless have caused this. I was homeless for a while and can't imagine myself being so disrespectful of all the customers, employees and even the building itself like the bad homeless that caused the stores to start closing at night.

  • Corey H

Nice sort of shopping mall. The QFC is really nice and the Urban outfitters is standard. Almost the whole second floor is a gym, so not worth exploring up there. The best part is the parking garage. I frequent it for shopping at QFC. Very clean, easy to navigate, with a simple machine in the elevator lobby to register your care. If you shop at QFC you get 1 Hour Free!

  • Loren Demeroutis

They offer free parking which is needed in the area. Other than that I've been disappointed just about every time we have visited. The pharmacy is painfully slow and some of the service representatives seem to feel like customers are an inconvenience. The lines are often long and they don't have a bathroom. I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here.

  • Chris Luchini

This is the market for the people who have more disposable income than ability to discern value for the money as an actual arithmetic concept. Everything here is top-notch everything here is ultra expensive. But if that's your thing and it makes you feel virtuous and good and on the right side of the political divide then you should definitely shop here.

  • --

Friendly staff, good, well-spaced services. I didn't explore the whole facility, only visit the QFC. Their chicken is not the best, but it's good enough. Potato wedges are especially great to purchase. This place is good for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat on the go. Panhandlers do hang out by the store entrance, but they are friendly.

  • Justin Siebert

This place has everything you need, but it’s always sketchy. Have to keep your head on a swivel. Never know if you will be ran up on in the garage, walk on a needle, walk through **** or urine, or even walk through a cloud of crack smoke. But otherwise you can go to the gym, get food, bank, get your boots fixed, and signup for T-Mobile!

  • Neko Ramsay

This is a funky space, it feels like a regular mall except it's half grocery store then mall. The QFC grocery is well appointed with a massive alcahol section. Social distancing is observed by most customers but there are some noses from entitled ah's. Staff is friendly and the greater mall has some nice shops like an Urban Outfitters.

  • Brett Huemmer

It's Okay, nothing amazing, but glad to have it so close to home. You may get frisked going through the metal detector, sure, and you may have to step over some needles and some human feces on the way in or out, and you may or may not be stalked by the team of patrolling ninjas, but the veggies - can't beat the veggies.

  • Andy McCone

Broadway market has underground parking which is nice and it's our free parking ,(for an hour) if you're shopping at the QFC. But If you use the underground parking, and show up on a Sunday do know that the entrance from the parking garage to QFC is closed and you have to walk outside and back in not a big deal

  • Brent Lincicome

I like QFC overall, but this location is only partially open from 5 am until 8 am . Only the main floor is open, if you only need food, your good, but if you need personal items or cleaning supplies, located on the upper floor, or housewares located on the lower floor, those floors are closed until after 8 am.

  • Glenn Crowley

I like QFC it's convenient on Broadway. You can encounter many homeless people on the street asking for money so I usually try to keep a $ or two on me. Check out the 2 or 3 day sales on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I always find what I need and they have Kroger's brand which is usually cheaper.

  • Samantha Martinez

To many homeless people hanging out front the store drinking alcohol and smoking and or shooting up drugs in front of customers entering or leaving the store. Employees are getting attacked both in or out the store. Those other employees are creating hostile environment for other customers

  • Crystal Badilla-Lopez

The Qfc employees here are extremely out-of-pocket and rude as if they were raised with no home training. This is the store you don't even want to involve yourself to go they're always out of everything they never have anything that other QFC's have and it'll be an awful experience.

  • Jan Pareja

Shop and do your banking all in one place. Love it! It's surrounded by many other establishments and there is a library right behind it. You can drop off the kids at the library while you do shopping. Everyone wins. And the neighborhood vibe is very lively in this part of city.

  • Leslie Tomlinson

It's one of the larger QFC's with a larger than standard size selection like the store so big it is kind of spread out and you'll do a lot of walking so if you want just a few things and a quick purchase you might want to go to the Harvard Market QFC on Broadway and Pike St

  • Its Jeffrey Applegate

Bottleneck at entrance to store creating dangerous and unnecessary narrow path into store which obviously causes real actual covid risks and transmission. Move the sign the baskets and the trash cans to somewhere else. Open up more space in stores only entrance.

  • James Dean

As much character as could possibly be rammed into a grocery store.. Food stuff, home stuff, pharmacy, beer wine & liquor. Usually has working elevators; old building & mechanics known to break down. Strange/unnecessary number of security cameras.

  • Chauncey Williamson

Absolutely love this place! My bank BECU is here and T-Mobile. You definitely will find the groceries you need at QFC and if you are looking to get fit go and check out Pacific North West Fitness upstairs and ask for Dave Frisbee he is the best!

  • jasN86

To be honest, as someone who doesn't frequent this location, I couldn't find what I needed both times I was there. The layout is kinda confusing and not naturally intuitive. With that being said, the staff has always been very helpful and kind!

  • Brett

Expensive.. sometimes rude. But that's practically the norm everywhere nowadays. Which sucks. Well lately I think there been a change of attitude from some workers there towards their customers. Maybe some firing and new hiring; new management?

  • Mallory O'Day

Grocery stores go through so much nonsense these days. Whether it's all the theft, the cost of goods skyrocketing, or just the job itself. This QFC is in my opinion, the best store out of all the grocery stores in a 10 mile radius. People

  • phillip endicott

This is a neighborhood hub of activity and products. A much wider range of goods than a ordinary QFC or chain grocery store tend to stock. They will likely carry the things you shop for as staple pantry dependables: coffee and teas, wine

  • ink “inkspot” spot

It's big and usually very clean. I've not had issues with lines more than usual. My main gripes are the multi level thing making it difficult the find things as compared to a more traditional market, and the parking garage is terrifying.

  • Joe Ott Soulbikes

The broadway market includes a QFC store, Starbucks inside QFC, Broadway Shoe Repair, AT&T store, US Bank and a space formally Urban Outfitters on the first floors. The second floor has Pacific Northwest Fitness, Massage Envy, and the

  • Ryan Hoess

There are some hidden gems throughout Broadway Marketing but most importantly there is the best QFC that ever exists. The downstairs has a whole treasure trove of home goods and arts and crafts supplies that I love to spend money on.

  • Tracy Johnson

Been there FOREVER, although stores have changed. Underground parking ,1 hr free w/ purchase at the market. Basically QFC, very little bit of Fred Meyer items, a couple banks, etc. No restrooms whatsoever. Customer service is ok

  • Karis Kontilis

huge and very well stocked - a pleasure to wander around now that the reno is finished! fave sections are the international aisle and the home goods section, will definitely be coming back for basics and candles tbh

  • Nikky Hill

The selection here is good and the facility is well maintained, I usually use the garage for parking and the first hour is feee for QFC customers. The BECU located next to QFC is super convenient for ATM access.

  • Gina

Can be a little sketchy, but great selection and I really like the produce and meat department. I love that I see the same people that I have for years and years of living on the hill and am greeted every time.

  • David J Tugaga

Customer service is alright if you find somebody that is none bias to different nationalities. I felt like I was watched the whole time I was in there. It was an okay experience I would probably not go back.

  • test pattern

Large grocery store with a large selection to match which is great when you want to take advantage of as many member deals as possible. This is a great place to run in and grab a sandwich or candy bar, too.

  • Jonathan Arevalo

Found highly sought after fan on a brutally hot day. Security was rude when I inquired about a shopping cart. My dog enjoyed the a/c and meeting the other canine shoppers. Checkout staff was very helpful.

  • Paul Howley

Good when it's late and you need something like milk, snacks, etc. some questionable people outside but harmless, they come with the location, lots of homeless in area. They are just hungry, cold, tired.

  • Ringo

Limited shopping opportunity, but a decent place. Love the Amazon lockers! Once upon a it was a place that afforded you shopping and dining options but now days, not so much. Still, better than nothing.

  • Jeremiah Blankenship (neverendingluau.com)

Love the cheese section at this qfc. Also the Starbucks. Also that they have a credit union in the lobby. It's like a mini Fred Meyer. Order the Starbucks double shot sugar free vanilla, and half n half

  • Trashclub T.V.

Love this place you can get your shoes cobbled you can rent a VHS and also support some local vendors in the walkthrough Mall. Oh wait that was the '90s nevermind this place is garbage. -Trashclub T.V.

  • That Seattle House-Head

It was so much better when it was the Broadway Market that had it a mall like environment of multiple vendors in stores a movie theater in the Mexican restaurant among other things like gravity bar

  • david galloway

QFC boarded up incredibly depressing and junky looking inside now with ugly display cases when you enter. Much less variety than in the past. Some VERY nice people, but a bummer to shop there now.

  • Mark Lucht

I miss the old Broadway Market. I miss the variety of stores. Instead, we have a weirdly configured QFC. I'm hoping that this is a store they will have to divest when they merge with Albertsons.

  • Sandra Walker

Broadway Market has several stores including Q F C. There's shops on top floor. Q F C has 3 floors by itself. It has a variety of foods and household supplies, wines, medicines, and hardwares.

  • Bob Purcell

Great staff, killer blueberry muffins. Glad to be right down the street from them. Not too much sticker shock, considering how egregiously overpriced everything (except weed) is in Seattle...

  • Beatrix Miguelez (Art x Nullality)

Best QFC on Broadway! Mostly great staff and vast selection of foods and drank. Just don't ask the large dude to make you a sandwich because it will be the worst sandwich you've ever had.

  • Frank Thompson

Good memories of Hamburger Mary’s past. Still awesome to walk the Broadway strip. Rite Aid gone soon because of arrogant moves. But at least I saw Lust in the Dust starring Divine. Sniff.

  • Nevada Beverly

You need to take yourself upstairs and check out there well kept and we'll stocked Hallmark department. hopefully you will be there when the merchandiser is there. he's the nicest guy.

  • Victoria Viele

I love this location! It's way bigger than the one in lower Queen Anne and has a great selection. There are also self checkouts that really help when it gets busy in the evening.

  • Paul Wade

It lost its originally. Iy was 5mone of the coolest places in Seattle. To be able to shop for You need products and find cheap foods. There is Nothing. it's a ghost shopping

  • Madlyn Dahman

I always am treated like a very Loyal customers. They always have everything I need. The cashier always are nice and take care of you. The pharmacy always have what I need.

  • Naresh Bhatt

Free Parking is controlled in minutes and don't park and leave for long. They will give you a parking ticket. Good mix of business and went there to run some errands.

  • Dhaval Dedhia

There's a bunch of stores here. QFC groceries, ups, barber shops, gym, TMobile and also a couple hair dressers.. There's free parking for 2 hours without validation.

  • Preston “ptown” Strey

Staff always acts like everyone is stealing. Getting constantly followed while 8m spending hundreds of dollars on price inflated goods is extremely uncomfortable.

  • Chad Sawyer

The best QFC of the region. I moved from the area about 10 years ago an miss having such an awesome option. Fresh food, great bakery and OMD fresh sushi counter.

  • chelsi seeley

Capitol is rather crowded, kind of gross as of recent. Slot of stores have moved and need locations are opening up. Just take sanitary precautions and stay safe.

  • J Gallagher

Good produce and seafood, but eggs, dairy and dry goods are a bit on the expensive side. Many self checkout machines are closed during peak hours causing lines.

  • Marty Thompson

This QFC, in addition to being a standard food store, has essentially a Fred Myer type store on its lower level, providing items directed at apartment dwellers.

  • Heather A Adams

Best QFC ever created. They have everything you need except bulk popcorn and the long term staff is excellent! Legit secret excellent sushi bar inside....

  • SHELLY PEARLE

A good place to shop. Good, nutritious food items and soup choices in the deli section. Coconut Rice is one of my favorites, also delicious bean soups.

  • Gil Edwards (Smile Cleaning Service)

Nice little store, I had to pay a 50 cent fee if I used my card for under 5 dollars. But other that that very nice people working there. Very helpful.

  • Michael Marckx

Beer selection is pretty good. Wish I didn't have to take an elevator or climb some stairs to get one though, otherwise a 5 star rating from me.

  • Christopher Ewing

Had the poutine with and egg and a couple of sliders. The food was good and the service was nice. Went around 4 o'clock and wasn't too busy.

  • MsVichy MS MSc BA

It has all of my favorite things. Except for Ben and Jerry's American Dream Non-dairy. But, I always discover something new.

  • Deborah Witmer

Big urban grocery store with great and diverse selections. Clean store and friendly staff. Convenient to public transit.

  • Roberta Crockett

Always friendly ,one of the cashier's showed me how to put bag down first so I can just bag while I'm checking out cool.

  • Miles Allister Pullar

Kinda convenient location but the employees all have a chip on their shoulders... like this store isn't dangerous

  • Brian Hedington

Dirty!! Lots of street people begging for money and excessive drug use in the wide open with no police presence

  • Kaira Alberona

I love the experience, I love the downtown aesthetic, and for me it has such a nostalgia to where I grew up

  • Aislinn Macintosh

There is parking for the UPS store and others so package drop offs are easy even though it's a busy area

It's good if you want to go shopping at QFC or bank at BECU. There is a local guy who does shoe repair.

  • Beatriz Castro

The store it's always great place to do shopping, the quality of the produce and meet it's very good.

  • matthew kalb

  • Trixxy W (Trix/Valdice)

This place is a fortress, guess they got tired of people taking what they need.

I updated my transit Orca card. The new Orca machines are impossible to use.
