Ordered a jumbo donair and garlic cheese bread and they fumbled around looking lost and went to making the donair first. They shaved the the meat but didn’t fry it on the stove stop for very long then took a while to wrap it. Then they sat around and finally clued in to make the cheese bread so had to wait over another 10 minutes while the donair sat getting colder so by the time it got home it wasn’t warm at all. The donair was also a lot smaller than other locations like the castledown location. Last complaint but the meat had a really funny taste was very unpleasant. It’s quite clear none of them really know how to run a kitchen and everyone looked lost and confused. On a positive note the sweet sauce was good!

Staff walking around aimlessly and looked clueless making our 2 super donairs. When the cashier took our order she didn’t listen to what I was saying and messed up multiple times. They don’t look like they know what they are doing. As a previous Busters employee, this is not how a Busters is run. Will not be coming back to this location anytime soon. While waiting for my order, there are other customers waiting in line who haven’t been assisted despite the fact they’re busy doing whatever it is in the kitchen. Hence the fact there’s 6 employees in the back, this customer should’ve been helped by now.

I'm really disappointed. I ordered wings, very tiny. Not worth it. A donair. Half way through donair, finally got a sliver of tomato, and they just shaved the donair meat, didn't fry it after. Was so gross. called for refund and the lady kept arguing with me that she put tomato. Not worth it. I'll never go back. Just got call back from store, lady still won't give refund and is still arguing with me. I recommend you don't go. Youll be very disappointed. It took 20 minutes to fry my tiny wings. This location is so bad. I recommend Vegas Donair and poutine. Do not waste your money at this location.

Have ordered busters over the years many times from previous locations and been happy.. super disappointed the last 2 times I’ve ordered from the new one at manning. Thought we’d give it one more try after being disappointed the first time… they were a new location and though they just were learning… second time Dessert not cooked, still frozen solid, wings super over cooked and donair poutine not as requested, undercooked fries and gave garlic instead of sweet sauce.

I do not recommend this location at all. Just before Christmas received coupons for Busters Pizza and went to use them. The expiry date on them is for December 31, 2023. I was told they would not accept them as they are expired, even after showing them the date printed on the coupons they still refused and said their company made a mistake with the date. Also staff was very rude

I wanted the mix or match deal which online says is $32.99 it’s $42 in store they didn’t know how to ring it in. $60 later I got 2 cold donairs, wings were 2 different flavours which tasted like plain. I paid $5.49 for fries that weren’t in the bag when I got home. I have not been to busters In Yrs and thought this would be good but I definitely will not be going back

I have been ordering busters pizza for years from other locations and today was the first time that I ordered from this location. I am really disappointed as I ordered a small Donair pizza about $17 and the dough was uncooked!!!! As you can see on the pic. Will never come back.

Ordered through skip and got the wrong pizza. Contacted skip and they wouldn’t do anything to help. Called Busters directly and they had the right pizza at my door in 10 minutes. Mistakes happen but they made it right. Good food, but order directly from them, DON’T USE SKIP!

I would give a zero rating if I could. They would not accept a coupon I had that wasn't expired until the end of the year. The coupon was given to me by an event Manning town centre had in the spring time. I will never order from this place again.

Went in and ordered donair combos and it took 40 minutes to get our food after paying for it . They made the donairs and no one did the fries and onion rings , till the manager noticed us still there . Donairs were cold when we got to eat them .

Had the three musketeers $30 - Hawaiian, busters mix, pepperoni . Very good !! Pizza seemed a touch undercooked my spouse said but I liked it . Ain’t cheap with the toppings and for 3 10” pizzas it actually feeds lots !! Keep it up busters !

This place is just the best. I recommend this to everybody because the pizza and everything is amazing, they have different varieties of what you are looking for, like veg and non veg, also the service is great!! I give this 5 stars!:)

Ordered super donair, was a massive donair and tasted great! Also got the curly fries and onion rings and were also really good. Service was fast, the establishment was very clean! If you want a good donair, you cant go wrong here.

The food is really tasty. I loved it. The food was fresh and the customer service was great. The staff was really polite and nice so I'll give this restaurant a 5. And I'm sure I'll visit again to eat the tasty food

My favorite pizza store due to excellent customer service. Our favorite is Donaire Pizza, Jumbo Donaire and cheese sticks. My family really loves their foods! We will definitely coma back. Most recommended.

Could have sworn these are supposed to be folded. Super annoyed this mess of a donair wasnt made with any care at all or maybe she was just was trained in a pitapit. Will not be returning.

Food is always good. This location doesn’t pay attention to the details though. I wasn’t given any dipping sauce with my pickles. The gravy portion was laughable and no napkins.

Started coming here when it opened as the old location closed. Foods been good so far. Prices/specials are a little off from the other locations.
